Claims (7)

  1. Fixation de rotor à une extrémité d'un arbre, en particulier une extrémité d'arbre d'un ensemble de pompe centrifuge, une surface d'ajustement et au moins une surface d'application étant réalisées à l'extrémité d'arbre, un moyeu de rotor, au moins au niveau de son extrémité tournée vers l'arbre, étant pourvu d'un alésage central avec un filetage intérieur et étant fixé à l'extrémité d'arbre par un vissage, l'arbre présentant, au moins à son extrémité tournée vers le moyeu de rotor (12), un alésage central (16) avec un filetage intérieur (17), une broche filetée (18) réalisée sous forme de composant séparé étant disposée dans les deux alésages centraux (13, 16) en les connectant et en transmettant le couple et les forces, caractérisée en ce que le moyeu de rotor (12) est orienté exclusivement par le biais des surfaces d'ajustement (20) et d'application (21) sur l'arbre.
  2. Fixation de rotor selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une surface de centrage cylindrique (20) et une surface d'application axiale (21) sont réalisées à l'extrémité d'arbre (15).
  3. Fixation de rotor selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une étendue axiale de la surface de centrage cylindrique (20) est supérieure ou égale à son diamètre.
  4. Fixation de rotor selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le rotor (11), pendant un montage de l'ensemble de pompe centrifuge, peut être précentré par le biais de la surface de centrage cylindrique (20) sur l'extrémité d'arbre (15).
  5. Fixation de rotor selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'alésage central (13) du moyeu de rotor (12) et/ou l'alésage central (16) de l'extrémité d'arbre (15) sont réalisés sous forme de trou borgne.
  6. Fixation de rotor à une extrémité d'un arbre, en particulier une extrémité d'arbre d'un ensemble de pompe centrifuge, un moyeu de rotor, au moins au niveau de son extrémité tournée vers l'arbre, étant pourvu d'un alésage central avec un filetage intérieur et étant fixé à l'extrémité d'arbre par un vissage, l'arbre présentant, au moins à son extrémité tournée vers le moyeu de rotor (32), un alésage central (36) avec un filetage intérieur, une broche filetée (18) réalisée sous forme de composant séparé étant disposée dans les deux alésages centraux (33, 36) en les connectant et en transmettant le couple et les forces, caractérisée en ce qu'une surface d'application est réalisée à l'extrémité d'arbre sous forme de surface conique et en ce que le moyeu de rotor (32) est orienté sur l'arbre exclusivement par le biais de la surface conique (35) qui forme à la fois une surface d'ajustement et une surface d'application.
  7. Fixation de rotor selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la broche filetée (18) est pourvue, au niveau d'au moins une extrémité, d'un logement d'outil (19).
