Definitions
- the invention relates to a garment, in particular for direct wearing on the skin, which consists at least partially of water and / or windproof fabric containing a climate membrane.
- Clothing essentially has the task of protecting the body from external influences.
- the external influences are initially in the weather, ie the influence of wind, moisture and cold on the body.
- clothing has the task to give the respective user a comfortable fit. In doing so, a good heat dissipation of the energy produced by the body as well as of the sweat produced by the body is of importance, in particular during sports activities or even higher outside temperatures.
- climate membranes To achieve good protection against the weather, it is for example from the DE 20 2009 000 367 U1 known to use climate membranes. In these, the possibility is created to ward off externally acting on the body wind or water, but at the same time to provide a vapor permeability from the inside to the outside, to allow a heat dissipation of the body-produced energy and sweat.
- the best known membranes here are those named "Goretex®” or "Sympatex®”.
- the WO 2007 143980 A1 discloses a garment having webs on its inside so as to avoid direct skin contact of moistened area and create air flow areas. These webs may be formed by tubing connected to the tissue but which do nothing to dissipate or absorb moisture.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a garment which is able to cause sufficient drainage of moisture through the garment to the outside even with extremely strong physical stress and thus very strong heat and sweat attack.
- this object is achieved by a garment with the features of claim 1.
- a garment in particular for direct wearing on the skin, created, which allows for very large physical exertions sufficient Sch Strukturabschreib.
- Fabric in the sense of the present invention refers to a layer in a garment, even if this layer is not produced by a weaving process and thus is not a textile fabric in the traditional sense. So textile layers are included, contain a climate membrane or in the form of a laminate with such are connected as well as an exposed, not covered by additional textile fabric layers climate membrane.
- the openings are arranged in particular the openings on the climate membrane side facing and arranged in particular on the in use state upwards, so facing away from the ground side of the tubes.
- This design allows the sweat to easily enter as it drains the tissue, absorbs the sweat and serves as a channel to guide it away from the body of the wearer.
- the tubes have a round cross-section.
- the production of tubes with a round cross section is particularly simple and therefore inexpensive.
- the tubes have a triangular cross-section.
- This type of tube offers the possibility of attaching the tubes to the tissue with one of their thighs so that the tubes rest only with their tip on the skin. As a result, on the one hand the wearing comfort is increased, on the other hand, a large contact surface of the tube is prevented on the skin, which could act as a heat-insulating and form an additional condensation surface for sweat.
- the tubes preferably exit the garment to the outside. This provides the opportunity to remove the sweat collected in the tubes from the garment and allow it to drain outside the fabric.
- the tubes can be embedded in a tissue which is located under the climate membrane in the water- and wind-tight tissue. In this case, sweat absorption on the skin first takes place through the additional tissue. Thereafter, the sweat is discharged through the openings in the tubes, from where continues the above-described operation.
- the individual tubes may be linear, at least in the course from a highest point to the open ends, so that the moisture can flow away unhindered.
- tubes are arranged in parallel and are connected by arches to a meandering loop.
- a meandering Course of the tubes may be provided in which on the sides of the garment curves and thus vertical areas are formed, for example in the chest or back area of a shirt.
- the selected as embodiment garment 1 is an example of a pair of pants. It exists on its front side made of a water- and windproof fabric 2.
- the back of the garment 1 is formed by a conventional, in particular elastic fabric 3.
- On the skin 4 facing side 2 tubes 5 are provided on the water and windproof fabric, which come in worn state of the garment 1 with the skin 3 in contact ( FIGS. 3 and 4 ).
- the tubes 5 may be made of different materials. Tubes made of silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or polyethylene have proven particularly suitable here.
- the tubes 5 are flexible so as not to interfere with the mobility of the wearer of the garment. They are glued in the embodiment with the fabric 2. However, other types of connection between tissue 2 and the tubes 5 are also possible.
- the tubes 5 run in the garment 1 substantially horizontally. As in the FIGS. 1 and 2 to recognize the tubes 5 run around the front of the legs of the pants.
- the tubes 5 are made open at both ends 6.
- the ends 6 are in the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 and 2 oriented substantially horizontally; in the exemplary embodiment FIG. 6 the ends 6 are vertically-downwardly directed towards the bottom.
- the ends 6 of the tubes 5 are located outside of the garment 1. As particularly in FIG. 1 to see the tubes 5 come out of the garment in the region of the transition between the water and windproof fabric 2 and the elastic fabric 3.
- the tubes 5 have in the embodiment a round ( FIG. 3 ) or a triangular ( FIG. 4 ) Cross-section. Other cross sections are also possible, in particular oval or polygonal cross sections.
- the tubes 5 are provided with openings 7.
- the openings 7 are arranged on the side facing away from the bottom of the tube 5 ( FIGS. 3 to 5 ). As in FIG. 5 recognizable, the openings 7 in the embodiment preferably in the form of a slot and extend substantially in the longitudinal direction of the axial course of the tubes.
- the welding drops 8 enter through the openings 7 in the tube 5, as in FIG. 5 is shown.
- the welding drops 8 accumulate at the bottom of the respective tube 5, as in FIG FIGS. 3 and 4 shown.
- the ends 6 are oriented substantially horizontally, the welding drops 8 likewise run out of the tubes 5 when the ends 6 are reached.
- This circumstance is, however, compounded by the following circumstance: as in FIG. 2 to recognize, the ends 6 of the tubes 5 are substantially horizontally aligned and at the same time pointing backwards. This orientation is chosen counter to the running or driving direction. This has the consequence that the air passes while running or cycling at the ends 6 of the tube 5. This creates in the region of the ends 6 of the tube 5, a negative pressure, which leads to a sucking out of the sweat 8 from the tube 5, as indicated by the arrows in the FIGS. 1 and 2 is indicated. This leads to a significantly improved removal of sweat from the garment.
- the removal of perspiration is also assisted during physical exertion by the fact that the movement of the muscles and the movement of the tissue continuously changes the air pressure under the garment. This change promotes the surge-like entry of moist air into the openings 7 in accordance with the movement of the carrier, thereby further improving the discharge of perspiration from the garment.
Description
The invention relates to a garment, in particular for direct wearing on the skin, which consists at least partially of water and / or windproof fabric containing a climate membrane.
Clothing essentially has the task of protecting the body from external influences. The external influences are initially in the weather, ie the influence of wind, moisture and cold on the body. In addition, clothing has the task to give the respective user a comfortable fit. In doing so, a good heat dissipation of the energy produced by the body as well as of the sweat produced by the body is of importance, in particular during sports activities or even higher outside temperatures.
Although the use of the climate membranes basically offers the possibility to dissipate heat produced by the body to the outside; However, this is due to the technical Conditions of the membrane only partially possible. In particular, in extremely strenuous physical activities, such as running or cycling, the known membranes are only very conditionally able to dissipate the water droplets emitted by the body and water vapor completely through the pores of the membrane to the outside. It comes with large amount of moisture in heavy sweating rather to the fact that the moisture condenses on the skin of the wearer facing side of the membrane, collects to larger drops of sweat and moistens the adjacent layers of tissue as well as other worn underneath garments.
The invention is based on the object to provide a garment which is able to cause sufficient drainage of moisture through the garment to the outside even with extremely strong physical stress and thus very strong heat and sweat attack.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a garment with the features of
With the invention, a garment, in particular for direct wearing on the skin, created, which allows for very large physical exertions sufficient Schweißabfuhr. Through the tubes is a collection of sweat and its removal to Improvement of the body climate provided. Sweat in the form of water vapor or drops of liquid can enter through the openings in a tube and is thereby discharged from proximal areas of the tissue to the outside.
Umfasst sind also textile Schichten, eine Klimamembran enthalten oder in Form eines Laminats mit einer solchen verbunden sind ebenso wie eine offen liegenden, nicht durch zusätzliche textile Gewebeschichten abgedeckte Klimamembran."Fabric" in the sense of the present invention refers to a layer in a garment, even if this layer is not produced by a weaving process and thus is not a textile fabric in the traditional sense. So textile layers are included, contain a climate membrane or in the form of a laminate with such are connected as well as an exposed, not covered by additional textile fabric layers climate membrane.
Advantageously, the openings are arranged in particular the openings on the climate membrane side facing and arranged in particular on the in use state upwards, so facing away from the ground side of the tubes. This design allows the sweat to easily enter as it drains the tissue, absorbs the sweat and serves as a channel to guide it away from the body of the wearer.
But it can also be provided additional openings on the side, which faces directly to the skin of the wearer to facilitate the ingress of water vapor to catch.
In a further development of the invention, the tubes have a round cross-section. The production of tubes with a round cross section is particularly simple and therefore inexpensive.
In another embodiment of the invention, the tubes have a triangular cross-section. This type of tube offers the possibility of attaching the tubes to the tissue with one of their thighs so that the tubes rest only with their tip on the skin. As a result, on the one hand the wearing comfort is increased, on the other hand, a large contact surface of the tube is prevented on the skin, which could act as a heat-insulating and form an additional condensation surface for sweat.
The tubes preferably exit the garment to the outside. This provides the opportunity to remove the sweat collected in the tubes from the garment and allow it to drain outside the fabric.
The tubes can be embedded in a tissue which is located under the climate membrane in the water- and wind-tight tissue. In this case, sweat absorption on the skin first takes place through the additional tissue. Thereafter, the sweat is discharged through the openings in the tubes, from where continues the above-described operation.
There may be several individual tubes spaced apart in a formation. The individual tubes should be linear, at least in the course from a highest point to the open ends, so that the moisture can flow away unhindered.
It is also possible that several tubes are arranged in parallel and are connected by arches to a meandering loop. In particular, a meandering Course of the tubes may be provided in which on the sides of the garment curves and thus vertical areas are formed, for example in the chest or back area of a shirt.
