Definitions
- the invention relates to an element for use in garments for sporting activities such as jogging, skating, skiing or the like and its use.
- the invention also relates to a method for dehumidifying skin areas, in particular during sports activities.
- Clothing is used to protect humans, especially for protection against the weather. In addition, under certain conditions, such as sporting activities, the garment protects against injury. Except for high outside temperatures, the clothing consists mainly of several different garments, which are worn in several layers one above the other. The outermost layer of clothing has essentially the task of being wind and water repellent, to avoid cooling of the people by wind and to protect him from precipitation against the ingress of water in clothing.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an element for use in garments for sports activities, on the one hand improves the removal of the resulting sweat from the skin and allows evaporation of the resulting moisture, on the other hand, the recording of the non-evaporated part of the moisture Tissue and at the same time prevents it from cooling down in the most exposed areas. According to the invention, this object is achieved by an element having the features of patent claim 1.
- an element for use in garments for sports activities is created, which significantly improves the removal of the resulting sweat and forms a protection against cooling.
- the modular arrangement of such elements in a garment makes it possible to optimally match the garment to certain body parts and their perspiration. This makes it possible to produce a garment that responds to the particular elevated or lower temperature load with a particular climate zone, thereby extending the overall performance of the body.
- a further cavity is formed between the webs and the skin, which is bounded laterally by the ribs.
- an air cushion is created, which is a temperature compensation between which causes high body temperature during sports activities and, for example, low ambient temperatures in winter.
- a feeling of coldness on the skin is avoided.
- ambient temperature higher than skin temperature - for example, in summer an opposite effect occurs. Overall, the well-being is significantly improved thereby.
- the yarn of the fabric is coated.
- the coating is preferably carried out galvanically, which ensures inter alia that the coating covers the entire surface of the yarn.
- the coating consists of silver, copper or gold. These coatings have a magnetic shielding effect. Silver and copper also prevent the spread of bacteria or kill them. This causes a significant reduction in the odor of sweat.
- the climate-regulating element is provided on the side facing away from the skin with fastening elements. These are preferably designed as Velcro.
- the fasteners allow the retrofitting of garments with climatic zones.
- the invention is further based on the object to provide a method by which moisture can be effectively and continuously transported away from the skin. According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of patent claim 6.
- the dehumidification of the skin areas is optimized by using the body heat with the aid of air chambers to accelerate the moisture flow through the textile ribs.
- FIG. 1 illustrated air element 3 is based on a fabric 32 which is arranged wave-shaped.
- the fabric 32 thus arranged is covered on its upper side by a holding fabric 33.
- the element 3 rests elastically on the skin 34 wetted with perspiration pearls 35.
- the element 3 also has first and second cavities 36 and 37.
- the fabric 32 and the holding fabric 33 are in the embodiment according to FIG. 1 provided with a coating 38.
- the wave-shaped arrangement of the fabric 32, a mutual juxtaposition of webs 321 and ribs 322 is achieved.
- the ribs 22 form with the holding fabric 33 the first cavity 37.
- the second cavities 36 are formed between the webs 321 of the element and the skin 34.
- the second cavities 36 are bounded on their sides by the ribs 322 resting on the skin 34.
- the webs 321 have twice the width of the ribs 322.
- the element 3 is made of different materials.
- the rib bottom 3221 is made of a material A. This material is suitable to absorb moisture, especially in the form of sweat, particularly fast.
- the rib walls 3222 are made of a material B. This has a wicking function which causes the sweat to be transported away from the skin 34 in the direction of the webs 321.
- the webs 321 are made of a material C. The material C is able to deliver the moisture conveyed by the material B in the direction of the webs 321 to the environment, ie to ensure evaporation. The evaporation surface is moved away from the skin 34. In the transition areas between the individual materials, a mixture of materials is possible. So is located between the materials A and B or B and C respectively a combination of materials, as well as FIG. 2 can be seen.
- the fabric 32 and the holding fabric 33 are in the embodiment according to FIG. 1 - Sectionally - provided with a coating 38.
- the coating 38 is preferably galvanic. It consists of copper, gold, polytetrafluoroethylene or - most preferably - silver. With the help of different coatings different effects can be achieved. For example, an antifungal effect can be achieved with the aid of copper or silver. A coating of polytetrafluoroethylene, however, causes a reduction in friction on the skin.
- the second cavity 36 has the function of an air chamber and serves as a heat storage, which heats the web 321.
- the fabric 32 is made with textile ribs 322, with which moisture is conducted by capillary action away from the skin 34 to the webs 321 forming the textile surface.
- the evaporation rate of the webs 321 is thus higher, the more heat is released from the skin 34.
- T H denotes the temperature of the skin (corresponds approximately to the body temperature)
- T K the temperature in the air chamber (second cavity 36)
- T U the ambient temperature. It is shown the case that the ambient temperature T U is lower than the skin temperature T H , from which it follows that the temperature in the air chamber T K is less than the skin temperature, but greater than the ambient temperature. It is thus an appropriate skin dehumidification causes. If the body is at rest, little heat is released from the skin and there is a low dehumidification performance - and a low sweat. In the course of physical activity increases the formation of sweat and the skin temperature, which also causes a high dehumidification performance.
- cavities 36 and 37 areas are also provided which serve as an air buffer.
- the first cavity 37 is also heated continuously by the heat radiated from the skin. This is especially in cold weather conditions created a buffer between the heated skin and the cold ambient air, so that sets a comfortable fit.
- the overall elastic formation of the element causes a compression effect, which improves the blood pressure maintenance, whereby the cell supply is increased.
- a reduction in muscle vibration is indicated.
- no cut product is used in the production of the element.
- the invention is not limited to such a one-piece training; Rather, individual or all features of the invention may also be distributed over several garments, for example in the form of an upper and a pair of trousers. The combination of some or all of the features of the invention in separate garments is also included within the scope of the invention.
- the features of the invention may be provided both in undergarments and in outerwear.

Description
The invention relates to an element for use in garments for sporting activities such as jogging, skating, skiing or the like and its use. The invention also relates to a method for dehumidifying skin areas, in particular during sports activities.
Clothing is used to protect humans, especially for protection against the weather.
Especially with multi-layered clothing can cause sweat. In sports activity of humans, this sweat attack is above average. The formation of perspiration significantly reduces the wearing comfort of the clothing. Especially in the zones where the strongest sweat occurs, an unpleasant feeling on the skin, which also increases the subsequent cooling after exercise, the risk of colds, tension or the like. In order to reduce these risks, efforts are made to allow the removal of sweat. For this purpose, it is known to provide garments on their side facing the skin with terry (terry loops), which should allow a recording of moisture. A disadvantage of the garments thus formed is that the terry absorbs the moisture, but does not dissipate it from the skin, but absorbs it. As a result, moisture remains in the garment so that after exercise, the areas of clothing covering the high sweat areas are wet. They continue to be in contact with the skin. This leads to an unpleasant feeling on the skin. The unpleasant sensation is exacerbated in particular by the fact that, following exercise, both the human and the clothing cool down and thus the cold moisture in the clothing comes into contact with the skin.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an element for use in garments for sports activities, on the one hand improves the removal of the resulting sweat from the skin and allows evaporation of the resulting moisture, on the other hand, the recording of the non-evaporated part of the moisture Tissue and at the same time prevents it from cooling down in the most exposed areas. According to the invention, this object is achieved by an element having the features of patent claim 1.
With the invention, an element for use in garments for sports activities is created, which significantly improves the removal of the resulting sweat and forms a protection against cooling.
Moreover, the modular arrangement of such elements in a garment makes it possible to optimally match the garment to certain body parts and their perspiration. This makes it possible to produce a garment that responds to the particular elevated or lower temperature load with a particular climate zone, thereby extending the overall performance of the body.
In an embodiment of the invention, a further cavity is formed between the webs and the skin, which is bounded laterally by the ribs. Through the cavities between the skin and the environment an air cushion is created, which is a temperature compensation between which causes high body temperature during sports activities and, for example, low ambient temperatures in winter. As a result, a feeling of coldness on the skin is avoided. In the opposite case (ambient temperature higher than skin temperature - for example, in summer), an opposite effect occurs. Overall, the well-being is significantly improved thereby.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the yarn of the fabric is coated. The coating is preferably carried out galvanically, which ensures inter alia that the coating covers the entire surface of the yarn. Preferably, the coating consists of silver, copper or gold. These coatings have a magnetic shielding effect. Silver and copper also prevent the spread of bacteria or kill them. This causes a significant reduction in the odor of sweat.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the climate-regulating element is provided on the side facing away from the skin with fastening elements. These are preferably designed as Velcro. The fasteners allow the retrofitting of garments with climatic zones.
The invention is further based on the object to provide a method by which moisture can be effectively and continuously transported away from the skin. According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of patent claim 6.
With the invention, a method for effective dehumidification of skin areas, especially in the course of sporting activities created. By dissipating moisture by capillary action via textile ribs away from the skin to a textile surface, a displacement of the evaporation surface is achieved. This shift results in a continuous drying of the skin surface.
In addition, the dehumidification of the skin areas is optimized by using the body heat with the aid of air chambers to accelerate the moisture flow through the textile ribs.

The wave-shaped arrangement of the
Due to the very narrow design of the
In addition, the use of different materials achieves an optimized flow of moisture. The

In the form of acting as air chambers cavities 36 and 37 areas are also provided which serve as an air buffer. This brings about a further improvement in climate regulation. Namely, the
