Claims (15)
- Planche à aiguilles pour une aiguilleteuse, comprenant
une plaque de base (16), et
une pluralité de modules d'aiguilles (20) maintenus sur la plaque de base (16), dont chacun présente une plaque support (22) équipée d'une pluralité d'aiguilles (8), de sorte que les aiguilles (8) sont disposées dans un modèle prédéfini dans la zone de la plaque de base (16) et que leurs pointes dépassent de la plaque de base (16),
caractérisée en ce que
chaque module d'aiguilles (20) est mis en place dans un logement (18) de la plaque de base (16) et y est maintenu par coopération de forme ou force de frottement pour empêcher un déplacement de la plaque support (22). - Planche à aiguilles suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les logements (18) sont réalisés sous forme de fentes dans la plaque de base (16).
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les plaques supports (22) présentent une section de bordure en saillie (26), qui s'applique à chaque fois sur un épaulement (24) dans la zone de paroi du logement (18) correspondant de la plaque de base (16).
- Planche à aiguilles suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la section de bordure en saillie (26) et l'épaulement (24) ont une réalisation périphérique.
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les plaques supports (22) sont formées de matière plastique.
- Planche à aiguilles suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les plaques supports (22) sont moulées ou injectées sur les aiguilles (8).
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les aiguilles (8) présentent un talon rugueux.
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les aiguilles (8) présentent des têtes refoulées ou coudées.
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque module d'aiguilles (20) présente au moins une rangée d'aiguilles (8) .
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les aiguilles (8) ont une disposition irrégulière dans un module d'aiguilles (20).
- Planche à aiguilles suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les modules d'aiguilles individuels (20) sont disposés en groupes dans la plaque de base (16).
- Planche à aiguilles suivant la revendication 11,
caractérisée en ce que les groupes individuels sont disposés en déport mutuel. - Procédé de fabrication d'une planche à aiguilles (6) pour
une aiguilleteuse, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- préparation d'une plaque de base (16) avec plusieurs logements (18) ;- préparation de plusieurs modules d'aiguilles (20), dont les plaques supports (22) sont garnies chacune de plusieurs aiguilles (8) ; et- insertion des modules d'aiguilles (20) dans les logements (18) de la plaque de base (16) pour le maintien par coopération de forme ou force de frottement des modules d'aiguilles (20) dans les logements (18). - Procédé suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de la préparation de plusieurs modules d'aiguilles (20) comprend l'étape de moulage de plusieurs plaques supports (22), qui présentent des creux (23), et d'introduction de la pluralité d'aiguilles (8) dans les creux (23).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de la préparation de plusieurs modules d'aiguilles (20) comprend l'étape de préparation de la pluralité d'aiguilles (8) et de moulage ou d'injection de la plaque support (22) en matière plastique.
