Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. Submerged buoy (1) consisting of a housing (2) containing a receiver (4) of a radioacoustic signal, a mooring rope (11) with one end attached to a mooring point, a mechanism for releasing said buoy allowing it to return to the surface and a floatation reserve, characterised in that the mechanism for releasing (7) is of the electromechanical type and is enclosed in a hermetically-sealed tank (5) which thus forms the floatation reserve, said mechanism (7) controlling a catch (8) which either prevents or allows the free rotation of a winding drum (10) around which the mooring rope (11) is wound.
  2. Buoy (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the mechanism for releasing is a gear motor (7) driving the catch (8) which, in cooperating with a set of teeth (9) arranged at the periphery on the external face of a web of the drum (10) forms a ratchet mechanism providing for the free unwinding of the mooring rope (11) when a suitable radioacoustic signal is sent to the receiver (4), and reciprocally the blocking thereof after re-winding of said mooring rope (11) around the drum (10).
  3. Buoy (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the axis of rotation of the drum (10) is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the buoy (1).
  4. Buoy (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that one of the ends (15) of the axis of rotation of the drum (10) emerges at the exterior of the housing (2), making it possible to rewind the mooring rope (11) around the drum (10) using a portable electric or manual tool such as a winch crank.
  5. Buoy (1) as claimed in the preceding claim, characterised in that it comprises an additional device mounted on the exterior of the buoy (1) making it possible to adjuster its depth of immersion.
  6. Buoy (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the additional device comprises a winding motor intended to be connected to the end (15) of the axis of the drum (10) and associated with a depth gauge, powered by an autonomous battery, for example of the salt type.
  7. Buoy (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that it is provided with a safety system for electrical failure or sealing failure, consisting in automatically releasing the catch (8).
  8. System for marking submerged objects using submerged buoys (1) provided with a surface signal that can be released following the reception of acoustic signals, said system comprising a transmitter and said buoys being provided with receivers, characterised in that the transmitter is comprised of a transmitting unit connected to an immersed transducer and in that the submerged buoys are those defined in the preceding claims.
  9. Application of the buoy (1) in accordance with any of claims 1 to 7 to the controlling of mooring sites in pleasure ports, and in that a submerged buoy (1) and bearing a ring linked to a mooring cable is associated to a central transmitter connected to a server and to a banking terminal in order to trigger its return to the surface as soon as the required payment is made in order to obtain a site.
