  1. Vorrichtung zur Montage einer Abdeckung (3), die zwischen einer offenen Stellung und einer geschlossenen Stellung auf dem Gehäuse (1) eines Wärmedruckmechanismus beweglich montiert ist, wobei diese Vorrichtung umfasst:
    *) eine Auflagewalze (4), die auf der Abdeckung (3) drehbar mittels der Welle (6) angebracht ist, wobei die Welle (6) in den ersten Öffnungen (7) der Abdeckung (3) unterbracht ist,
    *) zweite Öffnungen (8) in dem Gehäuse (1) zur Aufnahme der Welle (6) der Auflagewalze (4), wobei diese zweiten Öffnungen (8) für die Einführung der Welle (6) offen sind und mit einem seitlich offenen Auflager (10) zur Aufnahme der Welle (6) in seinem Tiefpunkt in der geschlossenen Position der Abdeckung (3) ausgebildet sind, wobei die zweite Öffnungen in dem Gehäuse festausgebildet sind,
    *) elastische Mittel (5), die das Gehäuse (1) anlehnen, um einen Druck gegen die Auflagewalze (4) auszuüben und die Welle (6) in dem Tiefpunkt des Auflagers (10) in der geschlossenen Position der Abdeckung (3) zu halten,
    *) Verriegelungsmittel der elastischen Besfestigung der Welle (6) in dem Tiefpunkt des Auflagers (10), wobei diese Verriegelungsmittel durch das Zusammenwirken der gegenüberliegenden Anschläge (13) der Welle (6) jeweils gegen den Auflager (10) und der ersten Öffnungen (7) in der geschlossenen Position der Abdeckung (3) erzielt werden, wobei diese gegenüberliegenden Anschläge (13) die Führung der Abdeckung (3) während seiner Bewegung in Richtung der offenen Position bilden, ohne ein vorläufiges Ausfahren der Welle (6) außerhalb des Auflagers (10),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner ein Element beinhaltet, das speziell zur Entriegelung ausgelegt ist, das beim Drücken das Ausfahren der Welle aus dem Auflager auslöst, um die Aufschließung der Abdeckung zu erlauben, und daß das Entriegelungselement ein Mittel zum Ausstoßen der Welle (6) aus dem Auflager (10) gegen den Gegendruck bildet, der durch die elastischen Mittel (5) in der geschlossenen Position der Abdeckung (3) ausgeübt wird.
  2. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Ausstoßen aus mindestens einem Anschub (16) besteht, der an einem Hebel (14) angeordnet ist, der schwenkbar auf das Gehäuse (1) oder auf die Abdeckung (3) montiert ist.
  3. Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (14) die Seitenplatten (15) in Längsrichtung verbindet, die an den jeweiligen Seiten der Abdeckung (3) angeordnet sind, wobei diese Platten (15) jeweils schwenkbar mit der Abdeckung (3) verbunden sind und je ein Anschub (16) zum Ausstoßen an dem entsprechenden Ende der Welle (6) aufweisen, während auf dem Hebel (14) ein Betätigungsglied (17) angebracht ist, das die Platten (15) miteinander in Längsrichtung verbindet, um deren gleichzeitiges Einschwenken zu sichern.
  4. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der geschlossenen Stellung der Abdeckung (3), die Orientierung und/oder die relativen Position der ersten Öffnungen (7) zu dem Auflager (10) dem entgegenwirkenden Druck des Anschlags (13) der Welle (6) entsprechen, der durch die Kraft (S) entsteht, die auf der Abdeckung (3) für den Übergang in die offene Position angelegt wird, wobei mindestens eine Reaktionskraft (F) im wesentlichen parallel zu der erwähnten neutralen Kraft (S) angelegt wird, wenn die Reaktionskraft (F) mit deren Komponente die Rückbewegung der Achse (6) in Richtung des Tiefpunkts des Auflagers (10) auslöst.
  5. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenüberliegende Anschläge (13) in der geschlossenen Stellung der Abdeckung (3) entlang einer erzeugenden Linie der Welle (6) ausgerichtet sind.
  6. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Öffnungen (8) eine Führungsrampe (11) für die Welle (6) entlang der Auflager (10) zur almählichenen Anbringung und/oder Freisetzung der elastischen Mittel (5) beinhalten, die durch eine Betätigung der Abdeckung (3) jeweils beim Öffnen und Schließen bewirkt wird.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (5) ohne jegliche Beschränkung entweder spezifische elastische Mittel sind, oder elastische Mittel, die für die Betätigung eines anderen Mitglieds des Mechanismus benutzt werden.
  8. Montagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (5) mit denen übereinstimmen, die ein Wärmedruckkopf (2) aufweist, der ein Teil des Mechanismus gegenüber der Auflagewalze (4) ist.
  9. Wärmedruckmechanismus, der mit einer Montagevorrichtung ausgestattet ist, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
