Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de pose de fil, conçu pour être utilisé lors de la production d'une bobine de fil garnie d'un enroulement de fil et réalisée, de préférence, sous la forme d'une bobine croisée,
    comprenant un tambour de pose (2) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (1), au moyen d'un entraînement, la surface du cylindre dudit tambour de pose (2) étant munie d'une fente (25) de guidage du fil, ledit axe de rotation (1) se présentant comme un arbre (6) pourvu de deux extrémités (10, 11), l'une des extrémités de l'arbre étant réalisée sous la forme d'une extrémité (10) de montage dudit arbre, de telle sorte que ledit arbre (6) soit monté sur le dispositif de pose de fil par ladite extrémité de montage (10), et la seconde extrémité (11) de l'arbre étant réalisée sous la forme d'une extrémité libre dudit arbre, de façon à instaurer une portée unilatérale dudit tambour de pose (2),
    caractérisé par le fait que
    le tambour de pose (2) offre un arbre creux (14), ledit arbre creux (14) étant enfilé sur l'arbre (6) avec montage rotatif, de préférence par l'intermédiaire de roulements à billes ; et par le fait que
    ledit tambour de pose (2) comprend une première moitié (21), disposée du côté de l'extrémité de montage de l'arbre, et une seconde moitié (22) située dans la région de l'extrémité libre (11) dudit arbre, lesdites moitiés du tambour matérialisant, respectivement, des surfaces partielles de la surface du cylindre dudit tambour de pose (2), et la fente (25) de guidage du fil revêtant la forme d'un interstice espaçant mutuellement lesdites surface partielles, de telle sorte que lesdites deux moitiés du tambour puissent être dissociées l'une de l'autre.
  2. Dispositif de pose de fil, selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    la première moitié (21) du tambour, disposée du côté de l'extrémité de montage de l'arbre, est reliée rigidement à l'arbre creux (14), de préférence par boulonnage, et la seconde moitié (22) dudit tambour est enfilée sur ledit arbre creux (14), et est reliée audit arbre creux (14) avec verrouillage rotatif sur ledit arbre creux (14).
  3. Dispositif de pose de fil, selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    la seconde moitié (22) dudit tambour est fixée sur l'arbre creux (14) au moyen d'un mécanisme (32) de fermeture rapide.
  4. Dispositif de pose de fil, selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    le mécanisme (32) de fermeture rapide comporte une bague pouvant être vissée sur l'arbre creux (14) à l'aide d'un filetage, ledit filetage étant façonné sur des mâchoires fixées à ladite bague, sur laquelle elles peuvent être rabattues par basculement.
  5. Dispositif de pose de fil, selon les revendications 1 et 4,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins un élément d'espacement, annulaire de préférence, est enfilé sur l'arbre creux (14) entre la première moitié (21) du tambour et la seconde moitié (22) dudit tambour, la largeur d'interstice de la fente (25) de guidage du fil étant fermement établie par l'épaisseur et/ou par le nombre des éléments d'espacement.
  6. Dispositif de pose de fil, selon l'une des revendications 1 et 5,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    les surfaces partielles de la surface du cylindre, matérialisées par les moitiés (21, 22) du tambour, et/ou les faces extrêmes dudit tambour de pose (2), présentent des réalisations dépourvues d'orifices.
  7. Machine de production de bobines de fil, équipée d'un dispositif de pose de fil conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
