Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zuführung für einen kontrollierten Transfer von Tabletten, Kapseln, Dragees oder dergleichen in die Näpfe einer kontinuierlich oder getaktet bewegten Folienbahn mit elektronischen Steuerungsbauteilen und eine Grundeinheit für diese Zuführung.The present invention relates to a supply for a controlled transfer of tablets, capsules, dragees or the like into the wells of a continuously or clocked moving film web with electronic control components and a basic unit for this feed.
Herkömmlich sind bei einer Zuführung für einen kontrollierten Transfer von Tabletten in die Näpfe einer kontinuierlich oder getaktet bewegten Folienbahn elektrische Steuerungsbauteile außerhalb der Zuführung angeordnet. Die Zuführung weist einen das Schüttgut aufnehmenden Vorratsbehälter auf, aus dem die Tabletten über eine Produktförderung auf eine, einen ersten Antrieb aufweisende Sortierplatte und die entsprechenden Tabletten von dort in Füllröhrchen einer zur Vereinzelung und Sortierung dienenden und einen zweiten Antrieb aufweisenden Absperrschiebereinheit überführbar sind. Weiterhin wird eine Füllschuheinheit benötigt, die über einen dritten Antrieb zur Ablage der Tabletten auf die Folienbahn abgesenkt werden kann. Die elektrischen Steuerungsbauteile sind zur Steuerung dieser Antriebe notwendig, wobei zu beachten ist, dass aufgrund von Tablettenbruch und / oder Tablettenabrieb es in der Zuführung zu einer erhöhten Staubbelastung kommen kann und dass die elektrischen Steuerungsbauteile staubempfindlich sind, so dass bei der herkömmlichen Zuführung die elektrischen Steuerungsbauteile in einem Schaltschrank extern angeordnet sind. Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Zuführung für einen kontrollierten Transfer von als Schüttgut bereitgehaltenen Produkten in die Näpfe einer kontinuierlich oder getaktet bewegten Folienbahn bereit zu stellen, die die oben genannten Nachteile überwindet. Die Zuführung weist einen das Schüttgut aufnehmenden Vorratsbehälter auf aus dem die Produkte über eine Produktförderung auf eine einen ersten Antrieb aufweisende Sortierplatte und die entsprechend ausgerichteten Produkte von dort in eine Vereinzelungs- und Sortiervorrichtung mit einem zweiten Antrieb überführbar sind. Außerdem umfasst sie eine Transfereinheit, die zur Ablage der Produkte auf die Folienbahn über einen dritten Antrieb abgesenkt werden kann, eine Grundeinheit und elektrische Steuerungsbauteile für den ersten bis dritten Antrieb. Die elektrischen Steuerungsbauteile sind in einem staubdicht abgeschlossenen Bereich in einem integrierten Schaltschrank in der Grundeinheit angeordnet, wobei der integrierte Schaltschrank an einer schwenkbaren Tür der Grundeinheit angeordnet ist, die zum Freigeben und Verschließen eines Zugangs für mechanische Wartungen in der Grundeinheit dient. Dadurch wird ein platzsparender Aufbau ohne Beeinträchtigung der Zuverlässigkeit der elektrischen Bauteile erreicht. Weiterhin ermöglicht dies eine schnellere Reinigung der Füllstrecke.
