Claims (15)

  1. Appareil de cuisson (1), comprenant:
    un espace intérieur (10, 11) qui comprend au moins un espace de cuisson (10),
    au moins une source de micro-ondes (21, 22) et
    au moins une structure guide de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) pour la conduction de micro-ondes de la source de micro-ondes (21, 22) jusqu'à au moins une porte (25, 26) dans une mur ou une partie de mur (7) de l'espace intérieur (10, 11), la structure guide de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) comprend dans la direction de propagation des micro-ondes au moins une section (29 ; 50) ayant une paroi (30, 31 ; 51, 52) électriquement conductrice et fixe sur au moins deux côtés opposés,
    et
    au moins un matériau diélectrique (44 ; 53) est présenté entre les deux côtés opposés sur au moins une partie de la longueur de la section (29 ; 50) dans la direction de propagation des micro-ondes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau diélectrique (44 ; 53) a une permittivité supérieure à celle de l'air.
  2. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    la section (29 ; 50) s'étend au moins jusqu'à la porte (25, 26), et/ou la paroi (30, 31 ; 51, 52) a une section transversale de forme ronde, en particulier circulaire, perpendiculairement à la direction de propagation des micro-ondes.
  3. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    la section (50) est remplie seulement sur une partie de sa longueur au moins partiellement avec le matériau (53) seulement, et/ou
    le matériau (44, 53) comprend un substrat, une structure multicouche et/ou plusieurs composants différents et/ou est fabriqué à partir de Téflon, de stéatite, de céramique et/ou de verre.
  4. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la structure guide de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) comprend, à une extrémité dirigée vers l'espace intérieur (10, 11), une antenne à ouverture rayonnante (46 ; 58), en particulier sous la forme d'une antenne à fente (46), telle qu'une antenne à fente cruciforme ou une antenne à fente en T, préférentiellement dans une paroi d'extrémité (45), ou sous la forme d'une ouverture ronde, préférentiellement réalisée par un disque (58) perméable aux micro-ondes.
  5. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    le disque (58) est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau étanche aux gaz et/ou thermo-isolant et/ou est en liaison active avec une broche de couplage (54), en particulier étant reliée avec lui, laquelle forme préférentiellement un conducteur coaxial avec la paroi (51, 52).
  6. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la section (29; 50) s'étend jusqu'à une ouverture (32) dans la mur ou la partie de mur (7) de l'espace intérieur (10, 11),
    la section (29; 50) a préférentiellement une bride (33 ; 55) dans la zone de l'ouverture (32) et/ou l'ouverture (32) étant ronde, en particulier circulaire.
  7. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la porte (25, 26) est disposée dans une première partie de mur latérale (7) de l'espace intérieur (10, 11), ladite première partie de mur latérale (7) étant préférentiellement adjacente à une deuxième partie de mur latérale (8) sur laquelle un rotor de ventilateur (16) est monté de manière rotative, en formant en particulier un angle obtus, et/ou en ce que l'ouverture (32) est prévue dans une mur latérale (7) de l'espace intérieur (10, 11).
  8. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que
    la première partie de mur latérale (7) est orientée ou peut être orientée vers un point dans l'espace intérieur (10, 11) et/ou vers un élément réfléchissant au moins partiellement les micro-ondes en particulier le rotor de ventilateur (16), disposé de manière mobile dans l'espace intérieur (10, 11),
    au moins une première porte (25, 26) étant préférentiellement disposée au-dessus du rotor de ventilateur (16) et au moins une deuxième porte (25, 26) étant préférentiellement disposée en dessous du rotor de ventilateur (16).
  9. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la structure guide de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) comprend au moins une autre section sous la forme d'un guide d'ondes rectangulaire (28 ; 49), où s'étendent en particulier une broche de couplage (54) et/ou au moins une antenne d'un magnétron (21,22).
  10. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intérieur (10, 11) comprend un élément conducteur de flux (9) qui partage au moins en partie l'espace intérieur (10, 11) en l'espace de cuisson (10) et un espace de pression (11),
    le rotor de ventilateur (16) est disposé dans l'espace de pression (11),
    l'élément conducteur de flux (9) est pourvu d'au moins une ouverture (13), disposée en particulier au centre, pour aspirer atmosphère de l'espace de cuisson (10) dans l'espace de pression (11), et
    l'élément conducteur de flux (9), laisse dégagée au moins une communication (12) perméable à l'air, en particulier dans la zone de bord de l'élément conducteur de flux (9).
  11. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce
    qu'une pluralité de structures guides de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) pour la conduction de micro-ondes jusqu'à au moins une porte (25, 26) correspondante dans la mur ou la partie de mur (7) de l'espace intérieur (10, 11) s'étendent depuis un espace d'installation (19), en particulier pour un moteur du rotor de ventilateur (16), jusqu'à l'espace intérieur (10, 11), préférentiellement au moins deux des portes (25, 26) étant disposées à des hauteurs différentes dans l'appareil de cuisson (1), et/ou
    des micro-ondes émises par au moins un élément (46 ; 58) parviennent dans l'espace intérieur (10, 11) par chaque porte (25, 26), et/ou
    les structures guides de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) sont reliées chacune à au moins un magnétron d'une pluralité de magnétrons (21, 22), en particulier chacune doté d'une puissance nominale jusqu'à 2000 W HF, préférentiellement entre 700 et 1000 W HF.
  12. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins un autre dispositif pour le traitement d'aliments à cuire dans l'espace de cuisson (10),
    en particulier au moins un dispositif du groupe comprenant :
    un dispositif de chauffage électrique,
    un dispositif de chauffage au gaz,
    un dispositif échangeur de chaleur,
    un dispositif de refroidissement,
    un dispositif d'alimentation en humidité,
    un dispositif d'évacuation d'humidité,
    un dispositif d'aération et
    un dispositif de purge d'air.
  13. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins un dispositif de détection, un dispositif d'affichage, un dispositif d'actionnement et un dispositif de commande ou de régulation, lequel est en particulier en liaison active avec au moins une source de micro-ondes (21, 22) et avec au moins un autre dispositif de traitement, le dispositif d'affichage et/ou le dispositif d'actionnement.
  14. Procédé d'alimentation en micro-ondes dans un espace intérieur (10, 11) d'un appareil de cuisson (1) comprenant un espace de cuisson (10), en particulier d'un appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où des micro-ondes sont conduites par une structure guide de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) d'au moins une source de micro-ondes (21, 22) jusqu'à au moins une porte (25, 26) dans une mur ou une partie de mur (7) du espace intérieur (10, 11), et où la structure guide de micro-ondes (23, 24 ; 27 ; 48) est réalisée avec au moins une section (29 ; 50) ayant une paroi (30, 31 ; 51, 52) électriquement conductrice et fixe, au moins une partie de la section (29 ; 50) étant au moins partiellement remplie d'au moins un matériau diélectrique (44 ; 53), caractérisé en ce que le matériau diélectrique (44 ; 53) a une permittivité supérieure à celle de l'air.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de plans de traitement est définie par un dispositif support d'aliments à cuire (14, 15a-15f) dans l'espace de cuisson (1), et un nombre de sources de micro-ondes (21, 22) est obtenu en fonction du dimensionnement de l'espace de cuisson (10) et/ou du nombre de plans de traitement.
