Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cabinet, in particular safety cabinet, preferably safety underbench cupboard, with at least one articulated to a cabinet body swing door with attached driving lever, and at least one drawer, wherein the swing door and the drawer are interconnected so that the drawer when opening the swing door is pulled out by the driver lever engages in a arranged at an oblique angle relative to a direction of extension of the drawer at this guide profile.
  • the GB 725 757 A deals with a cabinet in the interior of a rotatably mounted on a retractable angle support tray is arranged.
  • the angle bracket is coupled via connecting levers with two swing doors.
  • a cabinet in particular safety cabinet example in the utility model DE 20 2004 004 855 U1 addressed.
  • Such cabinets or safety cabinets are usually used for recording dangerous goods such as chemicals or flammable liquids. Accordingly, such safety cabinets usually have automatic closing devices which ensure, for example, in case of fire, that the safety cabinet is reliably closed.
  • Such a self-closing mechanism which relies primarily on an associated fusible link and a spring arrangement, for example, in the patent DE 103 05 444 B4 the applicant described. Similar goes the DE 20 2004 004 855 U1 in front.
  • safety cabinets are designed by the design of your cabinet body and the doors or the at least one swing door so that a certain fire resistance is guaranteed.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing such a cabinet, in particular a safety cabinet, in such a way that an expansive structure can be realized in which the handling is simplified and in particular the risk potential is reduced.
  • the invention proposes in a generic cabinet, especially safety cabinet, that in addition to the first swing door at least another second, connected to the drive lever of the first swing door, and connected to the drawer swing door is provided, both swing doors with dergestalt the drawer are connected, that when opening and closing a swing door, both the drawer and the other swing door also open and closed.
  • the drawer is also inserted again with the help of one of the two hinged doors, but it can also and fundamentally independently experience a closing or insertion movement. Consequently, it is achieved according to the invention that, when a swing door is opened, the drawer automatically undergoes an extract and is pushed in when closing it. This simplifies handling and allows the drawer to be conveniently loaded from and / or laterally.
  • the invention proposes for this purpose that the swing door is equipped with the connected driving lever, which engages in the guide profile on the drawer.
  • the driving lever is connected on the inside to the swing door. This can basically be done in a joint, so that the driving lever relative to the swing door can change its angle.
  • the driving lever includes a fixed predetermined angle with the swing door, so it is connected in an unchangeable position to the swing door.
  • the driving lever has an attachment to the inside of the swing door, taking into account a skew angle in the range between about 30 ° and about 80 °, preferably between 40 ° and 70 °.
  • the driving lever is inwardly connected to the swing door compared to the inside of the swing door.
  • the driving lever is arranged below a guide plane of the drawer. That is, the drive lever engages from below to the drawer, because it is placed below the management level of the drawer.
  • This guide level of the drawer is defined by at least one guide rail of the drawer, along which the drawer is pulled out and inserted.
  • two drawer guide rails are realized, which are defined on the one hand on the inside of the cabinet body and on the other hand are connected to the outside of the drawer and telescope with the drawer and when inserting the drawer with this.
  • Below the guide plane defined by this drawer guide rails of the driving lever is arranged so that in the drawer and insertion of the drawer of the driving lever does not collide with the drawer guide rails.

  • In the guide rail engages a guide pin or engage a plurality of guide pins.
  • the one or more guide pins are attached to the driving lever.
  • the guide profile is arranged at an oblique angle with respect to the extension direction of the drawer at this.
  • the extension direction of the drawer coincides with the Teleskopierides the drawer guide rail or usually two drawer guide rails.
  • the guide profile now has an inclined position.
  • an oblique angle is usually set, which is located in the range between 30 ° and 80 °, preferably between 40 ° and 70 °.
  • the guide profile or the guide rail is usually connected to the drawer bottom.
  • the fixed on the swing door entrainment lever which is located below the management level and therefore below the guide rails and thus also below the drawer bottom, easily interact with the guide rail or the guide rail.
  • the guide pin which projects upwards in relation to the driving lever engages in the guide profile or guide rail arranged above it.
  • the driving lever slides with its guide pin along the guide profile.
  • the design is generally made so that said guide pin performs a circular arc movement in comparison to a Mosachse the swing door.
  • the initial position corresponds to the opening of the swing door and consequently simultaneous pulling out of the drawer to the fact that the guide pin is removed from a front side of the drawer.
  • the end position of the guide pin within the guide profile corresponds to a front-facing placement of the guide pin.
  • the means that preferably connected to the drawer bottom guide profile has such an inclined position relative to the extension direction of the drawer, that the initial position of the guide pin within the guide profile of the front of the drawer is farther away than the end position.
  • the hinged doors are of course also folding doors or can act. Decisive is the fact that the swing door can be pivoted about the door axis relative to the cabinet body and is articulated in the door axis to this. Moreover, it is of course within the scope of the invention that not only two swing doors can be present in the cabinet body, but also several. Furthermore, of course, several drawers can simultaneously pull out and insert automatically with the help of a swing door. In any case, the handling of the cabinet or safety cabinet according to the invention is increased enormously and accidents are significantly reduced. Especially there is virtually no (more) the risk that, for example, a combustible liquid or another chemical is accidentally dropped when opening the cabinet.
  • the design according to the invention is such that the first swing door and the second swing door are connected in such a way with the drawer that when opening and closing a swing door both the drawer and the other swing door also open and closed. So it is sufficient as before, a hand of an operator to automatically open in the cabinet according to the invention both swing doors and the drawer and close. The other hand of the operator is therefore available to handle the hazardous substances available.
  • a table under cabinet is usually placed below a laboratory table or a comparable table and is also designed as a safety cabinet, so it represents a safety underbench cabinet.
  • a safety underbench cabinet it is important to a simple and safe handling to ensure at the same time large recording volume. This is achieved by the invention described by the possibility described, as it were with one hand by one-handed operation both swing doors open and close as well as pull out the drawer connected thereto and push. The overall succeeds easily and easily, the risk is low, because always a hand of the operator for handling, for example, the chemicals, bottles or containers is still available.
  • the first swing door is equipped with the already mentioned and connected driving lever.
  • This drive lever engages in the guide profile on the drawer.
  • the guide profile on the drawer is usually designed as a guide rail.
  • the guide pin (s) may be attached to the cam lever.
  • the second swing door is connected to the drive lever of the first swing door.
  • the invention proposes a connecting rod or a comparable connecting means.
  • the connecting rod can preferably engage on the guide pin.
  • This guide pin is located on the driving lever and engages in the guide rail below the drawer.
  • both the driving lever and the connecting rod are arranged below the management level of the drawer.
  • D. h. The area of the drawer and starting from the space above a drawer floor are expressly free of any guides, connecting rods, etc., so can be used as a whole for the storage of hazardous substances.
  • the driving lever is connected at a fixed predetermined angle with the first swing door.
  • the connecting rod is pivotally connected both to the second swing door and to the driving lever.
  • the driving lever is located inside the first swing door.
  • the connection can also be made via a joint, so that the driving lever can change its angle relative to the first swing door.
  • this is usually not the case because the driving lever with the first swing door includes a fixed predetermined angle.
  • the driving lever has an attachment to the inside of the first swing door, taking into account an oblique angle in the range between about 30 ° and about 80 °, preferably between 40 ° and 70 °.
  • the catch lever is inwardly connected to the swing door compared to the inside of the relevant swing door.
  • the guide profile for the guide pin on the catch lever of the first swing door is generally arranged at an oblique angle to a drawer extracting direction of the drawer in question
  • the drawer extract direction coincides with the telescoping direction of a drawer guide rail or usually two drawer guide rails.
  • the guide profile has an inclined position.
  • an oblique angle is usually set, which is located in the range between 30 ° and 80 °.
  • the driving lever slides with its guide pin along the guide profile.
  • a corresponding force is exerted on the second swing door in this process on the also connected to the guide pin connecting rod.
  • the design is generally made so that the guide pin performs a circular arc movement in comparison to a Mosachse the first swing door and the second swing door.
  • the guide pin slides along the guide profile, from an initial position to an end position.
  • the initial position corresponds to the opening of the two swing doors and Consequently, the simultaneous extension of the drawer to the fact that the guide pin is removed from a front side of the drawer.
  • the end position of the guide pin within the guide profile corresponds to a front-side placement of the guide pin.
  • the hinged door in the context of the invention is also a folding door or can act.
  • the decisive factor is the fact that the respective swing door can be pivoted about the door axis relative to the cabinet body and hinged in the door axis to this.
  • several superimposed drawers can be automatically pulled out and inserted simultaneously with the help of the two swing doors.
  • the handling of the cabinet or safety cabinet according to the invention is enormously increased, and at the same time with increased receiving volume of the drawer used.
  • the accident frequency is significantly reduced.
  • there is virtually no (more) the risk that, for example, a combustible liquid or even a chemical is accidentally dropped when the cabinet is opened.
  • the cabinet or safety cabinet according to the invention has a known self-closing mechanism.
  • the self-closing mechanism ensures that in case of fire, for example in case of fire, both swing doors including drawer are closed.
  • the self-closing mechanism can also be triggered by a contact or the like undergoing an operation.
  • the self-closing mechanism ensures that the two hinged doors, including the drawer, are closed in the event of elevated temperatures (fire), so that the flammable liquids or hazardous substances inside the cabinet are generally protected from these elevated temperatures.
  • the self-closing mechanism has a preloaded spring, which acts on a interacting with one of the two swing doors stop when triggered.
  • the spring is advantageously arranged on a rear wall of the cabinet body, on the inside of the cabinet body. In this way, the available installation space is used optimally, especially since the spring is usually in the head region of the cabinet body, so that almost no volume is lost for the dangerous goods to be included
  • the stop is designed as a ring stop. Because of this, the stop can advantageously interact with a locking bar, which is connected to one or both of the swing doors.
  • the stopper is moved in a guide. The stop normally assumes a fixed position. This is ensured by a securing unit, which holds the spring of the self-closing mechanism in its biased position. Only in the case of triggering this fuse unit is disconnected and ensures that the stop is released from the fuse unit. As a result, the previously preloaded spring can now relax. In this process, the relaxing spring takes with the stop, which as a result thereof assumes its closed position.
  • the stopper Since the stopper is moved on the one hand in the guide and on the other hand interacts with the closing rod, the rotary door connected to the closing rod experiences a corresponding closing movement. Because one swing door is connected to the drawer and the other swing door, this applies equally to the other swing door and the drawer. In other words, the triggered safety device and the relaxing spring ensure that both swing doors and the drawer are closed together and automatically when triggered. This will any dangerous goods stored in the drawer are optimally protected inside the safety cabinet.
  • the safety cabinet according to the invention has at least two hinged doors 2, 2 'hinged to a cabinet body 1. Furthermore, at least one drawer 3 can be seen.
  • the swing door 2 is inventively connected to the drawer 3. This is done in such a way that the drawer 3 is automatically pulled out when opening the swing door 2 with and is automatically inserted when closing.
  • the swing door 2 is connected to a door axis 4 pivotally connected to the cabinet body 1.
  • the connection according to the invention between the swing door 2 and the drawer 3 now causes the drawer 3 to be pulled out automatically when the swing door 2 is opened and is automatically pushed in when the swing door 2 is closed.
  • the invention achieves this in detail by means of the interplay between a driver lever 5 and a guide profile or guide rail 6.
  • the driver lever 5 is connected to the swing door 2, specifically on the inside in the context of the example, that is, on an inside or inside surface of the swing door 2.
  • the driving lever 5 engages in the guide profile 6, which in turn is connected to the drawer 3.
  • the guide profile or the guide rail 6 is located on a drawer bottom 3a of the drawer 3.
  • the driving lever 5 is equipped with a guide pin 7.
  • the guide pin 7 projects in front of the driving lever 5, in the direction of the drawer bottom 3a. This is explained by the fact that the driving lever 5 is arranged below a guide plane F of the drawer 3.
  • the guide level F of the drawer 3 is spanned by two drawer guide rails 8, which are mounted on the one hand in the interior of the cabinet body 1 and on the other hand on side surfaces 3b of the drawer 3.

  • the guide profile or the guide rail 6 is connected at an oblique angle ⁇ with respect to an extension direction Z to the drawer 3 or the drawer bottom 3a.
  • the angle ⁇ moves in the embodiment in the range of 30 ° to 80 °.
  • the design is such that an initial position 9 of the guide pin 7 is arranged in the guide rail 6 with the swing door 2 closed away from a front side 3c of the drawer 3.
  • the driving lever 5 includes a fixed and predetermined angle ⁇ with the swing door, which is located in the range between about 30 ° and 80 ° (see. Fig. 1 ), the guide pin 7 moves when opening and closing the swing door 2 on a circular arc 11 relative to the door axis 4, as shown in the Fig. 4a and 4b is indicated. Since the driving lever 5 is struck fixedly to the swing door 2, the movement of the guide pin 7 takes place along only a circular arc 11. When opening the swing door 2 now moves the guide pin 7 from its initial position 9 to the end position 10. In this process and thus its simultaneous approach to the front 3c of the drawer 3 within the guide rail 6, the drawer 3 is acted upon at the same time with an axial force in the extension direction Z. , As a result, the drawer 3 is opened automatically when opening the swing door 2. The reverse process takes place when closing the swing door 2 and consequently the drawer. 3
  • Fig. 3 is still a rod 12 shown as part of a self-closing mechanism.

  • a guide 12d for the stop 12b and a securing unit 12e also belong to the other elements of the self-closing mechanism.
  • the stopper 12b is held by the securing unit 12e in a fixed position. Only in the case of triggering, for example in case of fire, the stopper 12b is released from the fuse unit 12e. In this case, the fuse unit 12e undergoes a disconnection because the fuse unit 12e essentially has two fuse elements coupled together by a fusible link, for example metal plates. As soon as a certain temperature is exceeded, the melting solder melts and the two securing elements or metal plates are separated from one another.
  • the stop 12b is released from the securing unit 12e and provides the tensioned spring 12a that the stop 12b of the relaxing spring 12a follows.

  • the stopper 12b is formed as a ring stopper and the lock rod 12c is passed through the stopper ring 12b, the lock rod 12c is also urged. Because the locking bar 12c has a collar on which the ring stop 12b rests in this process. As a result, the second swing door 2 'connected to the lock bar transitions into its closed position. Since the drawer 3 and also the first swing door 2 are coupled to the second swing door 2 'as described, this process also corresponds to the fact that the first swing door 2 and the drawer 3 also assume their closed position.
  • the described self-closing mechanism ensures that both swing doors 2, 2 'closed and the drawer 3 connected thereto is inserted. Any hazardous goods located on the drawer 3 are thus transferred to the interior of the cabinet body 1, which at the same time undergoes a closure in this process. As a result, the dangerous goods are protected from, for example, fire.
