Claims (7)

  1. Thread-laying mechanism for use in the manufacture of a yarn bobbin wound with a yarn, preferably in the form of a cross-wound bobbin, having a laying drum (2) rotatable by means of a drive about an axis of rotation (1), with a thread-guiding slit (25) on the cylindrical surface of the laying drum (2), wherein the axis of rotation (1) is formed by a shaft (6) having two shaft ends (10, 11), one of the shaft ends being in the form of a mounting shaft end (10), such that the shaft (6) is mounted with the mounting shaft end (10) on the thread-laying mechanism, and the second shaft end (11) is in the form of a free shaft end, such that a one-sided bearing of the laying drum (2) is formed,
    characterised in that
    the laying drum (2) comprises a hollow shaft (14), the hollow shaft (14) being pushed, so that it is rotatably mounted, preferably via ball bearings, onto the shaft (6), and that
    the laying drum (2) comprises a first drum half (21) arranged at the mounting shaft end side and a second drum half (22) arranged in the region of the free shaft end (11), the drum halves each forming component-surfaces of the cylindrical surface of the laying drum (2) and wherein the thread-guiding slit (25) is formed by a gap separating the component-surfaces, such that the two drum halves can be disassembled.
  2. Thread-laying mechanism according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the first drum half (21) arranged at the mounting shaft end side is fixedly connected, preferably by screws, to the hollow shaft (14), and the second drum half (22) is pushed onto the hollow shaft (14) and connected, secure against rotation, to the hollow shaft (14).
  3. Thread-laying mechanism according to claim 2,
    characterised in that
    the second drum half (22) is secured on the hollow shaft (14) by means of a quick-release mechanism (32).
  4. Thread-laying mechanism according to claim 3,
    characterised in that
    the quick-release mechanism (32) comprises a ring screwable by means of a screw thread onto the hollow shaft (14), the screw thread being formed on flanges that are fixed to the ring so that they pivot.
  5. Thread-laying mechanism according to claim 1 and 4,
    characterised in that
    at least one, preferably annular, spacer element is pushed onto the hollow shaft (14) between the first drum half (21) and the second drum half (22), the gap width of the thread-guiding slit (25) being determined by means of the thickness and/or the number of the spacer elements.
  6. Thread-laying mechanism according to one of claims 1 and 5,
    characterised in that
    the component-surfaces of the cylindrical surface formed by the drum halves (21, 22) and/or the end faces of the laying drum (2) are constructed without openings.
  7. Yarn manufacturing device having a thread-laying mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
