Claims (13)

  1. Device (D) for controlling the opening and the closing of the contacts in an electrical apparatus comprising a manoeuvring crank (1) linked in an articulated manner relative to a frame B, said manoeuvring crank (1) being suitable for being driven in rotation by a control member of said control device between a first position corresponding to a closed position of the contacts and a second position corresponding to an open position of the contacts, a compression spring (7) linked in an articulated manner by one, called first, of its ends, to a compression crank (5), and linked mechanically by its opposite end, called second, to the mobile contact, and a link rod (2) linked in an articulated manner by one of its ends, called first, to said manoeuvring crank and linked mechanically by its opposite end, called second, to the mobile contact, said spring (7) being suitable for being compressed by its first end, by said compression crank, to a so-called dead point crossing position from which the spring becomes motive and acts upon its decompression, on the mobile contact and the manoeuvring crank (1), so as to displace the mobile contact, the spring being compressed by the rotation of a manoeuvring shaft (14) suitable for producing the driving of the compression crank (5),
    characterized in that the control member comprises a pumping device, and in that the direction of manoeuvring of the manoeuvring means of said pumping device takes place in a direction, upon the manoeuvring of the control device in the direction of the opening of the contacts, and in a direction opposite to the preceding direction upon the manoeuvring of the control device in the direction of the closing of the contacts, the changing of the direction of manoeuvring of said manoeuvring means of said pumping device being controlled by the compression spring (7) cooperating with means (22, 23, 24, 25) for reversing the direction of manoeuvring when it passes beyond the dead point crossing position, and in that the pumping device P comprises the manoeuvring shaft (14) suitable for driving the compression crank (5), a pumping lever (16) mounted to rotate about the manoeuvring shaft (14), between a first position and a second position, said lever (16) being returned into the first (or the second) position by return means (17) of the lever (16), a so-called manoeuvring toothed wheel (20) and a so-called retaining toothed wheel (21) secured to the manoeuvring shaft (14), a pumping ratchet (26) mounted to rotate relative to the pumping lever (16) and returned by means (28) for returning the pumping ratchet to the position of engagement with the manoeuvring toothed wheel (20) so as to allow the driving of the manoeuvring toothed wheel when the lever (16) is displaced from the first to the second position (or respectively between the second and the first positions), a retaining ratchet (29) mounted pivotably linked relative to the frame B and returned by means (30) for returning the retaining ratchet to the position of engagement with the retaining toothed wheel (21) so as to prevent the rotation of the retaining toothed wheel (21) and therefore of the manoeuvring shaft (14) in the direction that is the reverse of the preceding direction, during the return of the pumping lever (16) by the return means (17) of the lever to the first position (or respectively the second position).
  2. Control device according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means (22, 23, 24, 25) for changing the direction of return of the return means of the pumping lever.
  3. Control device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the manoeuvring toothed wheel (20) comprises a first series of teeth (20a) oriented in a certain direction and a second series of teeth (20b) oriented in a direction opposite to the preceding direction, and in that the pumping ratchet (26) comprises a first part (26a) intended to cooperate with the abovementioned first series (20a) and a second part (26b) intended to cooperate with the abovementioned second series (20b) so as to drive the manoeuvring toothed wheel (20) and therefore the manoeuvring shaft (14), in one direction or, respectively, in the other direction depending on the position of the pumping ratchet (26), which can be moved via means (22, 23) for changing the position of the ratchet (26), between a first position in which the ratchet is returned by the abovementioned return means so that its first part (26a) cooperates with the abovementioned first series of teeth (20a), and a second position in which the ratchet (26) is returned by the return means of the ratchet so that its second part (26b) cooperates with the abovementioned second series of teeth (20b).
  4. Control device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the return means (28) of the pumping ratchet (26) comprise a spring (28) comprising a first end (28a) pivotably linked relative to the pumping lever (16) and a second end (28b) pivotably linked to the ratchet (26).
  5. Control device according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the means for changing the position of the pumping ratchet (26) comprise means for reversing the torque of the spring (28) of the pumping ratchet (26), these means for reversing the torque of the spring of the pumping ratchet (26) comprising two rocker arms (22, 23) secured to the manoeuvring shaft (14) and suitable for cooperating with said ratchet so as to reverse the torque of the spring of the pumping ratchet.
  6. Control device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the retaining toothed wheel (21) comprises a first series of teeth (21 a) oriented in a certain direction and a second series of teeth (21 b) oriented in a direction opposite to the preceding direction, and in that the retaining ratchet (29) comprises a first part (29a) intended to cooperate with the abovementioned first series (21 a) and a second part (29b) intended to cooperate with the abovementioned second series (21 b) so as to prevent the rotation in the reverse direction of the retaining toothed wheel (29) and therefore of the manoeuvring shaft (14), depending on the position of the retaining ratchet (21), which can be moved via means (24, 25) for changing the position of the ratchet (29), between a first position in which the ratchet is returned by the return means of the retaining ratchet so that its first part (29a) cooperates with the abovementioned first series of teeth (21 a), and a second position (21 b) in which the ratchet is returned by the return means of the ratchet (28) so that its second part (29b) cooperates with the abovementioned second series of teeth (21 b).
  7. Control device according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the return means of the retaining ratchet comprise a spring (30) comprising a first end (30a) pivotably linked relative to the frame B and a second end (30b) pivotably linked to the retaining ratchet (30).
  8. Control device according to Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the means (24, 25) for changing the position of the retaining ratchet (30) comprise means for reversing the torque of the spring of the retaining ratchet (30).
  9. Control device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the means for reversing the torque of the spring (30) of the retaining ratchet (29) comprise two rocker arms (24, 25) secured to the manoeuvring shaft (14) and suitable for cooperating with said retaining ratchet so as to reverse the torque of the spring of the retaining ratchet.
  10. Control device according to any one of Claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the means (13, 15, 17) for changing the direction of return of the return means (17) of the pumping lever (16), the means (22, 23) for changing the position of the pumping ratchet (26) and the means (24, 25) for changing the position of the retaining ratchet (29) are actuated by the manoeuvring shaft (14) driven by the compression spring (7) after said spring passes beyond the dead point crossing position.
  11. Control device according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the return means (17) of the pumping lever (16) comprise a spring (17) mounted around the manoeuvring shaft (14) and comprising a first end (17a) bearing on an axis (19) of the pumping lever (16) and a second end (17b) bearing on an axis (18) secured in rotation to the control crank (1, 5).
  12. Control device according to Claim 11, characterized in that the second end (17b) of the spring (17) bears on an axis (18) belonging to a so-called spring hook crank (13) pivotably linked around the manoeuvring shaft (14) and secured in rotation to a driving crank (15) secured in rotation to the manoeuvring shaft (1), in that the two ends (17a, 17b) of the spring (17) are crossed over, and in that the bearing surfaces between the two ends (17a, 17b) of the spring (17) and respectively the pumping lever (16) and the spring hook crank (13) are situated inside a V formed by the ends (17a, 17b) of the spring (17) so that, after the compression spring (7) passes beyond the dead point crossing position driving the rotation of the manoeuvring shaft (14), the two bearing surfaces respectively on the axis (18) of the spring hook crank (13) and on the axis (19) of the pumping lever (16) are inverted.
  13. Control device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the compression crank (5) and the manoeuvring crank (1) are linked in an articulated manner relative to the frame, said compression crank (5) being linked in an articulated manner to one (7a) of the ends of the compression spring and being driven in rotation by said manoeuvring shaft (14), said manoeuvring crank (1) being linked in an articulated manner to said link rod (2), the device comprising means for allowing the driving of the manoeuvring crank (1) by the compression crank (5) after the compression spring (7) passes beyond the dead point crossing position, so as to bring about the change of position of the mobile contact.
