Claims (13)

  1. Station de regroupement de produits de type comprenant un élément de prélèvement et de transport (2), une unité (3) pour former des groupes de produits et un appareil de tassement (4), au moins un chariot mobile (5) exécutant un mouvement alternant et disposé en aval dudit élément de prélèvement et de transport (2) pour insérer les produits à regrouper dans au moins un compartiment (6), une pousseuse (7) pour transférer les groupes de produits dans l'appareil de tassement (4), caractérisée en ce que ledit appareil de tassement (4) comprend au moins une face latérale (8) qui peut exécuter un mouvement translationnel depuis une distance maximale par rapport à la face (9) se trouvant à son opposé à une distance minimale, afin de réduire le volume hors tout du groupe, ledit compartiment (6) étant fixe et ledit chariot mobile (5) se déplaçant dans une direction pour charger ledit compartiment (6) d'un premier groupe de produits (a-f) et dans la direction opposée pour charger ledit compartiment (6) d'un second groupe de produits (a'-f').
  2. Station suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits chariots mobiles (5) sont au moins au nombre de deux, ledit élément de prélèvement et de transport (2) comprenant une unité de redirection (14) actionnée pour trier les produits sur au moins deux lignes de transfert de produits respectifs (15, 16).
  3. Station suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité de redirection (14) contrôlée présente une pluralité de sorties, dont deux au moins sont des lignes associées (15, 16) menant à un chariot respectif (5) et dont une au moins est associée à une ligne menant à un récipient de collecte de produits défectueux.
  4. Station suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque compartiment (6) comprend une pluralité de cloisons équidistantes (17) pour le logement d'un produit respectif de manière stable et trié dans l'espace intermédiaire formé entre deux cloisons (17) contiguës.
  5. Station suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque compartiment (6) comprend deux parois latérales (18, 19), dont une au moins est mobile, chaque produit délivré dans ledit compartiment (6) par le chariot mobile (5) respectif étant logé dans l'espace intermédiaire formé entre les deux parois (18, 19), optionnellement avec interposition des autres produits délivrés préalablement par le chariot mobile (5) au compartiment (6).
  6. Station suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits chariots mobiles (5) sont au moins au nombre de deux, chacun étant associé à un compartiment (6) respectif.
  7. Station suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdits au moins deux chariots mobiles (5) sont actionnés au moyen d'un moteur unique pour exécuter un mouvement synchrone avec un entraxe constant des au moins deux chariots (5).
  8. Station suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits au moins deux chariots mobiles (5) est actionné au moyen d'un moteur respectif pour le mouvement indépendant des au moins deux chariots (5).
  9. Station suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que pour chaque compartiment (6), ledit appareil de tassement (4) comprend au moins une face latérale (8) qui peut exécuter un mouvement translationnel depuis une distance maximale par rapport à l'autre face (9) se trouvant à son opposé, à une distance minimale, suivant au moins une configuration de réception du groupe de produits, ladite face (8) pouvant exécuter le mouvement de translation et l'autre face correspondante (9) étant disposées de manière à se trouver vis-à-vis et à proximité d'un compartiment (6) correspondant.
  10. Station suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que pour chaque compartiment (6), chacun desdits appareils de tassement (4) comprend deux faces mobiles (8, 9), l'approche l'une de l'autre desdites faces (8, 9) produisant le tassement du groupe de produits, le mouvement de translation des deux faces (8, 9) produisant le déplacement dudit groupe de produits depuis la zone de prélèvement se trouvant vis-à-vis et à proximité d'un compartiment (6) correspondant, à une zone de délivrance.
  11. Station suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite pousseuse (7) comprend une barre qui est actionnée de façon à pouvoir coulisser le long de fentes (20) pratiquées dans les parois latérales (18, 19) dudit compartiment (6), depuis une configuration surélevée pour éviter l'interférence avec la course des produits du chariot (5) au compartiment (6), à une configuration alignée avec l'arête terminale du compartiment (6), la barre se trouvant vis-à-vis et à proximité dudit appareil de tassement (4).
  12. Sation suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit compartiment (6) comprend une lame qui forme une enceinte et une couverture (21).
  13. Station suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit appareil de tassement (4) comprend une plaque qui forme une enceinte et une couverture.
