Abstract

Ein Türaufbau für ein Haushaltsgerät umfasst ein Türblatt (1) und eine dem Türblatt (1) vorgeblendeten Frontplatte (2). Mehrere an einer Schmalseite des Türblatts (1) befestigte Winkel (5) greifen in an der Frontplatte (2) befestigte Brücken (12) ein. Mehrere der Brücken (12) sind in eine an der Frontplatte (2) befestigte Leiste (11) integriert.

Description

Haushaltsgerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere ein Einbau- Haushaltsgerät oder ein Haushaltsgerät, das vorgesehen ist, allein aber benachbart zu Möbeln aufgestellt zu werden und eine an das Erscheinungsbild der Möbel angepasste Frontplatte zu tragen. Damit die Frontplatte des Haushaltsgerätes exakt mit denen benachbarter Möbel fluchtet, ist es erforderlich, die Position der Frontplatte in Bezug auf ein mit ihr verbundenes Türblatt des Haushaltsgerätes justieren zu können.
Zu diesem Zweck ist es bekannt, an einer Schmalseite des Türblattes mehrere Winkel anzubringen, von denen jeweils ein zur Frontplatte paralleler Schenkel in eine an der Frontplatte befestigte Brücke eingreift. Indem die Winkel mit unterschiedlichen Abschnitten ihrer frontplattenparallelen Schenkel zum Türblatt an letzterem fixiert werden, ist die Position der Frontplatte in Tiefenrichtung justierbar.
Die Brücken werden üblicherweise erst am Aufstellungsort an der Frontplatte montiert. Dazu wird die Frontplatte provisorisch an dem Türblatt aufgehängt, die Positionen der Winkel werden von dem Türblatt auf die Frontplatte übertragen, um festzulegen, wo die Brücken anzubringen sind. Danach wird die Frontplatte wieder abgehängt, um die Brücken eine nach der anderen daran zu montieren. Diese Vorgehensweise ist zeitaufwändig und fehlerträchtig.
Es besteht daher Bedarf nach einem Türaufbau, der eine schnellere und weniger fehlerträchtige Montage der Frontplatte ermöglicht.
Dieses Ziel wird erreicht, indem bei einem Haushaltsgerät mit einem Türblatt und einer dem Türblatt vorgeblendeten Frontplatte, bei der eine Mehrzahl von an einer Schmalseite des Türblattes befestigten Winkeln in an der Frontplatte befestigte Brücken eingreifen, mehrere der Brücken in einer an der Frontplatte befestigten Leiste integriert sind. Durch die Integration in die Leiste sind die Abstände der Brücken voneinander vorgegeben, und um sämtliche Brücken der Leiste korrekt platzieren zu können, braucht lediglich die Position einer dieser Brücken korrekt auf die Frontplatte übertragen zu werden. Vorzugsweise ist die Leiste einstückig geformt, insbesondere in Form eines kontinuierlichen Metallbandes.
Wenn eine Aufhängungsleiste der Frontplatte auf einer Oberseite des Türblattes abgestützt ist, kann die Leiste an der Frontplatte an die Aufhängungsleiste anschlagend montiert sein. Dadurch vereinfacht sich die Festlegung der korrekten Montageposition der Brücken an der Frontplatte weiter.
Um auch eine Höhenjustage der Frontplatte in Bezug auf das Türblatt zu ermöglichen, greifen die Winkel vorzugsweise mit einem Spiel in vertikaler Richtung in die Brücken ein.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügte Figur.
Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischen Ansichten ein zu einem nicht gezeigten Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Einbaukältegeräte gehörendes Türblatt 1 und eine an dem Türblatt 1 zu montierende Frontplatte 2.
Das Türblatt 1 ist ein mit isolierendem Schaummaterial ausgefüllter Hohlkörper von - abgesehen von eventuellen, in der Figur nicht gezeigten Konturen an seiner Rückseite - flach quaderförmiger Gestalt. Im vorliegenden Fall sind an Schmalseiten 3 des Türblattes 1 Gewinde 4 eingesetzt, die vorgesehen sind, um in ihnen mit Hilfe nicht dargestellter Schrauben als Haltelaschen ausgebildete Winkel 5 zu befestigen. Die Schrauben erstrecken sich jeweils durch ein horizontales Langloch 6 der Winkel, was es ermöglicht, die Winkel 5 in Tiefenrichtung zu justieren.
Von einer Oberseite 7 des Türblattes stehen zwei höhenverstellbare Schrauben 8 ab, deren Köpfe geformt sind, um in Bohrungen 9 einer an der Frontplatte 2 befestigten Aufhängungsleiste 10 einzugreifen. Durch Drehen der Schrauben 8 ist die Höhe ihrer Köpfe und damit die Höhe der an der Aufhängungsleiste 10 hängenden Frontplatte 2 justierbar.
Zwei Brückenleisten 11 erstrecken sich vertikal über die Rückseite der Frontplatte 2, wobei jeweils ein Ende der Brückenleisten 1 1 die Aufhängungsleiste 10 berührt. Die Brückenleisten 1 1 sind jeweils einstückig aus Stahlblech geformt und weisen im vorliegenden Fall jeweils fünf Brücken 12 auf, die zusammen mit der Frontplatte 2 jeweils einen Spalt 13 zum Aufnehmen der zur Frontplatte 2 parallelen Schenkel 14 der Winkel 5 begrenzen. Die Höhe der Brücken 12 ist um einen der vertikalen Bewegungsfreiheit der Schrauben 8 entsprechenden Betrag größer als die Breite der Schenkel 14, so dass die Höhenjustierbarkeit der Frontplatte 2 durch den Eingriff der Haken in die Brücken 12 nicht eingeschränkt ist.
Um den erfindungsgemäßen Türaufbau zu montieren, genügt es, die Position der Aufhängungsleiste 10 vom Türblatt 1 auf die Frontplatte 2 zu übertragen und die Aufhängungsleiste 10 in dieser Position an der Frontplatte 2 zu befestigen. Indem anschließend die Brückenleisten 1 1 an die Aufhängungsleiste 10 anschlagend an der Frontplatte 2 montiert werden, ist ihre Position in vertikale Richtung passend zur Lage der Gewinde in den Schmalseiten 3 festgelegt. Indem die Brückenleisten 1 1 in Bezug auf eine horizontale Mittellinie 15 symmetrisch gemacht sind, ist es für die Lage der Brücken 12 an der Frontplatte 2 ohne Belang, mit welchem Ende nach oben die Brückenleisten 1 1 montiert werden. So können die Leisten 10, 1 1 in kurzer Zeit mit einem Minimum an Maßübertragungen an der Frontplatte 2 montiert und der ganze Aufbau in kurzer Zeit zusammengesetzt werden.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Haushaltsgerät mit einem Türblatt (1 ) an dem eine Mehrzahl von Haltelaschen
(5) festgesetzt sind und einer dem Türblatt (1 ) vorgeblendeten Frontplatte (2), an der Brückenelemente (12) festgesetzt sind, in die die am Türblatt (1 ) befestigte
Haltelaschen (5) zur Halterung der Frontplatte (2) eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere der Brückenelemente (12) in eine an der Frontplatte (2) befestigte Leiste (11 ) integriert sind.
2. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (11 ) einstückig geformt ist.
3. Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (11 ) aus einem Metallband geformt ist.
4. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Aufhängungsleiste (10) der Frontplatte (2) auf einer Oberseite des Türblatts (1 ) abgestützt ist, und dass die Leiste (1 1 ) an der Frontplatte (2) an die Aufhängungsleiste (10) anschlagend montiert ist.
5. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungslaschen als Haltewinkel (5) ausgebildet sind, deren einer Winkelschenkel an einer Schmalseite des Türblatts (1 ) festgesetzt ist.
6. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkel (5) mit einem Spiel in vertikaler Richtung in die Brücken (12) eingreifen.
7. Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Einbaugerät, insbesondere als Einbaukältegerät ausgebildet ist.
