Definitions
- the invention relates to an inner shoe as specified in independent claim 1; and a method of manufacturing an inner shoe according to claim 12. Preferred embodiments of the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims.
- Inner shoes of the type mentioned here are, for example, from the DE 10 2007 002 335 A1 known. They serve for the comfortable storage of a foot, the inner shoe in turn being able to be inserted into a ski, snowboard, inline skating shoe or into a mountain boot or the like. With such inner shoes, it is particularly important that a sufficient "condensation" transport from the inside of the shoe to the outside of the shoe and at the same time a secure hold of the foot in the inner shoe and a problem-free entry of a wearer into the shoe is ensured.
- FR2047650 A5 Such a shoe with an inner shoe that is provided with a leather lining over the entire surface, which is not only complex, but also expensive due to the high leather requirement.
- the inner shoe is used in particular for a ski, snowboard, inline skating shoe, mountain boot or the like and comprises a foam base material on which the inner area of the inner shoe is directly or indirectly (ie via one or more intermediate layers) in the entry area (19) , Shaft area (5), tongue area (7), forefoot area (9) or heel area (11) an inner lining is applied.
- the inner shoe is characterized in that the inner lining of the inner shoe consists at least partially of leather or a material with similar or the same physical properties.
- An inner lining which consists of leather or a material with similar or identical physical properties (ie a leather-like material or an imitation leather), in particular a hydrophobic sandwich material with a membrane, is referred to below as "leather inner lining" .
- leather is a material with special properties. Not only is it particularly strong and durable, it is also relatively impermeable to water. Nevertheless, leather has good breathability. It is therefore sufficiently permeable to air and water vapor. Different types of leather are used. a. characterized by properties such as tensile strength, ductility, water and air permeability, light resistance and shrinkage.
- a material that has the same or similar properties as leather is understood here to mean a material that has one or more identical or similar properties of leather. These properties are in particular those that make an application for an inner shoe particularly advantageous. It is therefore preferably an imitation leather or synthetic leather which has one or more positive properties of leather and may even exceed them.
- the essence of the invention therefore lies in the fact that the inner liner ensures an optimal hold and an optimal fit due to the leather lining, while additionally an optimal foot climate is provided by a natural heat and moisture regulation.
- the leather lining ensures an optimal hold of the foot due to its surface texture, which is slightly “sticky”. This prevents the foot from slipping in the inner shoe, which also reduces the risk of blistering. Similar to the skin, the leather lining takes on a natural moisture and heat regulation.
- the foam base material ensures optimal insulation and supports the heat regulation of the leather.
- the combination of a foam base material and leather lining ensures an optimal foot climate and pleasantly warm and dry feet.
- the foam base material is preferably plastically deformable at least in a partial area at a predetermined temperature. In this way, a tailored fit of the liner can be achieved for individual wearers.
- the foam base material can also have a perforation at least in a partial area. In this way, moisture generated in the liner while wearing the liner is more easily transported away from the foot through the perforated foam base material. In this way, the moisture reaches the outside of the liner.
- a foam base material perforated at least in some areas thus ensures optimum "condensation" drainage.
- the leather lining can also advantageously have a perforation, in particular a micro-perforation, at least in a partial area. This net-like or perforated design of the leather inner lining also improves heat and moisture regulation and in particular improves moisture transport away from the foot to the outside of the inner shoe.
- the leather lining is preferably arranged in an entry area of the inner shoe.
- the boarding area can also form a soft zone. This advantageous combination on the one hand makes it easier to get into the shoe and on the other hand improves the comfort of the inner shoe.
- the leather lining is also arranged in a heel area of the inner shoe.
- An additional or alternative arrangement in a tongue area and / or in a forefoot area and / or in a shaft area is also conceivable.
- the leather lining can therefore be provided in at least two or more areas of the inner shoe and extend over the aforementioned areas of the inner shoe.
- a material layer can be provided between at least two regions of the inner shoe, in which a leather inner lining is provided, by means of which the two leather inner lining regions are separated from one another. This material layer can in particular be the foam base material of the inner shoe.
- leather lining for several zones or areas of the liner are coherent and in particular in one piece.
- An outer lining is preferably applied in the outer area of the inner shoe, at least in partial areas.
- This outer lining can preferably be applied to the foam base material.
- the outer lining can also have perforations, at least in some areas, to improve the foot climate in the inner shoe.
- the outer lining can be formed, at least in partial areas, from a material that promotes moisture transport from the inner area to the outside of the inner shoe. In particular, this can be a material in which the moisture evaporates more quickly due to its surface on the outside of the inner shoe.
- the outer lining can also consist at least in some areas of a material that is used in sports textiles, such as T-shirts or the like. In particular, it can be a hydrophobic material, for example.
- materials in which the moisture is absorbed on the inside of the liner and is distributed over a large area on the outside, so that the drying process is accelerated can also be arranged between the leather lining and the foam base material. It is also conceivable, alternatively or additionally, to provide a material layer between the foam base material and the outer lining, which is formed from a material that promotes moisture transport from the inside to the outside of the liner. In principle, it is also conceivable to use a waterproof and breathable material layer, for example a membrane, which forms the outer lining or is arranged between the outer lining and the foam body. The inner shoe can be made watertight in this way, while the breathability is guaranteed.
- the foam base material is thicker in the entry area and in particular also in the tongue area of the inner shoe than in the other areas or zones of the inner shoe.
- the corresponding areas of the inner shoe are then, in particular, also softer due to the thicker foam base material layer and consequently form a soft zone.
- This soft zone enables easier entry into the shoe, particularly in the entry area of the inner shoe. This also significantly improves comfort.
- the same also applies to the tongue area, provided that a thicker foam base material layer is provided there than in the other areas of the liner.
- the inner shoe is provided with a closing mechanism, in particular with a lacing system and in particular also with a sole, it can also be provided that the inner shoe is used as a fully functional shoe.
- the inner shoe does not necessarily have to be inserted into a ski, snowboard or similar shoe in order to be used as intended.
- a method for manufacturing an inner shoe with the features of claim 12 is also proposed.
- the method is used to produce an inner shoe, in particular for a ski, snowboard, inline skating shoe, mountain boot or the like, with a foam base material.
- the method is characterized by the at least partial application of an inner lining at least partially made of leather or a material with similar or the same physical properties in the inner region of the inner shoe.
- the inner lining is preferably applied to the foam base material or one or more material layers applied thereon, in particular sewn on.
- a method is particularly advantageous in which the foam base material is thermally deformed together with the applied lining made of leather or imitation leather and consequently is optimally adapted to an individual carrier.
- Fig. 1 shows an inner shoe 1 with a foam base material 3.
- the inner shoe 1 comprises in the in Fig. 1
- the embodiment shown shows a shaft area 5 and a tongue area 7, which merge into a sole area 13 via a forefoot area 9 and a heel area 11, respectively.
- a foam made of polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU) or ethylene vinyl acetate or foam rubber (EVA) can be considered as the foam base material 3.
- these foams are preferably thermally deformable if an individual adaptation of the inner shoe to a wearer is desired.
- the inner shoe 1 is provided here, for example, with a lacing cuff 15 which is detachably mounted on the inner shoe 1 and which ensures that the foot is fixed in the inner shoe by means of the lacing system 17.
- a lacing system which is provided on an outer shoe, in particular on a ski, snowboard, inline skating shoe or the like.
- the inner shoe 1 therefore does not have to comprise an independent lacing system.
- a corresponding lacing system as in Fig. 1 shown as an example, can also be arranged directly on the liner.
- the inner shoe 1 according to the invention has a collar-like entry area 19.
- This area can be connected in one piece to the rest of the inner shoe or can be formed as a separate part which is connected, in particular sewn, to the shaft area 5 of the inner shoe 1.
- the entry area 19 has a greater thickness than the other areas of the inner shoe 1.
- the Fig. 2 shows a schematic side view of the liner 1 according to Fig. 1 , areas being schematically highlighted in which a leather inner lining 21 is arranged. It thus schematically shows an inside view of the liner 1.
- hatched areas are, for example, the entry area 19, the heel area 11 and the forefoot area 9.
- the leather lining is applied to an inner area 23 of the inner shoe 1 and thus to it.
- the leather lining 21 is connected to the foam base material 3 and / or with an intermediate layer applied thereon in a suitable manner, in particular sewn or glued.
- a plurality of leather inner linings 21 on the inside of the foam base material are separated from one another via textile areas, the textile areas being in particular the foam base material 3 or an intermediate layer applied thereon.
- the leather inner lining 21 is therefore only partially provided in those areas of the inner shoe 1 in which an improved hold and an improved heat and moisture regulation are particularly useful and necessary. These are, in particular, the forefoot region 9 and the heel region 11.
- two or more leather inner lining regions 21 are connected for a plurality of zones 19, 5, 7, 9 or 11 of the inner shoe 1 and are consequently connected to one another or formed in one piece.
- Both the foam base material 3 and the leather inner lining 21 can have perforations at least in some areas, thereby ensuring improved moisture transport from the inner area 23 of the inner shoe 1 to the outside 25.
- the open pores therefore preferably extend from the inner region 23 or the inner side of the inner shoe 1 to an outer side 25.
- the Fig. 3 shows a schematic rear view of an inner shoe 1 according to the invention.
- the Fig. 3 here again shows a schematic representation of the inner region 23 of the inner shoe 1 and clarifies the application of the leather inner lining 21 in the entry region 19 and in the heel region 11.
- the leather inner lining 21 can at least partially also cover the upper region 5 extend.
- a perforation shown in dotted lines in the figure
- the leather lining 21 in the entry area 19 can, but does not have to be perforated, since the climate in this area is fundamentally better due to its proximity to the outside 25 than in the heel area 11 or in the forefoot area 9.
- the Fig. 3 also makes it clear that the foam base material section between the two leather inner linings 21 in the entry area 19 and in the heel area 11 is also perforated.
- the perforation preferably also extends under the leather inner lining 21. This also improves the foot climate by optimally transporting “condensation water” from the foot to the outside 25 of the inner shoe 1.
- the Fig. 4 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the liner 1 according to Fig. 3 .
- the hatched area which characterizes the entry area 19, makes it clear that it has a thickness d that is greater than the thickness in the remaining area of the inner liner 1. It goes without saying that the thickness d need not necessarily be thicker than that remaining areas of the liner.
- the entry area preferably forms a soft zone, which can consist in particular of the foam base material 3 or of another, softer material.
- a leather lining can also be provided in the area of the collar-shaped entry area (in the Fig. 4 indicated by reference numeral 21).
- the entry area 19 of the inner shoe 1 can, as mentioned at the beginning, be designed as a separate part or in one piece with the foam base material 3. In the case of a separate design, the entry area 19 is connected to the foam base material 3 and in particular sewn therewith.
- an outer lining 29 can also be provided on the outside 25 of the inner shoe 1, at least in partial areas can.
- the outer lining can also be applied to the foam base material 3 or an intermediate layer applied thereon, in particular sewn on or glued on.
- the materials used here are sports textiles that are used, for example, in T-shirts or similar sports clothing. This can be a hydrophobic material, for example. It is crucial that it is advantageously a material that promotes the transport of moisture from the inner region 23 of the inner shoe 1 to the outer side 25. The material is preferably such that the moisture transported through the foam base material 3 is distributed over a large area on the outside and thus dries faster.
- further material layers can be provided between the inner lining, in particular between the leather inner lining 21 and the foam base material 3 or between the foam base material 3 and the outer lining 29, which can be perforated at least in partial areas or other properties that promote the foot climate can have.
- the present invention creates an advantageous inner shoe which, with the help of the leather inner lining, ensures an optimal hold and an optimal fit, as well as an improved foot climate through natural heat and moisture regulation.
- the optimized foot climate which ensures pleasantly warm and dry feet, is achieved by the combination of the leather lining 21 and the foam base material 3.
- An improved moisture transport is achieved in particular if the leather lining and / or the foam base material 3 is open-pored at least in some areas and thus creates a transport path for moisture generated in the inner shoe 1 to the outside 25.

Description
The invention relates to an inner shoe as specified in

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved liner which ensures both an optimal hold and an optimal fit and which moreover enables improved moisture transport from the foot to the outside of the liner.
To solve the above-mentioned problem, an inner shoe with the features of
The essence of the invention therefore lies in the fact that the inner liner ensures an optimal hold and an optimal fit due to the leather lining, while additionally an optimal foot climate is provided by a natural heat and moisture regulation. The leather lining ensures an optimal hold of the foot due to its surface texture, which is slightly "sticky". This prevents the foot from slipping in the inner shoe, which also reduces the risk of blistering. Similar to the skin, the leather lining takes on a natural moisture and heat regulation. The foam base material ensures optimal insulation and supports the heat regulation of the leather. The combination of a foam base material and leather lining ensures an optimal foot climate and pleasantly warm and dry feet.
The foam base material is preferably plastically deformable at least in a partial area at a predetermined temperature. In this way, a tailored fit of the liner can be achieved for individual wearers. The foam base material can also have a perforation at least in a partial area. In this way, moisture generated in the liner while wearing the liner is more easily transported away from the foot through the perforated foam base material. In this way, the moisture reaches the outside of the liner. A foam base material perforated at least in some areas thus ensures optimum "condensation" drainage. The leather lining can also advantageously have a perforation, in particular a micro-perforation, at least in a partial area. This net-like or perforated design of the leather inner lining also improves heat and moisture regulation and in particular improves moisture transport away from the foot to the outside of the inner shoe.
The leather lining is preferably arranged in an entry area of the inner shoe. The boarding area can also form a soft zone. This advantageous combination on the one hand makes it easier to get into the shoe and on the other hand improves the comfort of the inner shoe. The leather lining is also arranged in a heel area of the inner shoe. An additional or alternative arrangement in a tongue area and / or in a forefoot area and / or in a shaft area is also conceivable. The leather lining can therefore be provided in at least two or more areas of the inner shoe and extend over the aforementioned areas of the inner shoe. A material layer can be provided between at least two regions of the inner shoe, in which a leather inner lining is provided, by means of which the two leather inner lining regions are separated from one another. This material layer can in particular be the foam base material of the inner shoe. In principle, however, it is also conceivable that leather lining for several zones or areas of the liner are coherent and in particular in one piece.
An outer lining is preferably applied in the outer area of the inner shoe, at least in partial areas. This outer lining can preferably be applied to the foam base material. The outer lining can also have perforations, at least in some areas, to improve the foot climate in the inner shoe. Furthermore, the outer lining can be formed, at least in partial areas, from a material that promotes moisture transport from the inner area to the outside of the inner shoe. In particular, this can be a material in which the moisture evaporates more quickly due to its surface on the outside of the inner shoe. Corresponding materials can also be arranged between the leather lining and the foam base material.
According to the invention, the foam base material is thicker in the entry area and in particular also in the tongue area of the inner shoe than in the other areas or zones of the inner shoe. The corresponding areas of the inner shoe are then, in particular, also softer due to the thicker foam base material layer and consequently form a soft zone. This soft zone enables easier entry into the shoe, particularly in the entry area of the inner shoe. This also significantly improves comfort. The same also applies to the tongue area, provided that a thicker foam base material layer is provided there than in the other areas of the liner.
If the inner shoe is provided with a closing mechanism, in particular with a lacing system and in particular also with a sole, it can also be provided that the inner shoe is used as a fully functional shoe. The inner shoe does not necessarily have to be inserted into a ski, snowboard or similar shoe in order to be used as intended.
To achieve the above-mentioned object, a method for manufacturing an inner shoe with the features of claim 12 is also proposed. The method is used to produce an inner shoe, in particular for a ski, snowboard, inline skating shoe, mountain boot or the like, with a foam base material. The method is characterized by the at least partial application of an inner lining at least partially made of leather or a material with similar or the same physical properties in the inner region of the inner shoe. The inner lining is preferably applied to the foam base material or one or more material layers applied thereon, in particular sewn on.
A method is particularly advantageous in which the foam base material is thermally deformed together with the applied lining made of leather or imitation leather and consequently is optimally adapted to an individual carrier.

Als Schaumstoffgrundmaterial 3 kommt beispielsweise ein Schaum aus Polyethylen (PE), Polyurethan (PU) oder Ethylenvinylacetat bzw. Moosgummi (EVA) in Betracht. For example, a foam made of polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU) or ethylene vinyl acetate or foam rubber (EVA) can be considered as the
Der Innenschuh 1 muss also kein eigenständiges Schnürsystem umfassen.
