Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de traitement comportant une chambre de traitement (1), un dispositif à buses (2) comportant au moins une buse (23), installé dans la chambre de traitement (1) et un dispositif de réception de pièces ayant :
    - une première unité de rotation (3) équipée d'un dispositif de support (31) installé à l'intérieur de la chambre de traitement (1) et qui peut tourner complètement autour d'un premier axe de rotation (A-A) en étant monté dans la chambre de traitement (1), ainsi qu'un premier arbre (322) par lequel le dispositif de support (31) est monté à rotation,
    - une seconde unité de rotation (4) munie d'un support de pièces (41) qui peut tourner complètement autour d'un second axe de rotation (B-B) en étant monté sur le dispositif de support (31), un second arbre (422) pour le montage en rotation du support de pièces (41),
    - le premier et le second axe de rotation (A-A, B-B) faisant entre eux un premier angle différent de 0°,
    dispositif caractérisé par
    un troisième arbre (431) muni d'un élément d'entraînement (436) couplé entre le second arbre (422) et le troisième arbre (431),
    - l'un (322) des premier et troisième arbres, étant un arbre creux et l'autre (431) étant monté dans l'arbre creux (322), et
    - le premier et le troisième arbre (322, 431) étant guidés dans la chambre de traitement (1), fermée.
  2. Dispositif de traitement selon la revendication 1,
    selon lequel
    le premier angle est un angle compris entre 75° et 90°.
  3. Dispositif de traitement selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    selon lequel
    le support de pièces (41) a une structure de châssis quadrangulaire installé de manière à ce que deux des coins situés sur une diagonale dans l'espace de la structure de châssis quadrangulaire, se situent sur le second axe de rotation (B-B).
  4. Dispositif de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    selon lequel

    le dispositif de support comporte au moins deux segments de tube (311, 312) parallèles entre le second et le troisième arbre (422, 431), et l'élément d'entraînement (436) passe dans la direction d'entraînement, dans l'un des segments tubulaires et dans la direction entraînée, dans l'autre segment tubulaire.
  8. Dispositif de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    selon lequel
    le dispositif de buses (2) est logé complètement en rotation autour d'un troisième axe de rotation (C-C) dans la chambre de traitement.
  9. Dispositif de traitement selon la revendication 8,
    selon lequel
    le troisième axe de rotation (C-C) est parallèle au premier axe de rotation (A-A).
  10. Dispositif de traitement selon la revendication 8,
    selon lequel
    le troisième axe de rotation (C-C) fait avec le premier axe de rotation (A-A) un second angle différent de 0°.
  11. Dispositif de traitement selon la revendication 10,
    selon lequel
    le second angle est compris entre 75° et 90°.
  12. Dispositif de traitement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

    la chambre de traitement a une géométrie sphérique.
