- the lock 3 is positioned so that the outer shoulder 17a of the transverse rib 17 is disposed vertically above the wedge 7c of the housing 7. In doing so, the lock 3 can be translated downwardly so that to come and fit in housing 7.
- the transverse rib 17 is found under the housing 7, and the external lug 27 is housed in the transverse opening 10 until it abuts against the connecting partition 9.
- the latch 3 is then perfectly fixed in the base 2 since, besides the fact that it is held in position by virtue of the longitudinal rib 16 fitted into the longitudinal groove 13, this latch 3 is, on the one hand, locked in translation thanks to the external lug 27 disposed in the transverse opening 10, and secondly, prevented from tilting backwards and forwards thanks, respectively, to the bottom wall 30 which abuts against the partition 9 , and the external pin 27 disposed in the transverse opening 10.
- the anchor wall 11 may also constitute an abutment with respect to the base 14 to prevent any forward tilting of the lock 3, and other on the other hand, the transverse rib 17, as a function of its positioning along the lateral surface 15, can abut against the profile 7a of the housing 7 in the event of tilting backwards or upwards of said latch 3.
- the longitudinal rib 16, the transverse rib 17 and the external lug 27 thus constitute the fastening means of the lock 3, while the groove 13 and the transverse opening 10 of the connecting partition 9 constitute the connecting means of the base 2.
