Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device and a use for storing and providing pharmaceutical wafem, d h of medicaments in layer form, in particular for contraception or for hormone replacement therapy
  • Drug wafers are film-like devices containing active pharmaceutical ingredients contained in a drug carrier.
  • the active substances in the wafers can be administered, for example, transmucosally, ie via the oral mucosa, by placing the wafers on or under the tongue, whereby the active ingredient carrier
  • the wafers are provided enclosed in foil pouches.
  • these pouches can consist of at least one carrier foil and at least one cover foil, wherein at least the flatly larger foil has two parallel side edges and wherein between the carrier foil and the cover sheet, the sheet or sheet-like material (wafer) is gas- and moisture-tight enclosed devices for storing and providing the drug wafers may contain stacked foil pockets therein
  • the device for storing and providing the wafers described in DE 101 59 746 B4 comprises an at least single-split housing, against which the lateral edges of the stacked foil pockets abut, while on a front inner side the edge of a carrier foil rests over the edge of a corresponding foil Cover film protrudes and with the stacked film pockets spring-loaded pressed against the upper inside of the housing
  • the front, upper portion of the housing has two slots for separately dispensing the carrier film and the cover film, wherein the wafer can be provided with the carrier film or with the cover film. Between the slots, a separating tool for separating the carrier film from the cover sheet is arranged, against which the uppermost carrier film rests with its lying in front of the front edge of the cover sheet area.
  • To transport the drug pockets from the housing serves a rotatable about a rotation axis transport element.
  • This device has the disadvantage that a user does not receive any control as to whether or not a prescribed intake for a certain period of time has already been followed. Therefore, it can easily come to a double intake, or the user ever forgets to take the wafer.
  • a blister is provided with pockets for the tablets arranged in a row, the pockets corresponding in one-to-one to the days of at least one calendar month, further comprising sequential integer numerical indications arranged in a one-to-one relation near the pockets in that each pocket is visually identifiable with one and only one calendar day of the calendar month, and wherein consecutive integer numerical indicia of near rupturable zones in the second sheet are arranged to be visible on the second sheet from the back, and wherein each Zone is visually identifiable with one and only one calendar day of the calendar month.
  • EP 0 511 726 B1 describes an arrangement for receiving tablets in a field, comprising: a blister pack having a predetermined area in which a plurality of tablets configured in a selected field are located, a container for holding the blister pack and a Daily calendar that can be aligned to the field of tablets in the blister pack, with the daily calendar being shiftable to one to position a selected starting day on a first tablet in the field of tablets, and wherein pointers are provided on the container and the blister pack has a locating notch close to and in proximity to a first tablet so that the first tablet to be withdrawn is displayed.
  • DE 10 2005 032 015 A1 discloses a case for receiving a blister pack which has a first and a second half hinged thereto.
  • the first Etuihffy is designed as a pocket for receiving the blister pack and has an outer part and an inner visible part and first openings in the visible part and second openings in the outer part, wherein the first openings are aligned with the second openings, at least where the containers for the tablets are in the blister pack after picking up in the bag.
  • the second half of the case has a compartment for receiving a display of the days of the week and windows for displaying the days of the week in an inner visible area of the second half of the compartment in the area of the compartment, wherein the windows are arranged such that they correspond to the columns of the containers of a pocket Blister pack are assigned.
  • Another object of the present invention is to ensure that the wafers are safely taken out of the device at a predetermined rate, i. the device is suitable for allowing the user (s) to control the prescription of a drug wafer over a certain period of time.
  • a drug pocket of the inventive device consists of a base sheet and a cover sheet.
  • the cover film can be connected, for example glued, to the base film by way of a preferably strip-shaped connection extending along the side edges of the cover film.
  • the base film and the cover film may each have on each at least one side edge protruding tabs which are not connected to each other.
  • the device according to the invention which is used for storing and providing drug wafers, contains drug pockets arranged in a pocket stack with drug wafers contained therein.
  • a carrier is arranged substantially parallel to an edge of the drug pockets.
  • a time stamp is affixed to the carrier and a marking is affixed to each drug bag, so that one on the other in the bag stack following markings on the carrier are aligned with successive times.
  • the drug pockets are arranged in the device in a stack of bags and provided with mutually staggered markings and preferably and arranged substantially parallel to an edge of the drug pockets on a carrier display means for timings for taking the wafer, a (e) Always check if a wafer has been taken in a current intake period or if this is not the case.
  • the drug pockets may preferably be connected to the edge of the carrier.
  • the carrier is formed by stacks of sheets arranged in a stack of sheets. These staples are connected to each other at least in the region of a respective first sheet edge. Further, in this case, each drug pouch is associated with one of the leaflet sheets over a respective second sheet edge opposite the first sheet edge, which also includes integrally forming the leaflet sheets with the drug pouches, i.

  • the drug pouches with the wafers contained therein are stacked by the chosen design of the device as in a booklet or book and can be sequentially preferably removed from above.
  • the top pocket is removed in a first intake period, the underlying bag in the stack is visible. This underlying pocket can then be removed during a subsequent second intake period.
  • the other pockets with the wafers can be removed according to the order of the pockets in the stack.
  • the pockets are each connected to staples and are held over these in the stack.
  • a pocket in one embodiment may be removed from the staple sheet to which it is attached by severing it.
  • each bag may be removed from the stack along with the associated staple sheet, such as by tearing or stapling.
  • the / can User must always determine if a bag with a wafer has been removed from the stack during the current collection period and the wafer has been ingested or if it is not. This can be seen from the fact that the mark located on the bag is aligned with a certain time on the next arranged carrier, preferably overhead stapling sheet. As a result, the user (in) recognizes whether the current time falls within the time period indicated by the time or whether this is not the case.

  • the first embodiment is preferable to the second embodiment.
  • each drug pocket is separably connected to one of the staple sheets, for example by a perforation. This will allow the pockets to be easily removed from the stack, such as through Tearing out.
  • Each of the pockets can be made with an associated booklet sheet in one unit, such as by the components of the pockets (base film, cover film) are made widened on one side. This formed by the widening part corresponds to the booklet.
  • the times are weekdays or calendar days, the latter represented by the numbering of the days of a month.
  • Weekday data have the advantage over the calendar day data, on the one hand, that the repetition rhythm takes place more frequently than in the latter. This allows for easier attachment of time information on the carrier or an overhead leaflet, since for the first day only the appropriate day of the week must be selected from all seven days of the week, while in the case of calendar days the appropriate calendar day from 28, 29, 30 or 31 Calendar days must be selected.
