Abstract

Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Haushaltskältegerät mit einer zumindest abschnittsweise transparent ausgebildeten Tür und einem über die Tür (4) zugänglichen Innenraum 1der mit einer Innenbeleuchtung ausgestattet ist, wobei die Innenbeleuchtung (19) bei geschlossener Tür (4) ein- bzw. ausschaltbar ist.

Description

Haushaltsgerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere ein Einbau- Haushaltsgerät oder ein Haushaltsgerät, das vorgesehen ist, allein aber benachbart zu Möbeln aufgestellt zu werden und eine an das Erscheinungsbild der Möbel angepasste Frontplatte zu tragen. Damit die Frontplatte des Haushaltsgerätes exakt mit denen benachbarter Möbel fluchtet, ist es erforderlich, die Position der Frontplatte in Bezug auf ein mit ihr verbundenes Türblatt des Haushaltsgerätes justieren zu können.
Zu diesem Zweck ist es bekannt, an einer Schmalseite des Türblattes mehrere Winkel anzubringen, von denen jeweils ein zur Frontplatte paralleler Schenkel in eine an der Frontplatte befestigte Brücke eingreift. Indem die Winkel mit unterschiedlichen Abständen ihrer frontplattenparallelen Schenkel zum Türblatt an letzteren fixiert werden, ist die Position der Frontplatte in Tiefenrichtung justierbar.
Die Brücken werden üblicherweise erst am Aufstellungsort an der Frontplatte montiert. Dazu wird die Frontplatte provisorisch an dem Türblatt aufgehängt, und die Positionen der Winkel werden von dem Türblatt auf die Frontplatte übertragen, um festzulegen, wo die Brücken anzubringen sind. Danach wird die Frontplatte wieder abgehängt, um die Brücken eine nach der anderen daran zu montieren. Diese Vorgehensweise ist zeitaufwändig und fehlerträchtig.
Es besteht daher Bedarf an einem Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere einem Türaufbau für dieses, der eine schnellere und weniger fehlerträchtige Montage der Frontplatte ermöglicht.
Dieses Ziel wird erreicht, indem bei einem Haushaltsgerät mit einem Türblatt und einer dem Türblatt vorgeblendeten Frontplatte zwei von der Frontplatte abstehende Stege sich über Schmalseiten des Türblattes erstrecken und zwischen den Schmalseiten und einer an jeder Schmalseite verschraubten Leiste geklemmt sind.
Die Leiste ist vorzugsweise durch wenigstens zwei Schrauben an der Schmalseite gehalten; je nach Höhe des Türaufbaus kann die Zahl der Schrauben größer sein. Um durch Festziehen der Schrauben eine sichere Klemmung des Steges zu ermöglichen, weist vorzugsweise jeder Steg eine Mehrzahl von Aussparungen auf, durch die sich die Schrauben erstrecken.
Um eine Justagemöglichkeit zu schaffen, sollte der Durchgang der Schrauben durch die Aussparungen spielhaltig sein, vorzugsweise in horizontaler sowie in vertikaler Richtung.
Zweckmäßig ist auch, dass die Aussparungen randoffen sind; dies erlaubt es, an dem Türblatt zunächst die Leiste mit Hilfe der Schrauben vorzumontieren und anschließend den Steg in einen Zwischenraum zwischen der Schmalseite des Türblattes und der Leiste einzuschieben.
Der Steg ist vorzugsweise Teil eines Winkelprofils, von dem ein zweiter Steg an der Frontplatte anliegt.
Dieser zweite Steg ist vorzugsweise an der Frontplatte in horizontaler Richtung verstellbar befestigt. In Kombination mit der spielhaltigen Aufnahme der Schrauben in den Aussparungen ergibt dies eine Justierbarkeit der Frontplatte in drei Raumrichtungen.
Die horizontale Verstellbarkeit zwischen zweitem Steg und Frontplatte ist zweckmäßigerweise realisierbar, indem der zweite Steg mittels in Langlöcher des zweiten Steges eingreifender Schrauben an der Frontplatte befestigt ist.
Um den Zusammenbau des Türaufbaus zu vereinfachen und zu beschleunigen, ist es ferner bevorzugt, dass die Stege zu einem Rahmen verbunden sind.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Figur.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines zu einem nicht gezeigten Einbau- Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Einbau-Kältegerät gehörendes Türblatt 1 , einer Frontplatte 2 und eines zur Montage der Frontplatte 2 an dem Türblatt 1 dienenden Rahmens 3. Das Türblatt 1 ist ein mit isolierendem Schaummaterial ausgefüllter Hohlkörper von - abgesehen von eventuellen, in der Figur nicht gezeigten Konturen an seiner Rückseite - flach quaderförmiger Gestalt. An den vertikalen Schmalseiten 4 des Türblattes 1 sind mehrere Schraubgewinde 5 , hier fünf Stück, eingesetzt. Zwei Klemmleisten 6 sind mit Hilfe nicht dargestellter, in die Schraubgewinde 5 eingreifender Schrauben an den Schmalseiten 4 befestigbar.
Die Klemmleisten 6 sind vorgesehen, um zwischen sich und der zugeordneten Schmalseite 4 jeweils einen zur Schmalseite 4 parallelen Steg 7 eines Winkelprofils 8 einzuklemmen. An einem Rand des Steges 7 sind mehrere Aussparungen 9 gebildet, die in zusammengebautem Zustand die Schäfte der Schrauben spielhaltig umgreifen. Zwischen den Aussparungen 9 vorspringende breite Laschen 10 des Steges 7 sind zwischen der Klemmleiste 6 und der gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite 4 des Türblattes 1 eingeklemmt.
In einem zur Frontseite des Türblattes 1 parallelen zweiten Steg 11 des Winkelprofils 8 ist eine Mehrzahl von horizontalen Langlöchern 12 gebildet. Die Langlöcher 12 sind vorgesehen, um mit Hilfe von sich durch sie erstreckenden Schrauben die Frontplatte 2 an den Winkelprofilen 8 zu befestigen.
Die Winkelprofile 8 können jeweils für sich allein an der Frontplatte 2 montiert sein; gemäß der hier dargestellten bevorzugten Ausgestaltung sind sie mittels mehrerer Querstreben 13 und einer gewinkelten Aufhängungsleiste 14 zu dem starren Rahmen 3 vormontiert. Dadurch sind, sobald die Position eines der Winkelprofile 8 oder der Aufhängungsleiste 14 an der Frontplatte 2 festgelegt ist, die Positionen der anderen Teile des Rahmens 3 automatisch vorgegeben und brauchen nicht mehr vermessen zu werden, was den Zusammenbau des erfindungsgemäßen Türaufbaus weiter vereinfacht und beschleunigt.
In einem horizontalen Schenkel 15 der Aufhängungsleiste 14 sind zwei Löcher 16 gebildet, die vorgesehen sind, um sie auf die Köpfe von zwei in einer Oberseite 17 des Türblattes 1 höhenverstellbar gehaltenen Schrauben 18 aufzusetzen. So ist durch Drehen der Schrauben 18 eine kontinuierliche Höhenjustage der Frontplatte 2 möglich. Eine Justage in seitlicher Richtung kann erfolgen, indem zunächst die sich durch die Langlöcher 12 erstreckenden Schrauben nicht völlig an der Frontplatte 2 festgezogen werden und bei am Türblatt 1 aufgehängtem Rahmen 3 die Frontplatte 2 in Bezug auf den Rahmen 3 verschoben wird. Wenn die richtige Position der Frontplatte 2 in Breitenrichtung gefunden ist, wird die Frontplatte 2 noch einmal abgehängt, und die Schrauben in den Langlöchern 12 werden angezogen, um den Rahmen 3 an der Front- platte 2 zu fixieren. Eine Tiefenjustage kann nach erneutem Aufhängen der Frontplatte 2 an den Schrauben 18 erfolgen; sie wird durch Anziehen der Klemmleisten 6 fixiert.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Haushaltsgerät mit einem Türblatt (1 ) und einer dem Türblatt (1 ) vorgeblendeten Frontplatte (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei von der Frontplatte (2) abstehende Stege (7) sich über Schmalseiten (4) des Türblatts (1 ) erstrecken und zwischen den Schmalseiten (4) und einer an jeder Schmalseite (4) verschraubten Leiste (6) geklemmt sind.
2. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (6) durch wenigstens zwei Schrauben an der Schmalseite (4) gehalten ist.
3. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Steg (7) eine Mehrzahl von Aussparungen (9) aufweist, durch die sich die Schrauben spielhaltig erstrecken.
4. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (9) in horizontaler und in vertikaler Richtung spielhaltig sind.
5. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (9) randoffen sind.
6. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Steg (7) mit Haltelaschen verbunden ist, die von dem Steg (7) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig abgewinkelt sind und die an der Frontplatte (2) anliegen.
7. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 6, ddurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen in einem als Steg (1 1 ) dienenden Winkelschenkel eines Winkelprofils (8) zusammengefasst sind, das den Steg (7) als weiteren Winkelschenkel trägt.
8. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Steg (1 1 ) an der Frontplatte (2) in horizontaler Richtung verstellbar ist.
9. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (1 1 ) mittels in Langlöcher (12) des Stegs (1 1 ) eingreifender Schrauben an der Frontplatte (2) befestigt ist.
10. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (7) zu einem Rahmen (3) verbunden sind.
11. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelprofile (8) mit Quertraversen (13, 14) zu einem Rahmen (3) verbinden sind.
12. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Einbaugerät, insbesondere als Einbau-Kältegerät ausgebildet ist.
