- Aus DE 299 07 178 is a cavity floor of this type is known in which floor panels connected by a toothing and are arranged on supports on a raw floor.
- the flanks of the teeth and grooves disposed along the end faces of the bottom plates are at an angle to the plane of the plate surface to facilitate engagement of the teeth with the correspondingly shaped grooves on the adjacent plate. If in such a gearing, the plates 1 'and 2' are not close to each other, such as Fig. 3 shows, perpendicular to the plate plane results in a game X between tooth flanks and groove flanks, so that when laying the soil on the surface of the plates may result in an offset V between adjacent plates.
- DE 28 39 697 B1 describes a thermal insulation board, in particular for floors, in which projects on the front side of a chipboard 1 a rectangular tooth and formed on a mounted on the chipboard rigid foam plate on the front side teeth with angle of inclination of the tooth flanks to the plate surface.
- US 5,165,816 A describes a single tooth on the face of a wooden panel having a widened tooth base with a slope angle of the tooth flanks to the plate surface and an end portion with a similar angle of inclination, wherein between these two flank portions a portion with flanks is formed parallel to the surface of the wooden plate.
- DE 200 01 788 U1 describes a panel with plug-in profile, wherein according to one embodiment, the groove widens towards the open end to quickly and reliably mill a recess provided near the outer end of the groove to form a latching nose formed in a recess on the Foot of the engaging tooth engages.
- the invention has for its object to form a toothing der.Bodenplatten so that when laying the soil an offset on the surface of the plates is minimized or prevented relative to each other, even if the individual floor panels frontally not close to each other and the teeth oblique tooth - Has and groove edges.
- Fig. 1 shows in a cross section perpendicular to the plate surface 1a and 2a, the configuration of the teeth on two adjacent floor panels 1 and 2.
- Die in Fig. 1 reproduced toothing on the bottom plate 2 corresponds to the shape of the toothing on the left end face of the bottom plate 1, not shown, and the shape of the toothing of the bottom plate 1 corresponds to the not shown on the right end face of the bottom plate 2 formed toothing.
- the tooth flanks 1.1a and 1.2a have an angle of for example 15 ° to the surface 1a of the plate.
- a guide tooth 1.3 is formed, the flanks of which in the illustrated embodiment on the inner portion 1.3a an inclination angle of about 2 ° and on an outer portion 1.3b have an inclination angle of, for example, about 19 °.
- a guide groove 2.3 for receiving the guide tooth 1.3 between teeth 2.4 and 2.5 is formed on the opposite bottom plate 2, which on the outer portion 2.3a of its flanks an angle of 2 ° and on the inner portion 2.3b has an inclination angle of 19 ° corresponding to the angles of inclination of the flanks on the guide tooth 1.3.
- the depth of the guide groove 2.3 corresponds to the height of the guide tooth 1.3.
- the adjacent the guide groove 2.3 teeth 2.4 and 2.5 each have on the edge remote from the guide groove 2.3 an inclination angle of 15 ° corresponding to the tooth flanks on the teeth 1.1 and 1.2 of the plate 1, while on the guide groove 2.3 bounding flanks one of the flanks of the Guide tooth 1.3 have appropriate shape.
- the base of the guide tooth 1.3 is preferably larger than that of the adjacent tooth 1.1.
- the base of the guide tooth 1.3 has a width of 7.5 mm, while the tooth 1.1 has a width of the base of 6.75 mm.
- the depth of engagement of the teeth or the tooth height is 4.2 mm in the illustrated embodiment.
- the face of the teeth 1.1 and 1.2 and the opposite groove bottom have a dimension of z. B. 4.5 mm.
- Fig. 1 lower tooth 1.2 of the plate 1, the outer edge extends 1.2a to about half the tooth height, with a section 1.2b extends perpendicular to the plate surface, so that formed on the underside of the plate 1, downwardly open groove only half the depth of Having grooves between the teeth 1.1 and 1.2.
- a tooth 1.4 which has only half the height of the adjacent tooth 1.1 and is bounded by the surface 1a.
- the respective outer regions of the toothing are formed only about half of the tooth height or groove depth, wherein the outer edges of the bottom plates 1 and 2 lie with their end faces 1.2b together and form no gap, such as Fig. 2 shows, while the end face of the teeth on the opposite groove bottom is not present.
- the inner flank section 1.3a on the guide tooth 1.3 and the outer flank section 2.3a on the guide groove 2.3 is formed in the illustrated embodiment over half of the tooth height, which is 2.1 mm in the illustrated embodiment.
- the outer flank section 1.3b and the inner flank section 2.3b on the guide tooth 1.3 are formed on the guide groove over a height or depth dimension of 2.1 mm.
- the illustrated embodiment with increased inclination of the outer flank section 1.3b on the guide tooth facilitates engagement with the adjacent plate.
- the toothed end faces of the bottom plates 1 and 2 are glued together by means of an adhesive.
- An adhesive has proved to be advantageous, which has a short setting time and ensures its swelling effect rapid resilience of the soil.
- the toothing is preferably designed so that in the engaged state Fig. 2 results in a gap between the groove bottom and end face of a tooth, which may be 0.1 - 0.2 mm, for example. This results in a pressure relief in the connection of the floor panels. Excess adhesive, which is displaced by the abutting tooth flanks in the groove base, can be accommodated in the space thus formed.
- Fig. 2 shows the engaged state of the plates 1 and 2, wherein the tooth and groove edges are close to each other. But it is also possible that there is an adhesive layer between tooth and groove flanks.
- the thickness of the bottom plates can be 40 - 60 mm with an edge dimension of z. B. 600 x 600 mm or 600 x 1200 mm.
- the material used for the floor panels is preferably gypsum fiber material, which may consist of 90-97% recycled products such as waste paper.
- gypsum fiber material which may consist of 90-97% recycled products such as waste paper.
- bottom plates of calcium sulfate are used.
- other materials for the described floor panels can be used. Preference is given to a mixture of kraft paper and gypsum or gypsum fiber material.
- the density of the material used is 1250 to 1800 kg / m 3 , preferably 1750 kg / m 3 .
- the bottom plates 1 and 2 are preferably formed square, wherein the tooth profile of the bottom plate 1 in Fig. 1 is formed on two adjacent, mutually opposite end faces, while at the two other end faces of the same bottom plate 1, the tooth profile of the bottom plate 2 in Fig. 1 is trained. As a result, a use of bleed plates (remainder plates) is possible by turning.
- the toothed and glued together floor panels are placed on height adjustable supports on a bare floor, wherein in each case at the four adjacent corners of adjacent floor panels a support is provided which has a corresponding bearing surface for the four corners of the adjacent floor panels.
- a support is provided which has a corresponding bearing surface for the four corners of the adjacent floor panels.
- the support surface of the supports is designed so that the bottom plates can be glued to the support surface.
- the described gearing of adjacent plates can also be provided in other cladding panels, it is not limited to floor slabs.
- flank angle guide tooth 1.3 When assembling the plates, the leading portion of the larger flank angle guide tooth facilitates engagement of the teeth, while the reduced angle side flank portion 1.3a provides centering of the mesh.
- the offset configuration of the flank angle on the guide tooth 1.3 thus results in an easier assembly of adjacent plates in relation to a guide tooth 1.3, which has a reduced angle of inclination over the entire flank height.
- the guide tooth 1.3 is mainly used in the adhesive phase for optimal centering of the underlying and overlying adhesive pins 1.1 and 1.2.
- Fig. 2 shows a clearance of 0.05 mm between the flanks of the adhesive teeth 1.1 and 1.2 and the associated groove flank. This clearance of 0.05 mm is used to hold a thin adhesive film. If the glue joint is smaller, the entire adhesive material will accumulate in the space formed by the receiving gap of 0.2 mm between the front side of the tooth and groove bottom, so that no adhesion takes place on the tooth flanks. This is prevented by the small clearance of 0.05 mm. In this way, it is ensured that an adhesive bond takes place essentially over the entire surface of the toothing.
- the play between tooth and groove flanks in the engaged state, in which the outer edges of the plates are close together, such as Fig. 2 may be between about 0.05 to about 0.15 mm.
- the slight distance of approximately 0.05 to 0.1 mm between the tooth and groove flanks is preferably also provided on the outer section 1.3b of the guide tooth 1.3 and the section 2.3b of the guide groove 2.3.
- the corners of the teeth can be rounded.
- Fig. 1 They can be varied, in particular also with regard to the difference in the inclination angle between the more inclined tooth and groove flanks and the smaller inclination angle of the flanks on the guide tooth.
- the tooth width and the tooth depth can also vary depending on the thickness of the plate. With a plate thickness of about 60 mm, another adhesive tooth can be provided corresponding to the teeth 1.1 and 1.2, on the flanks and front side of an adhesive connection is provided.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- die Bodenplatten nach
Fig. 1 im Eingriff miteinander, und - Fig. 3
Fig. 1 wiedergegebenen Maßangaben stellen ein Ausführungsbeispiel dar.
