Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un paquet perfectionné contenant un groupe de produits, en particulier des produits emballés, et des moyens pour retenir les produits à l'intérieur du paquet, lesquels exercent une force de retenue prédéterminée sur les produits. Selon des aspects particuliers de l'invention, les moyens de retenue se présentent sous la forme de moyens d'adhésion permanents qui amènent le produit à adhérer au paquet et qui sont situés sur des parties séparables du paquet d'une manière telle qu'ils retiennent correctement le produit à l'intérieur du paquet et, en même temps, peuvent être séparés par une force prédéterminée afin de permettre la distribution du produit.

Claims (16)

  1. Paquet pour produits, emballés dans un emballage respectif (11), comprenant des moyens de retenue, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont des moyens de collage permanent (80) pour attacher au moins une partie d'un emballage (11) à au moins une partie du paquet (40).
  2. Paquet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (11) consiste en une feuille pliée autour du produit.
  3. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage exercent une force prédéterminée pour garder les produits à l'intérieur du paquet.
  4. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage forment un raccord rigide.
  5. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, le paquet comprenant au moins un récipient de logement extérieur (41), le récipient ayant une pluralité de côtés qui, au moins en partie, contiennent le produit (10), et au moins un côté ouvert (42) qui permet la distribution du produit, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue sont des moyens de collage permanent (80) pour attacher au moins une partie d'un emballage (11) à au moins une partie du récipient extérieur (41).
  6. Paquet selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage permanent (80) se situent sur une partie séparable (81) du récipient (41).
  7. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le paquet comprend au moins un récipient de logement extérieur (41), et au moins une feuille (110) placée à l'intérieur du récipient de logement extérieur, et caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue sont des moyens de collage permanent (80) pour attacher au moins une partie d'un emballage (11) à au moins une partie de la feuille (110).
  8. Paquet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage permanent (80) se situent sur une partie séparable (130) de la feuille (110).
  9. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage permanent (80) se situent sur une partie séparable (170) de l'emballage (11).
  10. Paquet selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie séparable (170) de l'emballage est attachée à l'emballage par des lignes de séparation (171).
  11. Paquet selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de séparation (171) sont au moins partiellement sous la forme de lignes perforées faites dans la matière de l'emballage (11).
  12. Paquet selon les revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de séparation (171) sont au moins partiellement sous la forme de lignes en pointillés non perforées imprimées dans la matière de l'emballage (11).
  13. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de séparation (171) est positionnée sur l'emballage, de sorte que l'action de distribution d'un produit emballé découvre une partie (9) du produit assez grande pour permettre de tirer le produit sans emballage du reste de l'emballage (170b) directement avec la bouche et sans le toucher avec les doigts.
  14. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage permanent (80) sont sous la forme d'un adhésif biface qui peut être séparé à une « profondeur » souhaitée.
  15. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de collage permanent consistent en des adhésifs permanents.
  16. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les produits sont des morceaux, notamment des bâtonnets ou des tablettes.
