Die Fig. 1 zeigt die gesamte erfindungsmäßig aufgebaute Hebelschneidmaschine. Die wesentlichen Komponenten dieser Hebelschneidmaschine sind in Fig. 2 erkennbar. Es sind die am Rand der Hebelschneidmaschine fixierten Komponenten, nämlich der Schneidhebel 1 , die vom Schneidhebel 1 zwangsgeführte Schubstange 2, der von der Schubstange 2 angetriebene Niederhalter 3, der Sperrhebel 4 und die mit dem Sperrhebel 4 betätigbare Sperrplatte 5. Die erfindungsmäßige Hebelschneidmaschine weist eine als Arbeitstisch bezeichnete, ebene Arbeitsfläche 6 auf. Die Ränder der Arbeitsfläche 6 sind etwa rechtwinklig abgebogen und bilden so einen Standrahmen für die Arbeitsfläche 6. An dem in der Darstellung der Fig. 1 rechten Rand der Arbeitsfläche 6 ist der schwenkbare Schneidhebel 1 fixiert. Der Schneidhebel 1 trägt die Schneidklinge 7. s Die Schneidklinge 7 wirkt ihrerseits zusammen mit einer Gegenschneide 20, welche am Rand der Arbeitsfläche 6 fixiert ist. Ebenfalls am Rand der Arbeitsfläche 6, nämlich auf der Arbeitsfläche 6 fixiert ist der Niederhalter 3. Der Niederhalter 3 ist als Flacheisen ausgebildet. Rechtwinklig zum Niederhalter 3 verlaufen noch die beiden Peilstege 19. Auf die Arbeitsfläche 6 aufzulegendes und mittels des Schneidhebels 1 zu schneiden-o des Blattgut kann an den Peilstegen 19 zunächst ausgerichtet werden und in geöffneter Position des Niederhalters 3 unter dem Niederhalter 3 hindurch geschoben werden in die gewollte Schnittposition. Der Zwischenraum 8 zwischen der Arbeitsfläche 6 und dem Körper des Niederhalters 3 ist in Fig. 2 erkennbar. 5 In Fig. 2 auch erkennbar sind die gegen in den Figuren nicht dargestellte Federelemente in Vertikalrichtung 9 beweglichen Bolzen 10. Die Bolzen 10 sind dem Niederhalter 3 verbunden. Mit ihren dem Niederhalter 3 in Vertikalrichtung 9 abgewandten Enden berühren die Bolzen 10 die Steuerkurven 11 der in Horizontalrichtung 12 verfahrbaren Schubstange 2. In Fig. 2 erkennbar ist des Weiteren der am Ende des Schneidhebels 1o im Bereich seines Drehlagers 13 angeformte Steuernocken 14. Der Steuernocken 14 beaufschlagt mit seinem freien Ende das Ende der Schubstange 2 und verfährt die Schubstange 2 bei geöffnetem Schneidhebel 1 in der Darstellung der Fig. 2 nach links. Fig. 2 zeigt die Öffnungsstellung sowohl der Schubstange 2 als auch des von der Schubstange 2 getriebenen Niederhalters 3.
