Definitions
- the invention relates to garment, in particular for use in sports such as jogging, skating, cycling or the like, which is made of at least one yarn having a coating.
- Clothing for sports activities is subject to a variety of requirements. On the one hand, they should have a relatively low weight in order to avoid additional stress on the athlete due to the weight; On the other hand, the clothing should be functionally related, ie geared to the respective sports.
- the clothing is provided, for example, with upholstery, expansion elements or the like, which ensure optimum functionality for the particular sport (cf. DE 79 14 614 U1 ).
- the clothing for sporting activities to obtain a climate regulation.
- ventilation on the garments are known (see, for example. US Pat. No. 6,263,510 B1 ).
- the targeted Further or dissipation of heat within the clothing at certain points to improve the climatic properties of the clothing are known.
- DE-U-20 2006 018 486 Offers silver threads that have a polyamide core.
- a hitherto neglected aspect in the design of garments for sports activities is the outdoor air surrounding the athlete.
- endurance sports such as jogging, skating, cycling or the like
- the athlete is exposed in the summer partly very warm air.
- the warm air is the result of solar radiation.
- the solar radiation also causes a heating of the road surface, the building walls, etc.
- the air is therefore additionally heated by the heat radiation of the road surface or the building walls.
- the warm air has a direct effect on the body, since the known garments are not designed for the rejection of ambient heat and thus the warm air comes into direct contact with the skin of the athlete. This results in a reduction in the performance of the athlete, because the body is not only exposed to the additional heat through its own exercise, but also the heat of the ambient air. The result is an increase in body temperature. Since the human body at 37 ° C has its comfort temperature, which is also the temperature of greatest performance, an increase in body temperature usually leads to a loss of performance. Keeping away the warm ambient air could thus cause an increase in performance in endurance sports.
- the known garments are indeed high temperature resistant or heat-insulating; However, they are for sports activities, especially endurance sports such as jogging, skating, cycling and the like, unsuitable because the garments made of the known materials are heavy and allow only a small amount of freedom of movement.
- a cover for soles is known which has sutures partially surrounded by a layer on its skin-facing side.
- this object is achieved in that the coating is heat-reflecting, the yarn is forfeited with a further yarn, the further yarn is arranged on the side facing the skin and the yarn is arranged on the side facing away from the skin.
- a garment in particular for use during exercise is created, which allows keeping away the warm ambient air from the body.
- a yarn which has a heat-reflecting coating, a deflection of the warm air to the outside, ie away from the body, is possible; the warm air is kept away from the body.
- the athlete's skin is not additionally exposed to the heat of the ambient air in addition to the increased heat production due to the effort, whereby an increase in performance can be achieved.
- precious metals have been found to be particularly suitable for testing for heat reflection.
- precious metals have the advantage that they also allow a reflection of sunlight, so that in this way an improvement of the kilmatischen conditions around the athlete is effected around.
- the coating is made of gold.
- the best results could be achieved using gold.
- the other yarn faces the skin and the first yarn avoids the skin. This configuration ensures that the heat and light-reflecting yarn is provided on the outside to fulfill its task.
- the first yarn is made of polyamide.
- Polyamide avoids absorption of the moisture generated by sport in the form of perspiration, so that the garment itself does not fully absorb moisture and thus increase its weight. Rather, the use of polyamide results in the sweat being uniformly distributed over the skin. Due to the large-area distribution occurs a cooling effect and a faster drying of the sweat, which also leads to an increase in performance.
- FIG. 1 selected garment is a short-sleeved shirt 1, which is suitable for use during exercise. It is made of a yarn 3 having a coating 5 which is heat-reflecting.
- the garment 1 is made of two yarns 2, 3, which are verwirkt together. Forfeited in the sense of the present invention may be both that the yarns 2 and 3 are woven together, as well as that it is a knitted fabric. The woven material offers high strength, whereas the knitted material allows a very high elasticity.
- the yarn 2 faces the skin marked 4; the yarn 3 faces away from the skin 4.
- the yarn 2 is in the embodiment of polyamide.
- Polyamides are polymers under which usually synthetic, technically usable thermoplastics can be subsumed.
- the polyamides used may be both fibrous and non-fibrous polyamides.
- the polyamide used is on the skin, as shown schematically FIG. 2 can be seen. It absorbs no moisture and therefore no sweat. As a result, it is prevented during exercise that due to a possible sweat absorption the garment over time increases in weight, resulting in an increased burden on the athlete.
- the yarn 2 made of polyamide causes a better distribution of perspiration on the skin. Thereby A larger evaporation surface is created so that the sweat can quickly evaporate from the skin.
- the tangled yarns may be subsequently provided on the skin facing (inside) side with a coating to achieve certain effects, such as anti-fungicides or antibacterial effects.
- the yarn 3 is also made of polyamide in the embodiment. However, other materials for the yarn 3 are usable.
- the yarn 3 has a coating 5 which is heat-reflecting.
- the coating 5 is in the embodiment of noble metal, in this case made of gold. The use of other precious metals such as silver is also possible.
- the coating 5 may be formed by applied paints or inks.
- the coating 5 causes a reflection of the heat and, depending on the nature of the coating 5, also a reflection of the sunlight.
- the yarn 3 acts on the basis of the provided therewith coating 5 in a figurative sense as a mirror; from the outside acting on the garment 1 heat or sunlight is reflected, as illustrated by the acting heat symbolizing arrows 6, the in FIG. 1 are shown.
- the reflection is caused by the glossy surface of the precious metals; in the case of paints and varnishes, this is achieved through pigmentation.
- a relatively dense mesh size of the yarn 3 an approximately heat and / or light-tight closed surface of the garment 1 can be achieved.
- the multilayer design of the fabric is also between the skin 4 facing position - in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 the yarn 2 - and the skin 4 facing away - in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 the yarn 3 - a release layer 7 caused, which is formed in the embodiment of the mixing region of the yarns 2 and 3; in three- or four-ply design, the release layer is formed by the arranged between the yarns 2 and 3 yarns.
- the moisture precipitated in the form of sweat collects with great heat or physical activity.
- the evaporation surface is additionally increased, whereby even more evaporation cooling can be achieved. The air conditioning effect is thus further improved.
- the heat-reflective coating 5 forms the skin-facing layer to allow heat and light reflection, thereby achieving the effects described above.
- the garment according to the invention a significant improvement in the performance of athletes at high temperatures or strong light is possible because the body is not burdened by the additional warm ambient air, but this is reflected by the coated yarn.
- a large-area distribution of perspiration takes place at the same time, in particular in the case of multi-layered design of the fabric, so that the evaporation cooling required for optimal cooling performance of the body can be achieved over a large area.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to garment, in particular for use in sports such as jogging, skating, cycling or the like, which is made of at least one yarn having a coating.
A hitherto neglected aspect in the design of garments for sports activities is the outdoor air surrounding the athlete. Especially in endurance sports, such as jogging, skating, cycling or the like, the athlete is exposed in the summer partly very warm air. The warm air is the result of solar radiation. However, the solar radiation also causes a heating of the road surface, the building walls, etc. The air is therefore additionally heated by the heat radiation of the road surface or the building walls.
The warm air has a direct effect on the body, since the known garments are not designed for the rejection of ambient heat and thus the warm air comes into direct contact with the skin of the athlete.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a garment, which has a performance increase by keeping the warm ambient air during exercise. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the coating is heat-reflecting, the yarn is forfeited with a further yarn, the further yarn is arranged on the side facing the skin and the yarn is arranged on the side facing away from the skin.
With the invention, a garment, in particular for use during exercise is created, which allows keeping away the warm ambient air from the body. By providing a yarn which has a heat-reflecting coating, a deflection of the warm air to the outside, ie away from the body, is possible; the warm air is kept away from the body. As a result, the athlete's skin is not additionally exposed to the heat of the ambient air in addition to the increased heat production due to the effort, whereby an increase in performance can be achieved.
In a further development of the invention, the coating of precious metal, precious metals have been found to be particularly suitable for testing for heat reflection. In addition, precious metals have the advantage that they also allow a reflection of sunlight, so that in this way an improvement of the kilmatischen conditions around the athlete is effected around.
Advantageously, the coating is made of gold. When testing the heat-reflective coating, the best results could be achieved using gold.
There is another yarn forfeited with the yarn. As a result, a multi-layered garment is created, so that by the selection of the further yarn further targeted coordination can be made to the respective claims.
The other yarn faces the skin and the first yarn avoids the skin. This configuration ensures that the heat and light-reflecting yarn is provided on the outside to fulfill its task.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first yarn is made of polyamide. Polyamide avoids absorption of the moisture generated by sport in the form of perspiration, so that the garment itself does not fully absorb moisture and thus increase its weight. Rather, the use of polyamide results in the sweat being uniformly distributed over the skin. Due to the large-area distribution occurs a cooling effect and a faster drying of the sweat, which also leads to an increase in performance.

According to the present invention, it is only required that the heat-
