Claims (7)
- Procédé de fourniture d'un réactif séché dans un système microfluidique, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :- fournir un système microfluidique présentant une structure microfluidique ;- introduire dans la structure microfluidique un milieu de support coulant, contenant un réactif ; et- sécher le réactif dans la structure microfluidique par lyophilisation ;
caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'introduction du milieu de support coulant, la structure microfluidique reçoit un traitement thermique de telle sorte que le traitement thermique affecte de manière ciblée l'incorporation du réactif dans la structure microfluidique. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'introduction du milieu de support coulant, la structure microfluidique reçoit un traitement thermique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la structure microfluidique est refroidie lors du traitement thermique.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure microfluidique est chauffée lors du traitement thermique.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réactif est incorporé dans la structure microfluidique avec une répartition substantiellement homogène.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le milieu de support coulant contient un ou plusieurs agents tensioactifs et/ou une ou plusieurs charges.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un système microfluidique est sélectionné dans le groupe de systèmes suivant : élément d'essai microfluidique ou puce microfluidique.
