Claims (5)

  1. Alimentation (20) pour un transfert contrôlé de produits, préparés sous de matière en vrac, dans les alvéolés d'une bande de feuille déplacée en contenu ou en cadence, comprenant :
    un réservoir (14) recevant la matière en vrac, à partir duquel les produits peuvent être transférés, par l'intermédiaire d'un transport de produits (15), sur une plaque de tri (12) pourvue d'un premier entraînement et d' où les produits orientées en conséquence sont transférables dans un dispositif de tri et de séparation pourvu d'un entraînement,
    une unité de transfert, qui peut être abaissée par l'intermédiaire d'un troisième entraînement pour le dépôt des produits sur la bande de feuille,
    une unité de base (1), et
    des composantes de commande électriques pour le premier au troisième entraînement,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les composants de commande électriques sont disposés dans une zone fermée étanche aux poussières dans une armoire de commande intégrée (2) de l'unité de base (1), l'armoire de commande intégrée étant disposée sur une porte pivotante de l'unité de base (1), laquelle porte sert à l'ouverture et à la fermeture d'un accès (5) pour des maintenances mécaniques dans l'unité de base (1).
  2. Alimentation (20) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de transfert comprend une unité de sabots de remplissage (16) et le dispositif de tri et de séparation comprend une unité d'arrêt (11) avec des tubes de remplissage (13).
  3. Alimentation (20) selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'armoire de commande intégrée (2) présente une porte (3) avec un premier dispositif de fermeture, et que la porte (10) de l'unité de base (1) présente un dispositif de fermeture, le premier et le second dispositifs de fermeture étant configurés pour des clés différentes.
  4. Alimentation (20) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la porte (10) de l'unité de base (1) est réalisés sous formé de porte arrière (10) de l'unité de base (1).
  5.
