Claims (13)

  1. Rouleau de pressage d'une machine de fabrication et/ou d'amélioration d'une bande de papier, carton, papier-tissu ou d'une autre bande fibreuse, comprenant une enveloppe de rouleau cylindrique rotative (1), qui s'appuie sur au moins un élément de support d'un support stationnaire (9), la surface de roulement de l'élément de support venant en contact avec le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1) étant lubrifiée avec un lubrifiant liquide, et le lubrifiant étant raclé du côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1) à l'aide d'au moins un élément de raclage (2), du lubrifiant plus froid étant appliqué sur le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1) dans la direction de rotation de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1) après l'élément de raclage (2), caractérisé en ce que la distance entre le raclage et l'application du lubrifiant est comprise entre 0,1 et 100 mm et en ce qu'une conduite d'évacuation (4) associée à l'élément de raclage (2) est connectée à l'élément de raclage (2) pour évacuer le lubrifiant hors du rouleau de pressage et une conduite d'amenée (5) pour le lubrifiant à appliquer est connectée à l'élément de raclage (2).
  2. Rouleau de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre le raclage et l'application du lubrifiant est comprise entre 0,2 et 10 mm.
  3. Rouleau de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'évacuation (4) est connectée à une source de dépression.
  4. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ou les éléments de raclage (2) s'étendent sur plus de 50% de la longueur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1).
  5. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ou les éléments de raclage (2) s'étendent sur plus de 75% de la longueur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1).
  6. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ou les éléments de raclage (2) s'étendent sur plus de 90% de la longueur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1).
  7. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance minimale entre l'élément de raclage (2) et le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1) est inférieure à 1 mm.
  8. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raclage (2) est en contact avec le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1).
  9. Rouleau de pressage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raclage est fixé sur le support de manière à pouvoir être pressé contre le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1).
  10. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raclage (2) possède un trop-plein pour conduire une partie du lubrifiant dans la partie suivante, dans la direction de rotation, du côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de rouleau (1).
  11. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raclage (2) ne possède par de trop-plein.
  12. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le lubrifiant évacué est traité, notamment filtré et refroidi, puis est réacheminé.
  13. Rouleau de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la quantité et/ou la température du lubrifiant acheminé sont commandées en fonction de la température du lubrifiant évacué.
