Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum geschuppten Ablegen von unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgend aus einer Beutelherstellmaschine eintreffenden Beuteln.The present invention relates to a device for the shingled depositing of bags arriving in immediate succession from a bag making machine.
Es sind Beutelherstellmaschinen bekannt, die eine kontinuierliche Bahn von Beuteln erzeugen, die insbesondere aus Kunststoff bestehen. Zur Herstellung einer haushaltsüblichen Verpackungsmenge wird eine gewisse Anzahl Beutel in Form einer Rolle gewickelt. Eine Möglichkeit besteht darin, die Bahn zwischen zwei Beuteln quer zu perforieren und die gewünschte Länge zusammenhängend aufzuwickeln. Alternativ werden die einzelnen Beutel getrennt und geschuppt, also dachziegelartig mit einer gewissen Überlappung aufgewickelt, vgl. dazu
Eine Vorrichtung zum geschuppten Ablegen von unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgend eintreffenden Beuteln ist aus der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift
Der Nachteil dieser aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Lösung ist der aufwendige Aufbau des Übertragungsförderers und dessen Ansteuerung mit variabler Geschwindigkeit. Es ist deshalb die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung zum geschuppten Ablegen von unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgend eintreffenden Beuteln bereitzustellen, die die vorgenannten Nachteile nicht aufweist.The disadvantage of this known from the prior art solution is the complex structure of the transfer conveyor and its control with variable speed.
