  • the invention has the great advantage of adjusting the position of the pins 12, 112 manually, without tools and in a very simple manner.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that by shifting of the plates 16, 166 to insert the pins 12, 112 in the hole H, they also cover the portion of the body 160 (i.e. the edges 66, 166 and the cavity 64, 164) which remains in view on the shelf RP.

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fixation destiné à fixer une étagère (RP) au châssis (FR) d'un meuble, ledit dispositif de fixation comprenant
    - un corps d'ancrage (60, 160) conformé pour être inséré dans un siège correspondant formé dans le bord de l'étagère ;
    - un élément formant tige (20, 120) pouvant être logé dans une cavité interne (64, 164) du corps d'ancrage et coulissant dans celle-ci le long d'un axe (X ; 1X) entre deux positions dans lesquelles une tête (12, 112) de l'élément formant tige fait saillie ou non d'un côté (62, 162) du corps d'ancrage afin d'entrer dans un trou (H), ou d'en sortir, qui est ménagé dans le châssis,
    - un élément coulissant (16, 116) qui est mobile à l'extérieur par rapport au corps d'ancrage dans une direction parallèle audit axe et qui est couplé à l'élément formant tige afin de le déplacer entre lesdites deux positions,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément coulissant est un élément plat (16, 116) et peut coulisser sur une portion de surface extérieure (66, 166) du corps d'ancrage, ladite cavité (64, 164) étant ouverte vers l'intérieur de manière continue en partant du côté (62, 162) duquel la tête de l'élément formant tige (20, 120) fait saillie jusqu'à ladite portion de surface extérieure, la cavité étant conformée de sorte à former une ouverture latérale dans le corps d'ancrage afin de permettre l'insertion de l'élément formant tige dans la cavité par un mouvement orthogonal audit axe.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comprenant à l'intérieur de ladite cavité une ou plusieurs pattes flexibles (70, 170) adaptées pour s'écarter élastiquement durant l'insertion de l'élément formant tige et pour se détendre immédiatement afin de l'empêcher de coulisser dans la cavité.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel une ou chaque patte flexible comprend une dent de retenue (72, 172) destinée à l'élément formant tige, et l'élément formant tige comprend une surface de guidage (24 ; 125), la dent et la surface de guidage étant conformées pour s'engager l'une avec l'autre par couplage de formes afin de retenir l'élément formant tige dans la cavité.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la dent comprend un plan incliné (74, 174) placé près de l'ouverture latérale et conformée pour faire plier la patte respective lorsqu'elle presse contre l'élément formant tige pendant l'insertion de ce dernier.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel des saillies de retenue (21, 121) sont prévues sur l'élément formant tige ou dans la cavité, lesquelles saillies sont adaptées pour s'encliqueter dans des sièges correspondants (78, 178, 184) formés dans le corps d'ancrage, ou dans l'élément formant tige, afin de maintenir en place l'élément formant tige, la distance axiale entre lesdits sièges étant égale à la course de l'élément formant tige dans le corps d'ancrage.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'élément formant tige comprend des ailettes flexibles (117) qui s'étendent dans la direction opposée à sa tête (112) et sur lesquelles sont prévues lesdites saillies (121).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel lesdites saillies (21) comprennent une ou plusieurs dents (21) sur la surface latérale de l'élément formant tige (20).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et 7, dans lequel ladite cavité, du côté (62, 162) de laquelle l'élément formant tige sort, présente des renflements (67) qui, pendant l'insertion de l'élément formant tige dans le corps d'ancrage, guident ladite une ou lesdites plusieurs dent(s) (21) en direction de l'intérieur de la cavité.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément formant tige comprend une surface incurvée (22, 122) adaptée pour coulisser, pendant l'insertion dans le corps d'ancrage, sur les plans inclinés desdites ailettes dans le corps d'ancrage, les forçant ainsi à s'écarter.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'extrémité de l'élément formant tige (18, 117) opposée à la tête de celui-ci comprend un plan incliné (23, 123) adapté pour pouvoir coulisser sur un plan incliné (68, 168) formé sur le bord de ladite ouverture latérale pendant l'insertion de l'élément formant tige dans le corps d'ancrage.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconques des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de l'élément formant tige opposée à la tête de celui-ci comprend une cavité destinée à loger et/ou former une butée destinée à un ressort logé dans une cavité axiale du corps d'ancrage et adapté pour pousser l'élément formant tige en direction de la position dans laquelle sa tête fait saillie.
