- a contact clip respectively a contact piece having the desired characteristics. Since such contact pieces are generally arranged in multi-contact connectors or on printed circuit boards, their dimensions must be very small since, for example on a connector, the distance between the axes of two successive contact pieces can be less than 1 / 10th of an inch (2.54 mm). Moreover, the male and female contact parts can often be connected or disconnected, which implies that the elasticity of the contact clip remains sufficient to continue to ensure good contact after many connections and disconnections and ensure the constancy of forces insertion and extraction of the male contact piece in the corresponding female part. On the other hand, preferably the contact clip must have no edge or roughness likely to injure the outer surface of contact of the male part during its introduction or its extraction.
- a first object of the invention is therefore to provide an improved contact clip with respect to those known from the prior art.

- the longitudinal axis 20 of the male portion 2 is offset relative to the longitudinal axis 100 of the clip 1, thereby increasing the surfaces of the male portion 2 and the clip 1 in electrical contact, these surfaces comprising essentially the inner cylindrical surface portion 110 mentioned above as well as the two inner surfaces 150 of the elastic lamellae 15.
- the contact surface also depends on the length of the contact portion 11, parameter which is not generally considered in the clips of this type according to the prior art. These contact surfaces are therefore much larger than the corresponding surfaces of the contact clips of the prior art.
- each elastic strip 15 is slightly bent outwardly of the clip 1 so as not to injure the external contact surface of the male portion 2 when it is inserted into the clip 1.
- each elastic strip 15 is directed towards the front of the clip 1, in the direction of the fixing portion 1, whereas in the embodiment of the clip 1 shown in FIG. figure 2 , the free end 151 of each elastic strip 15 is directed towards the bottom of the clip 1, either towards the end portion 12.

- each clip 1 could comprise a number of elastic strips 15 different from two, it being understood that the positioning of these strips 15 on the periphery of the contact portion 11 is important. since these strips must each exert a radial force such that the component of the sum of these radial forces applied to the male part 2 shifts its longitudinal axis 20 and presses said male part 2 against a surface portion internal cylindrical 110 without elastic lamella 15. These resilient lamellae 15 will therefore be arranged unevenly on the periphery of the contact portion 11. It will be chosen to have at least two elastic lamellae 15 in order to have a stable positioning of the male part 2 inside the clip 1.

Claims (11)
- Kontaktclip (1), der dazu bestimmt ist, in ein Kontaktteil weiblichen Typs (3) inkorporiert zu sein, um einen elektrischen Kontakt zwischen dem Kontaktteil weiblichen Typs und einem Kontaktteil männlichen Typs (2) zylindrischer Form, das dort eingeführt ist, sicherzustellen, der vor allem einen Kontaktabschnitt (11) und einen Befestigungsabschnitt (10) umfasst, die längs nacheinander angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens zwei längliche elastische Lamellen (15) in zwei länglichen Ausschnitten (14) des Kontaktabschnitts (11) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Lamellen (15) imstande sind, das Kontaktteil männlichen Typs (2) gegen einen inneren Flächenabschnitt (110) des Kontaktabschnitts (11) zu pressen, der den elastischen Lamellen gegenüberliegt und dass die Lamellen verschieden lang sind.
- Kontaktclip nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Lamellen (15) ungleichmäßig auf dem Umfang des Clips angeordnet sind, um einen inneren Flächenabschnitt (110) ohne elastische Lamelle zu lassen, wobei der innere Flächenabschnitt (110) die elektrische Hauptkontaktfläche zwischen dem männlichen Abschnitt (2) und dem Clip (1) bildet.
- Kontaktclip nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Lamellen (15) den männlichen Abschnitt (2) durch Verlagern der Längsachse (20) des männlichen Abschnitts (2) der Längsachse (100) des Clips (1) gegen den inneren Flächenabschnitt (110) pressen.
- Kontaktclip nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch 'gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt von einem ringförmigen Abschnitt (10) gebildet wird, der zur Befestigung in einem zylindrischen Bereich (30) einer hohlen axialen Aufnahme des Kontaktteils (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Kontaktclip nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner einen Endabschnitt (12) umfasst, der auf der anderen Seite des Kontaktabschnitts (11) als der Befestigungsabschnitt angeordnet ist, der von einem zylindrischen Abschnitt gebildet wird, der imstande ist, in einen Führungsbereich (31) der hohlen axialen Aufnahme des Kontaktteils (3) eingeführt zu sein.
- Kontaktclip nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Lamellen (15) zu dem Abschnitt ausgerichtet sind, der dem Befestigungsabschnitt (10) gegenüberliegt.
- Kontaktclip nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Lamellen (15) zum Befestigungsabschnitt (10) ausgerichtet sind.
- Kontaktclip nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (151) der elastischen Lamellen (15) abgerundet und nach außen gebogen sind.
- Kontaktclip nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einer Legierung aus Kupfer und Beryllium hergestellt ist.
- Kontaktteil weiblichen Typs (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine axiale Aufnahme (30, 31) umfasst, die einen Kontaktclip (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche enthält.
- Verbinder, der mindestens ein Kontaktteil weiblichen Typs nach Anspruch 10 umfasst.
