Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de bande d'étanchéité (2), comprenant les étapes suivantes :Fournir une bande de mousse (4) souple à alvéoles ouvertes ;imprégner (20) la mousse (4) afin d'obtenir une réserve retardée de la mousse (4) à libération après compression ;enrouler (22) une bande de mousse sur un rouleau large et découper (24) celui-ci en rouleaux de bande d'étanchéité étroits, chaque bande d'étanchéité présentant une section transversale rectangulaire et ayant une face supérieure, une face inférieure et deux faces latérales, qui forment les faces latérales du rouleau de bande d'étanchéité ;caractérisé pardérouler (26) chaque bande d'étanchéité du rouleau de bande d'étanchéité et lui appliquer en l'enveloppant (28) une couche (8) fine continue de fermeture composée d'un matériau flexible ou de type film présentant une épaisseur de 0,002 mm à 0,5 mm sur au moins une surface latérale de la mousse (4) dans l'état non comprimé de celle-ci ; etrembobiner (30) la mousse (4) pourvue de la couche (8) fine de fermeture pour former un rouleau de bande d'étanchéité (2), dans lequel la mousse (4) est présente dans l'état en partie comprimé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'application en enveloppant (28) de la couche (8) fine continue de fermeture inclut l'application par voie thermique d'un film thermoscellable
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'application en enveloppant (28) de la couche (8) fine continue de fermeture inclut l'apposition d'une couche composée d'un film plastique ou d'une mousse à alvéoles fermées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'application en enveloppant (28) de la couche (8) fine continue de fermeture inclut l'application d'un film autoadhésif, qui est configuré de manière collante au moins sur la face tournée vers la mousse (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'application en enveloppant (28) de la couche (8) fine continue de fermeture inclut la pulvérisation d'un composé polyuréthane, qui se lie directement à la mousse (4) lors du durcissement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de la pulvérisation de la couche de fermeture composée du composé polyuréthane comporte la pulvérisation du composé polyuréthane en une densité de masse surfacique entre 20 g/m2 et 150 g/m2 sur la surface latérale de la mousse (4), étape lors de laquelle il est renoncé à l'ajout d'un agent porogène.
