Die Saugluftströmung sorgt dafür, dass das Fadenende 6 des inzwischen auf einem Aufnahmedorn 25 angeordneten Spinnkopses 4, das zwischen Spinnkops 4 und Deckelelement 12 einen Fadenstrang bildet, stramm gezogen bleibt bzw. stramm gezogen wird und von einem spulstelleneigenen Hilfsgreifer 24 problemlos an das Greiferrohr 16 der Spulstelle 2 übergeben werden kann.

In dieser Stellung ist das Fadenende 6 eines im Zuge eines Spinnkopswechsels aus dem Rundmagazin 3 in die Abspulstellung AS an der Spulstelle 2 überführten Spinnkopses 4, das in die nutartige Aussparung 22 geglitten ist, einer relativ starken Saugluftströmung ausgesetzt, die dafür sorgt, dass das Fadenende stets stramm gehalten bzw. stramm gezogen wird.

dass in die Oberseite (21) des Handbetätigungsdeckels (20) eine nutförmige Aussparung (22) eingearbeitet ist, die einen an den Saugluftkanal (13) des Rundmagazins (3) angeschlossenen Luft- und Fadenführungskanal bildet, der durch den Automatikdeckel (19) verschließbar ist.
