Description
- La présente invention a pour objet une balise immergée dotée de moyens assurant sa remontée à la surface sur commande ainsi qu'un système de repérage d'objets immergés mettant en oeuvre ladite balise.
- De tels systèmes de balises sous-marines, permettant le repérage d'objets immergés après déclenchement d'un signal, sont plus particulièrement adaptés au repérage et à la récupération d'engins de pêche immergés tels que des palangres, des filets et des casiers de pêche, comme les casiers pour la pêche aux crabes ou aux homards. Ces systèmes de balises immergées permettent avantageusement aux pêcheurs de retrouver leurs engins de pêche mis en place, tout en évitant les problèmes habituellement rencontrés de perte des signaux qui restent en surface, ainsi que le vol des engins de pêche ou le repérage des zones de pêche privilégiées, rendus possibles par la visualisation des signaux de surface.
- Différentes solutions techniques de balises immergées ont déjà été imaginées.
- On connaît ainsi, selon le brevet américain
US 3 722 014 , une bouée sous-marine comportant un mécanisme de libération d'une corde à laquelle est rattachée la bouée, un récepteur de signaux acoustiques déclenchant la libération et un système à déclenchement par explosifs, le tout étant renfermé dans un boîtier cylindrique dont le fond se sépare au moment de l'explosion pour libérer la corde enroulée autour du boîtier. Dans une seconde variante, le dispositif comprend une bouée gonflable dont le gonflement est déclenché par la rupture d'une vanne reliée à une bouteille de gaz au moment de l'explosion. - Le brevet européen
EP 0.686.553 décrit un autre système de libération dans lequel une batterie, en réponse à des signaux acoustiques, déclenche des moyens de chauffage afin de liquéfier une substance expansible qui va entraîner le déplacement d'un levier permettant d'actionner le mécanisme de libération de la bouée. - On connaît également des systèmes de libération à commandes mécaniques. Ainsi, le brevet
US 5.513.886 propose un système de crochet à échappement dont le pivotement est commandé par une came motorisée suite à la réception du signal de libération ; le brevetUS 6.378.202 propose, quant à lui, un système de pince dont les deux branches sont écartées lorsque le signal de libération est reçu. - Un autre exemple de réalisation est donné dans le brevet
US3.310.820 , qui est consideré comme étant l'état de la technique le plus proche: la balise immergée comporte une minuterie commandant un cliquet de blocage d'un tambour autour duquel est enroulé un câble relié au flotteur. Une fois le temps imparti écoulé, le cliquet est désengagé du tambour qui peut alors se dévider. - Enfin, le brevet
US 6.880.290 propose une solution évitant la perte de casiers de pêche, dans laquelle la bouée sous-marine est reliée au casier par des attaches biodégradables, dont la désagrégation complète est assurée après plusieurs semaines en immersion et permet ainsi de retrouver des casiers qui seraient perdus. Par contre, ce système ne comporte pas de dispositif de libération sur commande. - L'ensemble de ces systèmes connus est relativement complexe sur le plan mécanique, ne propose pas nécessairement la réunion des différents éléments (bouée, système acoustique de réception, mécanisme de libération) au sein d'un même boîtier, et représente généralement un coût important de fonctionnement.
- La présente invention a donc pour but de proposer un dispositif alternatif de balises immergées comportant des moyens assurant à volonté sa remontée à la surface, de conception simple et robuste, facile d'utilisation et d'un prix de revient peu élevé.
- A cet égard, la présente invention a pour objet une balise immergée constituée d'un boîtier renfermant un récepteur, d'un signal radioacoustique, d'une amarre rattachée à l'une de ses extrémités à un point d'amarrage, d'un mécanisme de libération de la balise permettant sa remontée à la surface et d'une réserve de flottabilité, remarquable en ce que le mécanisme de libération est du type électro-mécanique et est enfermé dans une cuve hermétique constituant ainsi la réserve de flottabilité, ledit mécanisme commandant un cliquet bloquant ou non la rotation libre d'un tambour enrouleur autour duquel l'amarre est bobinée.
- On comprend bien que la balise selon l'invention est donc de conception très simple et que son fonctionnement est entièrement réversible. En outre, on voit bien que la remontée à la surface initialement entraînée par la réserve de flottabilité est ensuite assurée par l'espace libéré par le déroulement de l'amarre, augmentant ainsi la poussée d'Archimède et accélérant la remontée à la surface.
- D'autres avantages et caractéristiques ressortiront mieux de la description qui va suivre d'une variante d'exécution de la balise immergée selon l'invention en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
- la

figure 3 est une vue agrandie en perspective partielle du voile du tambour enrouleur portant la dentition du mécanisme à rochet. - En référence aux
figures 1 à 3 , la balise 1 selon l'invention est constituée d'un boîtier 2 de forme globalement inscrite dans un cylindre. Selon une variante particulièrement préférée, ce boîtier 2 est constitué de deux demi-coques 3 assemblées par vissage ou rivetage entre elles. De préférence, la forme du boîtier présente un profil hydrodynamique qui lui permet avantageusement d'être peu sensible aux courants marins. Ce boîtier 2 renferme dans sa partie supérieure un récepteur 4 de signal radioacoustique. Ce récepteur 4 surplombe une cuve hermétique 5 (représentée en pointillés sur lafigure 2 ) qui contient une carte électronique 6 en liaison avec le récepteur 4, une batterie (non représentée) et un moyen d'entraînement constitué par un motoréducteur 7. Le motoréducteur 7 entraîne un cliquet 8 coopérant avec une dentition 9 pour former un mécanisme à rochet, ladite dentition telle que représentée de manière agrandie sur lafigure 3 étant disposée à la périphérie sur la face externe d'un des voiles du tambour enrouleur 10 autour duquel une amarre 11 est bobinée pour permettre son libre déroulement, lorsqu'un signal radioacoustique adéquat est envoyé au récepteur 4. L'homme de l'Art pourra mettre en oeuvre d'autres moyens qu'un motoréducteur pour réaliser le moyen d'entraînement, comme par exemple un dispositif à électroaimant et ce, sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention. - Une sortie 12 pour l'amarre 11 est aménagée à l'extrémité opposée du boîtier par rapport au récepteur 4 et une trappe d'accès 13 au tambour 10 est aménagée dans une paroi latérale du boîtier 13. Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, l'axe de rotation du tambour 10 est perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale de la balise, de sorte que le plan de rotation soit parallèle à l'axe de déroulement de l'amarre 11.
- En référence à la
figure 2 , le boîtier 2 est muni d'un logement longitudinal 14 destiné à accueillir un mât d'équilibrage, non représenté, et le repérage en surface de la balise 1. - Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, le tambour enrouleur 10 est monté sur un axe de rotation dont l'une des extrémités 15, avantageusement munie d'un carré d'entraînement, émerge à l'extérieur du boîtier 2 assemblé, permettant ainsi à l'utilisateur de réenrouler l'amarre 11 autour du tambour 10 en utilisant un outil électroportatif ou manuel tel qu'une manivelle de WINCH.
- On comprend bien que le système mécanique de l'invention est extrêmement fiable et peut être réamorcé très facilement sur un bateau de pêche par réenroulement manuel de l'amarre 11 autour du tambour 10, puis envoi d'un signal réengageant le cliquet 8 dans la dentition 9 du tambour 10 afin de bloquer sa rotation. Bien sûr, le réarmement du dispositif pourra être contrôlé automatiquement par une minuterie.
- Selon une caractéristique préférentielle, la batterie est du type accumulateur rechargeable. La recharge de cette batterie pourra être assurée par l'intermédiaire d'une connectique étanche ou par induction, selon le choix que retiendra l'Homme de l'Art.
- Selon une variante, la balise 1 est équipée d'un dispositif additionnel non représenté sur les figures, ajouté à l'extérieur de celle-ci permettant d'ajuster la profondeur d'immersion de ladite balise 1. Ce dispositif consiste en un boîtier renfermant un moteur d'enroulement associé à un profondimètre et alimenté par une batterie autonome, par exemple du type au sel qui permet une charge électrique constante dès que la balise 1 est immergée. Le dispositif sera avantageusement disposé de manière à ce que le moteur d'enroulement soit relié à l'extrémité émergente 15 de l'axe de rotation du tambour 10. Dans une variante préférée (
figure 3 ) où le cliquet 8 bloque uniquement la rotation dudit tambour dans le sens du déroulement de l'amarre 11, le dispositif additionnel réajustera la profondeur d'immersion de la balise 1 soit en procurant l'enroulement supplémentaire afin de la faire descendre, soit en débloquant le tambour en envoyant un signal à la balise 1 jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne une profondeur inférieure à la profondeur visée, puis en enroulant l'amarre jusqu'à atteindre la profondeur voulue. La communication entre le dispositif additionnel pourra être filaire, par le biais d'une connectique étanche, ou non filaire, de préférence par ondes à très courte portée. Ce dispositif additionnel de contrôle de profondeur permet avantageusement d'éviter la perte d'une balise immergée en cas d'erreur de largage de celle-ci dans une zone où elle se retrouverait à une profondeur supérieure à la longueur prévue de l'amarre 11, ce qui empêcherait la remontée à la surface de la balise et donc sa récupération. En outre, dans les cas de marée, ce dispositif additionnel permet d'ajuster précisément la longueur de câble nécessaire de l'amarre 11 pour que la balise 1 arrive en surface et permet donc ainsi de limiter la dérive en surface de ladite balise lorsque celle-ci est libérée. - Selon une caractéristique additionnelle, la balise 1 est équipée d'un système de sécurité pour les cas de défaillances électriques liées à un problème de charge des accumulateurs commandant le motoréducteur 7 ou à un problème d'étanchéité, ce dispositif entraînant le désengagement automatique du cliquet 8 et ainsi la remontée de la balise 1 en surface.
- Le dispositif de balise selon l'invention sera mis en oeuvre de préférence dans un système de repérage d'objets immergés.
- La présente invention a donc pour second objet un système de repérage d'objets immergés à l'aide de balises immergées libérant un signal de surface suite à la réception de signaux acoustiques de déclenchement, ledit système comportant un émetteur et un jeu de balises. Ce système de repérage est remarquable en ce que, d'une part, l'émetteur est constitué d'une centrale émettrice connectée à un transducteur immergé et, d'autre part, les balises sont telles que décrites précédemment.
- Cette configuration particulière de l'émetteur permet avantageusement d'avoir un rayon d'émission omnidirectionnel.
- De préférence, la centrale émettrice comportera un module de gestion automatique des codes d'activation des balises, par exemple en connexion avec un système de positionnement global (GPS). En outre, une fonction d'activation de l'ensemble des balises présentent sur un site pourra être prévue, en émettant successivement l'intégralité des codes de signaux prévus. De préférence, le système d'émission permet de gérer plus de 64000 codes de déclenchement avec une seule fréquence, ce qui permet d'individualiser le code de déclenchement de chacune des balises. De façon pratique, la portée du système sera de plus de 500 mètres, de façon optimale avec un rayon d'émission d'environ 800 mètres.
- Le système de repérage d'objets immergés selon l'invention permet donc avantageusement de gérer avec un seul émetteur une flotte de balises, ce qui réduit substantiellement les coûts d'utilisation du système et assure la rentabilité de l'investissement pour les utilisateurs. En outre, on comprend bien que le grand nombre de codes gérés par le système d'émission assure la sécurité du dispositif, dans les cas où plusieurs utilisateurs du système selon l'invention fréquentent des zones géographiques proches ou identiques.
- Dans le cas d'un bateau de pêche, le transducteur du système de repérage sera positionné sous la coque dans le dernier tiers arrière du bateau : en effet, cette partie est la moins exposée aux turbulences lorsque le bateau est en déplacement.
- Enfin, la centrale émettrice comporte une interface utilisateur, avec notamment un clavier et un écran d'affichage permettant de proposer à l'utilisateur différentes options de gestion des codes de déclenchement.
- On comprend bien que l'application principale de la balise immergée selon l'invention est destinée aux engins de pêche immergés. Toutefois, l'invention trouvera avantageusement une autre application dans la gestion des emplacements d'amarrage, c'est-à-dire des anneaux dans les ports de plaisance. On associera les balises immergées selon l'invention à un système d'émetteur central lié à un serveur et à un terminal bancaire qui déclenchera la remontée d'une balise immergée portant un anneau lié à un câble d'amarrage, suite au paiement requis pour l'obtention d'une place dans le port de plaisance.
- Le système selon l'invention peut également être utilisé pour neutraliser des accès à certaines zones comme des chenaux ou des passerelles le long desquelles les bateaux peuvent être amarrés. Toutefois, dans cette application il faudra prévoir un boîtier externe supplémentaire avec un moteur entraînant l'enroulement de l'amarre 11 autour du tambour 10 afin d'immerger la balise 1, le système étant au repos et en surface lorsque l'accès doit être interdit. On pourra également envisager d'utiliser la balise selon l'invention pour délimiter à la demande une zone sensible, par exemple une épave ou des mines marines.
- Enfin il va de soi que la forme d'exécution de la balise 1 selon l'invention n'est qu'une variante particulière en aucun cas limitative des adaptations que l'Homme de l'Art pourrait y apporter.
Claims (9)
- Balise immergée (1) constituée d'un boîtier (2) renfermant un récepteur (4) d'un signal radioacoustique, d'amarre (11) rattachée à l'une de ses extrémités à un point d'amarrage, d'un mécanisme de libération de ladite balise permettant sa remontée à la surface et une réserve de flottabilité, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de libération (7) est du type électro-mécanique et est renfermé dans une cuve hermétique (5) constituant ainsi la réserve de flottabilité, ledit mécanisme (7) commandant un cliquet (8) bloquant ou non la rotation libre d'un tambour enrouleur (10) autour duquel l'amarre (11) est bobinée.
- Balise (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de libération est un motoréducteur (7) entraînant le cliquet (8) qui, en coopérant avec une dentition (9) disposée à la périphérie sur la face externe d'un voile du tambour (10) forme un mécanisme à rochet assure le libre déroulement de l'amarre (11) lorsqu'un signal radioacoustique adéquat est envoyé au récepteur (4), et réciproquement son blocage après réenroulement de ladite amarre (11) autour du tambour (10).
- Balise (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de rotation du tambour (10) est perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale de la balise (1).
- Balise (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'une des extrémités (15) de l'axe de rotation du tambour (10) émerge à l'extérieur du boîtier (2), permettant de réenrouler l'amarre (11) autour du tambour (10) à l'aide d'un outil électroportatif ou manuel tel qu'une manivelle de winch.
- Balise (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif additionnel monté à l'extérieur de la balise (1) permettant d'ajuster sa profondeur d'immersion.
- Balise (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif additionnel comporte un moteur d'enroulement destiné à être relié à l'extrémité (15) de l'axe du tambour (10) et associé à un profondimètre, alimenté par une batterie autonome, par exemple du type au sel.
- Balise (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée d'un système de sécurité contre les défaillances électriques ou d'étanchéité, consistant à désengager automatiquement le cliquet (8).
- Système de repérage d'objets immergés à l'aide de balises immergées (1) munies d'un signal de surface libérable suite à la réception de signaux acoustiques, ledit système comportant un émetteur et lesdites balises étant équipées de récepteurs, caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur est constitué d'une centrale émettrice reliée à un transducteur immergé et en ce que les balises immergées sont celles définies aux revendications précédentes.
- Application de la balise (1) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 à la gestion des emplacements d'amarrage dans les ports de plaisance, en ce qu'on associe à une balise (1) immergée et portant un anneau lié à un câble d'amarrage, un émetteur central lié à un serveur et à un terminal bancaire pour déclencher sa remontée dès le paiement requis pour l'obtention d'un emplacement.
