Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method and a device for ensuring the continuity of the ventilation of an anticondensation coating of a cover plate at its bearing surfaces on a support. It also makes it possible to ensure the continuity of any liquid flows occurring on this coating at said bearing surfaces.
- the humidity present in the building tends to rise up to reach the frame and the roof of the building.
- the temperature of the cover tanks is lower than the ambient temperature inside the building, by a convection process, the moisture tends to settle permanently on the underside of the tanks.
- the moisture content is relatively high, despite the presence of a possible anticondensation coating and given the slope of the cover, there may be a slight runoff and even, possibly, the formation of drops that stand out and fall by gravity onto the underlying installation.
- this condensation can evaporate or evacuate banks so that it can not cause nuisance such as soil (eg moisture stains), corrosion phenomena, bacterial or mycotic developments.
- the cover tanks are carried by horizontal purlins on which they are fixed. Accordingly, at these failures that extend perpendicular to the slope of the roof, the anticondensation coating is compressed between the tray and the failure so that the runoff of condensate on the coating is interrupted.
- the condensate accumulates along the failure and runs on it before drip. At the same time, the condensate infiltrates the support zones between the roofing plates and remains there because these areas are not ventilated. These infiltrations are therefore the seat of nuisances particularly important.
- the invention therefore aims to eliminate these disadvantages.
- the method according to the invention consists in arranging on the bearing surfaces of the support on which is carried at least one cover plate (here, the upper face of the purlins on which the bins come to bear) a lining comprising a flexible substrate whose lower face is intended to be fixed on said support, this substrate carrying a three-dimensional network formed of one or more rigid or semi-rigid son, on which the cover plate bears.
- the substrate can adapt to the forms of the support, for example faults.
- this flexibility makes it possible to wind the lining, in particular for transport and storage. This solution is also very advantageous when laying the fact that the coating can be unwound in situ to the desired length.
- the underside of the substrate may be coated with a coated adhesive coated before use with a protective film to be removed during use of the liner.
- the distribution and orientation of the yarns inside the three-dimensional network may be random so as to avoid any preferred axis of deformation which could complicate the fitting of the lining, the liner having a substantially identical resistance to deformation in flexion. on all its axes.
- the crush resistance of the lining which is a function, in particular, of the stiffness and density of the yarns, is preferably equal to or greater than the limiting force of deformation of the cover plate.
- the cover 1 is made of steel tanks 2, 3 assembled to each other by their lateral ribs 4, 5, as illustrated schematically on the figure 1 .
- the invention is not limited to a particular type of tray: in fact, the method according to the invention can be applied to all plate-shaped cover elements with or without ribs or corrugations.
- the purlins 8 are not necessarily made of wood and could be for example metallic.
- the invention is advantageously applied to the cover plates whose underside is coated with a layer of anticondensation material 9 having for example the texture of a non-woven carpet.
- the three-dimensional network 13 is made by calendering a planar sheet of sinuous son extending randomly (it being understood that this embodiment is not limiting).
- the calendering is here intended to give the son a three-dimensional distribution from the plane sheet which has a two-dimensional random distribution of the son.
- the stiffness of the wires 14 of this network is determined so as to constitute, after the tightening exerted by the screws 6, a bridging which delimits between the purlins 8 and the tanks 2, 3 an intermediate ventilated space by means of which the moisture which condenses on the Anti-condensation coating 9 can evacuate and / or dry quickly.
- the bent shapes of the yarns 14 which bear either on the anticondensation coating 9 of the tanks 2, 3, or on the substrate 11, are appropriate to the stresses resulting from the tightening of the fastening screws 6: the higher the stress is higher the bearing surface of the son 13 will be important. In addition, between the bearing surfaces of the son on the anticondensation coating it is not compressed and retains its original properties.
- the outer face of the adhesive coating is covered by a protective film 15 to be removed during use.
- the intermediate lining 10 can be wound, for example around a tubular sleeve to form a roll. This type of packaging facilitates its transport, its storage and its implementation on construction sites.

Abstract
Description
figure 1 .
figure 1 .
