Claims (9)

  1. Procédé d'ouverture d'un interstice de pressage prolongé entre un contre-élément et un rouleau support (1) pour le traitement d'une bande de matériau (M), en particulier une bande de papier, de carton ou de tissu dans une machine pour leur production ou leur raffinage, le rouleau support (1) possédant une gaine (4) flexible rotative pouvant être fermée au niveau de ses extrémités, et qui s'appuie sur une surface de roulement (6) lubrifiée d'un sabot de compression (5) du rouleau support (1) au niveau de l'interstice de pressage prolongé alors que le sabot de compression (5) est pressé envers le contre-élément (2), pour lequel des moyens de lubrification sont appliqués sur la face interne de la gaine (4), les moyens de lubrification étant appliqués sur la face interne de la gaine (4) de telle sorte qu'une certaine quantité de moyens de lubrification s'accumule dans le sens de rotation de la gaine (4) au devant du sabot de compression (5) en tant que bassin de dégorgement de moyens de lubrification (16) lors de la rotation de la gaine (4), l'application de moyens de lubrification sur la face interne (14) de la gaine (4) en rotation étant restreinte, lors d'un intervalle de temps avant l'ouverture de l'interstice de pressage prolongé (N), de telle sorte que plus de moyens de lubrification ne sont consommés qu'appliqués pour la lubrification de la surface de roulement (6) du sabot de compression (5), et qu'ainsi le bassin de dégorgement de moyens de lubrification (16) est réduit avant l'ouverture de l'interstice de pressage prolongé (N).

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une régulation du flux d'approvisionnement en moyens de lubrification est effectuée, lors de l'intervalle de temps, en fonction de la vitesse de rotation de la gaine (4).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'intervalle de temps dépendant de la vitesse de rotation de la gaine (4) est compris entre 0.5 et 4 secondes.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'intervalle de temps de régulation du flux d'approvisionnement en moyens de lubrification est choisi en fonction de la vitesse de rotation de la gaine (4).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau (M) est asséchée ou glacée le long de l'interstice de pressage prolongé (N).
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'interstice de pressage prolongé (N) est ouvert lors de vitesses de gaines (4) supérieures à 800 mètres par minute.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise une détermination de la position du contre-élément (2) pour commander l'application d'huile de lubrification sur la face interne (14) de la gaine (4) avant l'ouverture de l'interstice de pressage prolongé (N).
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le contre-élément (2) est formé par un contre-rouleau ou un cylindre.
