Definitions

  • the invention enters a household press according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • DE 35 33 970 C2 describes a device for cracking or crushing of nuts, which is designed as a screw.
  • the two can halves are adjustable by means of two threaded connections against each other in the axial direction. One of these connections is formed by a movement thread with play in both the axial and radial directions. After inserting the nut into the opened can, the upper half of the can is screwed down to the nut by means of this thread. The further rotation to break the nut with this thread is not possible because of the required excessive force and therefore goes on the other threaded connection with a normal slope over. After the nut shell has been put in place, it is counterbalanced by tilting the can halves.
  • this household press is described in several variants, which consists of a large number of parts existing structure for all shown embodiments very complex. Since the upper half of the can is completely unscrewed from the lower one for inserting the nut, the use of this household press is very time consuming.
  • Advantageous compared to the above-cited embodiment according to DE 66 00 726 U has the effect here that when the nut shell is broken, the shell parts are chambered and can not fly around in an uncontrolled manner.
  • DE 36 24 733 C2 is shown in a further embodiment of the device according to DE 35 33 970 C2, as can be adjusted by one of the Do- senhdroitn locking means of the distance of the can halves to each other in adaptation to the size of the nuts to be crushed ,
  • DE 197 33 551 C2 shows a household press for cutting garlic with the following structure:
  • An outer, downwardly open housing carries in its lower part a transversely arranged cutting blade.
  • the upper housing closure is formed by a screw-on lid, which in turn carries an internal thread.
  • In the outer housing there is a rotatably mounted inner housing with a rectangular inner space and a arranged on the underside cutting grid, which acts together on rotation of the housing to each other with the cutting blade.
  • a rectangular die is accommodated, which is formed on its underside as a pressing part and represents the cooperating with the cutting grid counterpart. With this he forms the receiving space for the cutting material.
  • US 1 248 313 A describes a nutcracker. This consists of three parts, a nut part, a screw part and a base part.
  • the base part is a one-piece sheet metal part with a sleeve-like shaft, which merges into an open shell section, protruding from the end of a right-angled bottom.
  • the sleeve-shaped shaft of the base part has an axial slot open to the bottom, one edge of which is provided with teeth.

  • Nutcracker has the advantage that the screw part in adaptation to different nut sizes must not be screwed on a free path.
  • the nut member is first rotated so that its teeth are disengaged from the teeth of the shaft of the base member. Then, the screw part, without having to be rotated, be adjusted axially to the respective nut size. After concerns the plate of the screw on the surface of the nut, the nut part is again rotated so that its teeth engage the teeth of the shaft. Now, the nut part is fixed relative to the base part and by turning the screw part to an axial force can be exerted on the nut, which eventually leads to breakage of the nutshell.
  • the object of the present invention is to form a household press of the type mentioned so that the structure is simplistic, the handling is easy and time-saving and cleaning can be done easily.
