Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schallabsorber mit einem Absorptionsmaterial zum Absorbieren von Raumschall mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
- Die
DE 201 10 877 U1 offenbart einen Schallabsorber, der als Lamelle gebildet ist und von einer Raumdecke herabhängt. Die Lamelle enthält schallabsorbierendes Material oder besteht aus diesem. Als schallabsorbierendes Material werden Mineralfasern wie Glaswolle oder auch Kunststoffe und Holzfasern vorgeschlagen. - Aus der
DE 20 2006 003 278 U1 ist eine Vorrichtung zur Absorption von Schall bekannt geworden, die ein von einer Umhüllung umgebenes Absorptionsmaterial enthält. Die kissenförmige Umhüllung kann aus einem Glasgewebe bestehen und das Absorptionsmaterial soll in wesentlichen Teilen aus Glas, Glasfaser oder dergleichen bestehen, wobei hierunter Glaswolle und Mineralwolle verstanden wird. - Die
US 2 477 555 A offenbart einen gattungsgemäßen Schallabsorber mit Absorptionsmaterial, das aus Glasfilamentgarnen gebildet ist. - Aus der
WO 2005/049982 A1 ist ein Schallabsorber bekannt geworden, der ein Glasfasergewebe als Schallabsorbermaterial enthält. - Schließlich zeigt die
CH 679 940 A5 - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen eingangs genannten Schallabsorber mit verbesserten Schallabsorptionseigenschaften bei geringen Herstellungskosten zu schaffen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Schallabsorber mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
- Die aus Glasfilamenten hergestellten Glasfilamentgarne oder Rovings bzw. die aus Glasfilamentgarnen hergestellten Glasfilamentgewebe bieten eine gegenüber Glasfasern und Mineralwolle bzw. Steinwolle verbesserte Eignung zur Schalldämmung bzw. Schallabsorption. Die besseren Absorptionseigenschaften, insbesondere bei tieferen Frequenzen, sind im wesentlichen auf die größeren Durchmesser der Glasfilamentgarne gegenüber Glasfilamenten oder Glasfasern zurückzuführen. Demnach soll Mineralwolle, d. h. Glaswolle und Steinwolle mit einer Faserdicke von üblicherweise unter 3 µm, als Schallabsorptionsmaterialien bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schallabsorber grundsätzlich nicht verwendet werden. Jedoch kann das Absorptionsmaterial auch Anteile an Mineralwolle aufweisen, wenn dies aus schalltechnischen Gründen zweckmäßig und erforderlich sein sollte. Während bei Glaswolle gerissene Fasern verwendet werden, sind die Fasern und Filamente für die Glasfilamentgarne nicht gerissen. Weitere vorteilhafte Eigenschaften von Glasfilamentgarnen sind ihre Flexibilität und ihre Feuchtigkeitsbeständigkeit, so dass sie auch als Absorptionsmaterial bei Schwimmbädern und anderen feuchten Umgebungen eingesetzt werden können.
- Der Kern der Erfindung liegt somit auch in der Verwendung von aus Glasfilamenten hergestellten Glasfilamentgarnen oder Rovings bzw. von aus Glasfilamentgarnen hergestellten Glasfilamentgewebe als Absorptionsmaterial für Schallabsorber, wobei Glasfilamente ausgeschlossen sind und alle Arten von weiterverarbeiteten Garnen und Geweben sowie dergleichen als Absorptionsmaterial verwendet werden können.
- Während die einzelnen Glasfilamente einen Durchmesser von üblicherweise etwa 3 µm bis 14 µm und insbesondere zwischen 5 µm bis 9 µm aufweisen, haben die aus Glasfilamenten hergestellten Glasfilamentgarne bevorzugt einen Durchmesser von z. B. 0,01 mm bis 3,0 mm und insbesondere von 0,2 mm bis 0,5 mm, können aber auch noch dünner oder auch dicker hergestellt sein. Das Absorptionsmaterial kann auch aus den Rovings oder aus Rovinggewebe bestehen oder diese enthalten.
- Unter dem aus Glasfilamentgarnen hergestellten Gewebe kann allgemein jegliches Gewebematerial verstanden werden, das auch Gewirk und Gestrick umfasst. Erfindungsgemäß ist dieses Gewebe oder dergleichen Webkantenabfall, der bei der Herstellung und/oder der Verarbeitung des Gewebes anfällt. Ein solcher Webkantenabfall entsteht beim randseitigen Zuschneiden des Gewebes bzw. einer Gewebematte auf Maß, wobei jeweils ein Streifen z. B. aus einem oder mehreren Längsfäden oder -garnen mit einer Vielzahl von Querfäden oder Quergarnen besteht und viele dieser Streifen das Absorptionsmaterial bzw. die Füllung des Schallabsorbers bilden.
- Die Glasfilamentgarne, die auch als E-Glasgarne (E = electric) bezeichnet werden, sind nichtbrennbar nach DIN 4102 - A2.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der Schallabsorber bzw. das Absorptionsmaterial in Form eines Kissens oder einer Matte gebildet. Solche Kissen oder Matten können beispielsweise auf abgehängte schalldurchlässige Deckenkonstruktionen gelegt werden, wo sie Schall absorbieren können. Eine solche Deckenkonstruktion enthält z. B. Lochbleche, gelochte Platten oder dergleichen. Die Kissen oder Matten können auch in, an oder auf anderen Halterungen in einem Raum gelegt oder daran befestigt werden.
- Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Absorptionsmaterial zumindest teilweise von einer Umhüllung umgeben oder kann von einer Begrenzung begrenzt sein. Das Absorptionsmaterial kann seine Funktion zwar auch als lose Anhäufung, Lage oder Schicht ohne Abdeckung oder Umhüllung dergleichen erfüllen, jedoch bietet eine Umhüllung, ein Überzug oder eine Begrenzung den Vorteil einer Formbeständigkeit und besseren Handhabung des Absorptionsmaterials bzw. des Schallabsorbers. Eine solche Umhüllung bzw. Überzug kann beispielsweise aus einem nichtbrennbaren Glasgarngewebe bestehen, das das Absorptionsmaterial einseitig oder mehrseitig begrenzt oder z. B. als Tasche umgibt. Eine Begrenzung kann auch eine formstabile, aber schalldurchlässige Platte, ein Gitter, ein Lochblech oder ein Streckmetall sein.
- Vorzugsweise kann zumindest eine Steppnaht das Absorptionsmaterial unterteilen. Die zumindest eine Steppnaht kann sowohl eine Lage des Absorptionsmaterials wie auch ein von einer Umhüllung umgebenes Kissen oder eine Matte in einzelne Bereiche unterteilen und damit dem Absorptionsmaterial Form- und Lagestabilität geben. Wenn mehrere gitterartige Steppnähte das großflächig angeordnete Absorptionsmaterial in mehrere kleinere Bereiche oder Kammern unterteilt, bleibt die kissen- oder mattenartige Form erhalten. Des weiteren können bei runder wie auch bei eckiger Form des Schallabsorbers bzw. der Anordnung des Absorptionsmaterials Randnähte nach Erfordernis bzw. Kundenwunsch hergestellt werden, die die Außenform stabilisieren.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist der Schallabsorber einen Rahmen auf, in dem das Absorptionsmaterial aufgenommen ist. In dem Rahmen kann das Absorptionsmaterial in beliebiger Gestalt oder Anordnung aufgenommen sein, beispielsweise kann ein Kissen oder eine Matte, wie sie voranstehend beschrieben sind und die eine gewisse Stabilität aufweisen, darin gehalten sein. Andererseits kann in bevorzugter Ausführungsform das Absorptionsmaterial zwischen zwei am Rahmen gehaltenen Trägern oder Trägerflächen, insbesondere Gittern, aufgenommen sein, die dem in beliebiger Gestalt und Form vorliegenden Absorptionsmaterial Stabilität geben.
- Zweckmäßigerweise ist der Rahmen mit dem Absorptionsmaterial sichtseitig von einer Bespannung, insbesondere Stoffbespannung, abgedeckt.
- Andererseits kann die Stoffbespannung innerhalb des Rahmens angeordnet sein und kann das Absorptionsmaterial bzw. die Trägerfläche abdecken.
- Grundsätzlich eignen sich derartige Schallabsorber für das Verbessern der Raumakustik von geschlossenen wie auch von offenen Räumen.
- Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiels des Schallabsorbers unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Fig. 3 dargestellte dritte Ausführungsbeispiel des Schallabsorbers. - Ein Schallabsorber 10 weist einen Rahmen 11 auf (siehe
Fig. 1 und 2 ), der aus einem oder mehreren Rahmenteilen gebildet wird. Die Rahmenteile sind aus einem bevorzugt als Aluminium-Strangpressprofil hergestellten Rahmenprofil 12 in der erforderlichen Länge und mit dem erforderlichen Gehrungswinkel geschnitten und werden in den Stoßbereichen zusammengefügt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Rahmen 11 rechteckig. Es sind jedoch auch Rahmen in beliebigen anderen Formen, insbesondere Polygonformen, herstellbar und verwendbar. - Das Rahmenprofil 12 ist von einer unteren Fläche 13, einer an deren Außenkante anschließenden vertikalen Wand 14 und einer von deren Oberkante nach innen vorspringenden oberen Fläche 15 gebildet. An der Innenseite der unteren Fläche 13 sind zwei parallele, sich nach oben erstreckende Stege 16 und 17 mit einer einander zugewandten Abwinklung am oberen Ende vorgesehen. An der Innenseite der vertikalen Wand 14 sind zwei abgewinkelte Stege 18 bzw. 19 vorgesehen. In der oberen Fläche 15 ist eine nach unten vorspringende Nut 20 ausgebildet, die einen Nutgrund 21 und Nutseitenwände 22 aufweist (siehe
Fig. 2 ). Die Begriffe "untere Fläche", "obere Fläche" und "vertikale Wand" beziehen sich nur auf die in denFig. 1 und 2 dargestellte horizontale Lage bzw. Einbaulage und sind nicht beschränkend zu verstehen. Selbstverständlich sind die Bauteile auch für eine vertikale Verwendung geeignet, wobei dann die vertikale Wand 14 zu einer horizontalen unteren oder oberen Wand und die untere Fläche oder obere Fläche zu einer vorderen oder hinteren Fläche wird. - Am Rahmen 11 kann auf verschiedene Art eine Abdeckung oder eine Bespannung 23 aus einem flexiblen Gewebe oder einer Folie befestigt sein. Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß
Fig. 1 umspannt die Bespannung 23 die untere Fläche 13, die vertikale Wand 14 und die obere Fläche 15 des Rahmenprofils 12. Der Randbereich der Bespannung 23 ist in die Nut 20 an der oberen Fläche 15 eingelegt und wird dort durch Eindrücken einer Klemmleiste 24 in die Nut 20 durch einen Presssitz fixiert. Beim Eindrücken der Klemmleiste 24 in die Nut 20 erfolgt gleichzeitig eine Spannung des Materials der Bespannung 23, so dass diese straff über die Unterseite oder Außenseite des Rahmens 11 gespannt wird. - Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß
Fig. 2 wird der Randbereich der Bespannung 23 auf der Innenseite der unteren Fläche 13 des Rahmenprofils 12 über die Stege 16, 17 gelegt und dort mittels einer von oben aufgepressten Klemmleiste 24' fixiert. Beim Aufpressen der Klemmleiste 18' über die Stege 16, 17 wird gleichzeitig das Material der Bespannung 23 an der Unterseite des Rahmens 11 gespannt. Für die Klemmleisten 24 bzw. 24' in denFig. 1 und 2 wird bevorzugt ein einheitliches U-Profil verwendet, dessen Außenbreite so ausgelegt ist, dass sie unter Zwischenlage des Randes der Bespannung 23 im Presssitz in die Nut 20 gedrückt werden kann und deren innere Weite so bemessen ist, dass sie unter Zwischenlage der Bespannung 23 im Presssitz über die Stege 16, 17 gedrückt werden kann. - Falls erforderlich kann sowohl eine Bespannung 23 an der Unterseite (beispielsweise gemäß
Fig. 1 ) als auch eine Bespannung an der Oberseite des Rahmens 11 (beispielsweise gemäßFig. 2 ) vorgesehen sein. Dabei kann die untere Bespannung 23 gemäßFig. 2 durch Aufpressen der Klemmleiste 24' über die Stege 16, 17 befestigt werden und die Befestigung einer nicht gezeigten oberen Bespannung kann durch Einpressen der Klemmleiste 24 in die Nut 20 erfolgen. Es kann jedoch auch eine den Rahmen vollständig umgebende Bespannung 23 durch Überlappung der Randbereiche und gemeinsames Einpressen in die Nut 20 fixiert werden. - Erforderlichenfalls können die Außenseiten der Stege 16, 17, die Seitenwände 22 der Nut 20 und/oder die Innen- und/oder Außenwände der Klemmleiste 24 bzw. 24' mit zusätzlichen Vertiefungen oder Vorsprüngen bzw. Verzahnungen versehen sein, um die Klemmkraft zu erhöhen.
- Bei der Verwendung des Rahmens 11 bei einem Schallabsorber 10, der an einer Wand oder einer Decke eines Raumes befestigt wird, genügt das Vorsehen einer Bespannung 23 an der dem Raum zugewandten Seite.
- Die Stege 16, 17 und die Unterseite des Nutgrunds 21 dienen auch als Halterung bzw. Auflage für einen oberen bzw. einen unteren flächigen dünnen Träger 25 bzw. 26, zwischen denen ein Absorptionsmaterial 27, beispielsweise aus Glasfilamenten hergestellte Glasfilamentgarne bzw. aus Glasfilamentgarnen hergestellte Gewebe in loser Form oder in Form eines vorgefertigten Teils wie z. B. eines Kissens oder einer Matte aufgenommen ist.
- Die Stege 16, 17 (in
Fig. 1 ) beziehungsweise die Oberseite der Klemmleiste 24' (inFig. 2 ) sorgen dabei gleichzeitig für einen für die Schalldämmung vorteilhaften Luftspalt 28 zwischen der Abdeckung 16 und dem Absorptionsmaterial 27. - Die Abdeckung bzw. Bespannung 23 des Schallabsorbers 10 besteht aus einem permanent schwer entflammbaren und nicht brennbaren Material gemäß DIN 4102 - A2. Sowohl von der Einhaltung der Brandschutzvorschriften als auch von der Funktionalität für Schallschutzzwecke hat sich ein zumindest zum überwiegenden Teil aus Glasfasern oder Glasfilamentgarnen oder Rovings bestehendes Gewebe als bestens geeignet erwiesen. Ein derartiges Gewebe weist im Übrigen eine hervorragende Haltbarkeit auf, ist unempfindlich gegen Feuchtigkeit und Verschmutzung und kann bei Bedarf auch leicht gereinigt werden.
- Der in den
Fig. 3 und 4 dargestellte Schallabsorber 10 weist beispielsweise die Form eines flachen Kissens oder einer Matte in Rechteckform auf und enthält das voranstehend beschriebene Absorptionsmaterial 27, das bevorzugt aus Glasfilamenten hergestellte Glasfilamentgarne wie E-Glasgarn bzw. aus Glasfilamentgarnen hergestellte Gewebe enthält, wobei aus schalltechnischen Gründen auch ein Anteil von Mineralwolle enthalten sein kann. - Eine Umhüllung 29 oder ein Überzug umgibt das Absorptionsmaterial 27 vollständig. Die Umhüllung 29 bzw. der Überzug ist beispielsweise aus einem nichtbrennbaren Glasgarngewebe nach DIN 4102 - A2 gebildet. Mehrere sich insbesondere rechtwinklig kreuzende Steppnähte 30 unterteilen je nach Erfordernis die gesamte Fläche des Schallabsorbers 10 in einzelne kleinere Bereiche oder Kammern 31 (im Beispiel zwölf Kammern 31), in denen das Absorptionsmaterial 27 durch die Steppnähte 30 ortsfest und verschiebesicher gehalten ist. An jeder Umfangsseite kann eine Randnaht 32 die obere Umhüllung 29 und die untere Umhüllung 29 verbinden (falls diese nicht taschenartig gebildet sind) und sie kann je nach Erfordernis einen randseitigen Wulst oder dergleichen aus der Umhüllung 29 bilden. Dieser Schallabsorber 10 kann als Einlage oder als Auflage auf Tragkonstruktionen in offenen oder geschlossenen Räumen in beliebigen Größen, Dicken und Formen gebildet werden, wie z. B. viereckig, dreieckig oder rund sowie als Platte oder zylindrisch.
- An einem erfindungsgemäßen Schallabsorber mit E-Glasgarn als Absorptionsmaterial wurden Messungen vorgenommen. Die Messkurve des ermittelten Schallabsorptionsgrades lag insbesondere in einem Bereich von etwa 300 Hz bis etwa 1300 Hz deutlich über einer Referenzkurve (verschobene Bezugskurve nach ISO 11654) von Glaswolle.

Claims (10)
- Schallabsorber mit einem Absorptionsmaterial zum Absorbieren von Raumschall, wobei das Absorptionsmaterial (27) aus aus Glasfilamentgarnen hergestelltem Glasfilamentgewebe gebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass bei der Herstellung und/oder der Verarbeitung des Glasfilamentgewebes anfallender Webkantenabfall das Absorptionsmaterial (27) bildet. - Schallabsorber nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasfilamentgarne Durchmesser im Bereich von 0,01 mm bis 3,0 mm und insbesondere von 0,2 mm bis 0,5 mm aufweisen. - Schallabsorber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als Kissen oder Matte gebildet ist. - Schallabsorber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorptionsmaterial zumindest teilweise von einer Umhüllung (29) umgeben ist. - Schallabsorber nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllung (29) aus einem nichtbrennbaren Glasgarngewebe besteht. - Schallabsorber nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Steppnaht (30) das Absorptionsmaterial (27) unterteilt. - Schallabsorber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Rahmen (11) aufweist, in dem das Absorptionsmaterial (27) aufgenommen ist. - Schallabsorber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorptionsmaterial (27) zwischen zwei am Rahmen (11) gehaltenen Trägerflächen (25), insbesondere Metallgitter, aufgenommen ist. - Schallabsorber nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (11) mit dem Absorptionsmaterial (27) sichtseitig von einer Bespannung (23) abgedeckt ist. - Schallabsorber nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bespannung (23) innerhalb des Rahmens (11) angeordnet ist und das Absorptionsmaterial (27) bzw. die Trägerfläche (25) abdeckt.
