Claims (18)

  1. Dispositif de serrage pour un système d'arme disposé sur un véhicule de combat, dans lequel le système d'arme présente un entraînement de pointage sur le côté et/ou un entraînement de pointage en hauteur, lesquels agissent respectivement sur une couronne dentée (7) ou un segment denté relié(e) au système d'arme, comprenant une roue dentée (2), qui peut venir en prise en permanence au niveau de sa périphérie avec la couronne dentée ou le segment denté (7) éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'une roue intermédiaire (3) et qui peut être entraînée en rotation avec ce ou cette dernière, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) une crémaillère est disposée au niveau de la face frontale de ladite roue dentée (2) de manière concentrique par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la roue dentée et présente une première denture (2.1), qui présente un écartement entre les dents qui est inférieur d'un facteur prédéfini à l'écartement entre les dents au niveau de la périphérie de la roue dentée (2);
    b) un disque d'embrayage (4) situé de manière coaxiale par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la roue dentée (2), ne pouvant pas être pivoté mais pouvant être coulissé de manière axiale, lequel disque d'embrayage présente, au niveau de sa face frontale tournée vers la roue dentée (2) une deuxième denture (4.1) faisant face à la première denture (2.1) avec un écartement entre les dents identique;
    c) un dispositif (5, 6, 8) pouvant être commandé, servant au coulissement axial du disque d'embrayage (4) depuis une position ouverte, dans laquelle la première denture (2.1) et la deuxième denture (4.1) ne sont pas en prise, dans une position de serrage, dans laquelle la première denture et la deuxième denture sont en prise avec une force de compression prédéfinie, et inversement.
  2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pouvant être commandé qui sert au coulissement axial du disque d'embrayage (4) présente au moins un élément formant ressort (8), grâce à l'effet de force duquel le disque d'embrayage (4) est guidé depuis la position ouverte dans la position de serrage et y est maintenu.
  3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par un système d'entraînement pouvant être activé, lequel maintient, à l'état activé, le premier élément formant ressort (8) dans sa position tendue et libère le premier élément formant ressort à l'état désactivé.
  4. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement pouvant être activé présente un dispositif d'entraînement (10) électromécanique, qui est activé lorsqu'il est alimenté en courant.
  5. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement pouvant être activé présente un dispositif d'entraînement hydraulique ou pneumatique, qui est activé lors de l'application d'une pression prédéfinie.
  6. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la première denture (2.1) et la deuxième denture (4.1) sont réalisées sous la forme de denture Hirth.
  7. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le coulissement axial du disque d'embrayage (4) est effectué par l'intermédiaire d'une commande à cames (4.2 - 5.1).
  8. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des cames de commande (4.2) sont disposées au niveau de la surface frontale, opposée à la roue dentée (2), du disque d'embrayage (4), et en ce qu'une bague de commutation (5) est disposée de manière à pouvoir tourner, toutefois sans pouvoir être coulissée dans la direction axiale, de manière coaxiale par rapport au disque d'embrayage (4), laquelle bague de commutation (5) présente, au niveau de sa face tournée vers le disque d'embrayage (4) et dotée de cames de commande (4.2), lors de sa rotation dans le sens d'un coulissement axial du disque d'embrayage, des faces de commande (5.1) en coopération et est couplée au premier élément formant ressort (8) de manière à pouvoir tourner.
  9. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le coulissement axial du disque d'embrayage (4) est effectué dans la position de serrage à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de rappel (6).
  10. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la bague de commutation (5) est articulée, par l'intermédiaire d'un bras de levier (5.2) au niveau d'une baguette de poussée (9) guidée dans le boîtier ou dans le châssis (1), sur laquelle la force du premier élément formant ressort (8) agit et est couplée au système d'entraînement (10) pouvant être activé.
  11. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le couplage de la baguette de poussée (9) au système d'entraînement (10) pouvant être activé est effectué par l'intermédiaire d'une denture (9.1), avec laquelle une roue de sortie (10.1) du dispositif d'entraînement (10) vient en prise.
  12. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le disque d'embrayage (4) est disposé de manière à pouvoir coulisser axialement sur un arbre cannelé (7) disposé de manière fixe dans le boîtier.
