Claims (11)
- Capot de protection pour un objet rotatif, en particulier pour une meule d'une meuleuse,
comprenant une première partie de capot (6a) et une seconde partie de capot (6b), qui est fixée à la première partie de capot (6a) par des éléments d'assemblage imperdables en fonctionnement, et qui peut être détachée de la première partie de capot (6a),
dans lequel les deux parties de capot (6a, 6b) peuvent être placées dans deux positions différentes l'une de l'autre, par rotation ou translation linéaire, à savoir dans une position d'immobilisation dans laquelle les parties de capot (6a, 6b) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre, et une position de séparation dans laquelle la seconde partie de capot (6b) peut être détachée de la première partie de capot (6a),
caractérisé en ce que
les éléments d'assemblage sont constitués par des éléments d'assemblage à baïonnette (10), et
en ce que la seconde partie de capot (6b) peut être détachée de la première partie de capot (6a)sans utilisation d'un outil dans la position de séparation. - Capot de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'assemblage à baïonnette (10) sont constitués par des tétons en champignon (10a) et des ouvertures en trou de serrure (10b) qui leur sont associées.
- Capot de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'assemblage à baïonnette (10) sont constitués par des assemblages à rainure et languette interrompus par segments.
- Capot de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
au moins un élément d'assemblage constitue en outre un élément d'immobilisation (11) actionné par un outil, en particulier une vis d'immobilisation. - Capot de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
au moins un élément d'assemblage est en outre constitué par un élément d'immobilisation (11) pouvant être actionné manuellement, en particulier par un levier de serrage à excentrique ou un téton d'encliquetage qui est engagé dans la position d'immobilisation sous précontrainte. - Capot de protection selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que à l'élément d'immobilisation (11) constituant en même temps un élément d'assemblage à baïonnette (10a), est associé un élément de blocage (12) par lequel un mouvement de l'élément d'assemblage à baïonnette (10b) qui y est associé est bloqué par complémentarité de forme lorsque l'élément d'immobilisation (11) prend sa position d'immobilisation.
- Capot de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
les deux parties de capot (6a, 6b) forment ensemble un capot de protection (6) de forme discoïdale qui est divisé en deux parties de capot (6a, 6b) dans un plan médian ou dans un plan parallèle à ce dernier. - Capot de protection selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments d'assemblage à baïonnette (10) sont disposés le long du bord des parties de capot (6a, 6b), d'une façon répartie sensiblement uniformément sur la périphérie.
- Capot de protection selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que
les parties de capot (6a, 6b) du capot de protection (6) sont conçues pour une meule (5) d'une meuleuse et comportent sur leur périphérie une découpe (7) servant pour présenter à la meule (5) une matière à meuler. - Capot de protection selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que un support réglable (8) pour une matière à meuler est fixé à un bord de la découpe (7).
- Capot de protection selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que une visière réglable (9) est montée sur un bord de la découpe (7).
