Cet appareil de coupure comporte un mécanisme d'entraînement qui peut être de tout type connu comportant un arbre des pôles. Il peut s'agir par exemple d'un mécanisme du type décrit dans le document EP-A-0 222 645 , muni d'un sous-ensemble d'armement et de fermeture comportant un ressort de fermeture, et d'un sous-ensemble d'ouverture comportant un ressort d'ouverture. Dans cette réalisation de l'invention illustrée sur la figure 1, l'arbre des pôles 2 permettant l'entraînement des contacts vers la position d'ouverture ou de fermeture, est également utilisé pour réaliser le réarmement du ressort de fermeture 1 des contacts, en fin de manoeuvre de fermeture des contacts.
Dans cette réalisation particulière, la fin de l'opération de fermeture des contacts entraîne le réarmement d'un dispositif à accumulation d'énergie, destiné à permettre les manoeuvres des cycles rapides d'ouverture-fermeture propres aux disjoncteurs de protection Moyenne Tension.
Cet arbre des pôles 2, par l'une de ses extrémités, est destiné à être entraîné par le dispositif de commande de l'appareil, tandis que son extrémité opposée comporte une roue dite première 3 destinée à coopérer avec le dispositif de motorisation M, cet arbre étant en outre relié mécaniquement entre ces deux extrémités, au ressort de fermeture précité 1.
Cette roue dite première 3, est destinée à être entraînée en rotation par un pignon dit premier 4 appartenant au dispositif de motorisation M au moyen d'un dispositif intermédiaire 5. Ce dispositif intermédiaire 5 comporte une roue dite secondaire 6 et un pignon dit secondaire 7, cette roue secondaire 6 étant destinée à être entraînée par le pignon 4 du dispositif de motorisation M, tandis que le pignon dit secondaire 7 solidaire en rotation de la roue dite seconde 6, coopère avec la roue dite première 3, de manière qu'en position embrayée, le dispositif de motorisation M entraîne en rotation la roue dite première 3 et donc l'arbre de commande 2 par l'intermédiaire de la roue dite seconde 6 et du pignon dit second 7.
Selon l'invention, et tel qu'illustré sur la figure 2, la roue dite première 3 comporte, à l'extrémité d'une partie d'arbre 12 solidaire de la roue et coaxiale avec ladite roue, un disque-secteur annulaire 8 comportant une ouverture 8a, destiné à coopérer avec un cône d'embrayage 9 prévu sur la roue dite seconde 6. Ce cône d'embrayage est situé sur la face de la roue 6 opposée à celle se trouvant en regard de la roue dite première 3, tel que ceci est plus visible sur la figure 6.
Un ressort de compression 11 est en appui par l'une de ses extrémités, sur une face d'un support fixe de l'appareil, et par une extrémité opposée sur une face du pignon 7 associé à la roue secondaire 6, ledit ressort étant monté à l'intérieur dudit pignon, tel que ceci est plus visible sur la figure 8.

This so-called first wheel 3, is intended to be rotated by a pinion said first 4 belonging to the motorization device M by means of a device intermediate 5. This intermediate device 5 comprises a so-called secondary wheel 6 and a so-called secondary gear 7, this secondary wheel 6 being intended to be driven by the pinion 4 of the motorization device M, while the so-called secondary pinion 7 integral in rotation with the so-called second wheel 6 cooperates with the so-called first wheel 3, so that in the engaged position, the motorization device M rotates the so-called first wheel 3 and thus the control shaft 2 by means of the wheel said second 6 and said second pinion 7.
According to the invention, and as illustrated on the figure 2 the so-called first wheel 3 comprises, at the end of a shaft portion 12 integral with the wheel and coaxial with said wheel, an annular sector disk 8 having an opening 8a intended to cooperate with a clutch cone 9 This clutch cone is located on the face of the wheel 6 opposite to that facing the so-called first wheel 3, as this is more visible on the wheel. figure 6 .
A compression spring 11 is supported by one of its ends, on one side of a fixed support of the apparatus, and by an opposite end on one side of the pinion 7 associated with the secondary wheel 6, said spring being mounted inside said pinion, as this is more visible on the figure 8 .

Claims (19)

  1. Operating device of the motor-drive (M) of the contact closing device reset device (R) in an electric protection apparatus, said apparatus comprising at least one fixed contact and at least one moving contact carried by a pole control shaft (2), said shaft (2) being able to take up a first position in which the contacts are closed and a second position in which the contacts are open, and a reset device (R) comprising an energy storage device (1) intended to participate in the closing of the contacts, said operating device comprising disengaging means capable of uncoupling the motor-drive (M) and the reset device (R) at the end of the reset operation,
    characterized in that said operating device comprises so-called first means (3, 6, 8, 9) capable of imposing the engaged position on the motor-drive at the end of the contact closing operation so as to reset the closing device, and so-called second disengaging means (11) comprising return means capable of bringing the motor-drive (M) into the disengaged position when the so-called first means are deactivated, said so-called first means acting counter to the aforesaid return means, and in that said first (3, 6, 8, 9) and second (11) means exert axial forces on a toothed wheel (6) which is rotably integral with the control shaft (2) so as to displace the latter in an axial manner between a first position in which the toothed wheel (6) is driven by the motor-drive (M) and a second position in which this wheel (6) is no longer driven by said motor-drive (M).
  2. Operating device according to Claim 1, characterized in that said operating device comprises means (8, 9) to maintain the aforesaid disengaging during approximately the entire closing operation of the control shaft (2).
  3. Operating device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the aforesaid control shaft (2) controls the aforesaid reset device.
  4. Operating device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the aforesaid control shaft (2) is interlocked with a so-called first toothed wheel (3), said wheel being driven, by means of an intermediate device (5), by a so-called first pinion (4) belonging to the motor-drive (M) in the engaging position of the operating device and no longer being connected mechanically to said pinion (4) in the disengaged position of said device.
  5. Operating device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the so-called first toothed wheel (3) as well as the so-called first pinion (4) are mounted so as to be rotatable about two axes which are parallel to each other.
  6. Operating device according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that said intermediate device (5) comprises a so-called second toothed wheel (6) rotatably interlocked with a so-called second pinion (7), the so-called second toothed wheel (6) being capable of cooperating with the so-called first pinion (4) of the motor-drive (M), whilst the so-called second pinion (7) is in engagement with the so-called first toothed wheel (3) which is integral with the control shaft (2).
  7. Operating device according to Claim 6, characterized in that said so-called first means (3, 6, 8, 9) comprise means for displacing the so-called second wheel (6) in an axial manner between a first position in which said motor-drive (M) is uncoupled from the reset device (R) and a second position in which said two devices are coupled together, the displacement from one position to the other of the wheel (6) being carried out counter to the aforesaid return means (11).
  8. Operating device according to Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that said so-called second means (11) comprise means for displacing the so-called second wheel (6) in an axial manner between a so-called second position in which the motor-drive is coupled to the reset device (R) and a so-called first position in which said two devices are uncoupled from each other, the so-called first means being deactivated.
  9. Operating device according to any one of Claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the aforesaid return means (11) of the aforesaid first means comprise at least one compression spring mounted about the axis of the second wheel (6), and in that during the activation thereof to impose the disengaged position on the motor-drive (M), the so-called first means (3, 6, 8, 9) compress the spring or springs (11).
  10. Operating device according to any one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the so-called second wheel (6) and the so-called second associated pinion (7) thereof only form one and the same part, said assembly sliding axially between the two aforesaid positions.
  11. Operating device according to any one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the so-called second wheel (6) is connected mechanically to the so-called second pinion (7) associated therewith by means of a clutch device (10) allowing said wheel (6) to be displaced with regard to the pinion (7) associated therewith, which, when being displaced, becomes unlocked from said pinion thus interrupting the mechanical connection between the so-called first wheel (3) and the so-called first pinion (4) of the motor-drive (M).
  12. Operating device according to any one of Claims 7 to 11, characterized in that the aforesaid so-called first means comprise a partly open disc (8) integral with the so-called first wheel (3), said disc cooperating with a protrusion (9) provided on the so-called second wheel (6) in order to drive the wheel toward the one or the other position.
  13. Operating device according to Claims 2 and 12, characterized in that the means for maintaining the aforesaid disengaging during the closing of the contacts consist principally in that the form and dimensions of the disc and of the protrusion are chosen in such a manner that the cooperation between said two parts drives the so-called second wheel (6) in the disengaged position during the entire duration of the closing of the apparatus.
  14. Operating device according to Claim 12 or 13, characterized in that the protrusion (9) comprises a clutch cone whilst the disc (8) with the partly open sector comprises a ring-shaped sector, the length of the opening (8a) of which corresponds approximately to the closing path of the control shaft (2).
  15. Operating device according to any one of Claims 9 to 14, characterized in that the aforesaid spring or each aforesaid spring (11) is interposed between a fixed apparatus support and the pinion (7) associated with the so-called second wheel (6).
  16. Operating device according to Claim 15, characterized in that said spring (11) is mounted in a recess (7a) of said pinion (7).
  17. Operating device according to any one of Claims 12 to 16, characterized in that the aforesaid disc (8) is integral with a shaft which is rotatably integral with the control shaft (2), said disc (8) cooperating with the aforesaid protrusion (9) of the so-called second wheel (6), which is fixed on the face of the aforesaid second wheel (6) opposite to the one located facing the so-called first wheel (3).
  18. Electric protection apparatus, characterized in that said electric protection apparatus comprises an operating device according to any one of the preceding claims.
  19. Electric protection apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that said electric protection apparatus is a medium voltage electric switch or circuit-breaker.
