Description

The field of the present invention is that of devices for the retention or storage of water and more particularly that of the flow of rainwater and its regulation.

A number of rainwater retention devices are known, whose purpose is to temporarily store or retain water in order to regulate the flow that flows downstream from a given point, in the case of a heavy rain or the overflow of a gutter. Some of these devices are characterized by a cavity buried in the ground to achieve a hydraulic buffer between a water inlet, whose flow is suddenly very high, and a downstream pipe that can take into account a moderate flow. The water accumulates during the high flow and is then returned downstream through a calibrated drain. Other devices are designed so that the leakage flow is established by natural infiltration, rather than by a downstream pipe. These devices help replenish water tables when geological conditions are favorable. Still other devices allow to partially or completely retain the accumulated water for later use.

These devices are generally constituted by parallelepipedic plastic bins, perforated walls to allow the passage of water. They are assembled together to form a large block, ranging from a few tens to a few thousand m 3 , depending on the size of the buffer that is desired. This buffer is placed inside the cavity, itself covered with one or more membranes which makes it possible to obtain, depending on the type of membranes used, a sealed volume vis-à-vis the ground in which it is implanted and to conserve the excess water the time that it is evacuated by the calibrated drain, or for a later use, is a permeable volume from which is carried out the slow diffusion towards the medium, by infiltration.

Such devices are the subject of patent applications such as patents or patent applications FR2499515 , EP0943737 which discloses a holding tank according to the preamble of claim 1, EP1416099 , EP1887145 , JP63268823 or JP9112792 . They are characterized by retention tanks, stacked head to tail two by two, which have the shape of a parallelepiped with an open face and the opposite face carrying columns which provide the support of the upper tray layer.

In order to support heavy weights, the central part of these bins is provided with a large number of columns, which, on the one hand, impairs the water capacity that the tank is likely to contain and, on the other hand, on the other hand, requires a large amount of material to make the tray. As all these tanks are made by molding, their cost, once the mold is damped, is highly dependent on the amount of material that constitutes it; reducing the volume of material is therefore a competitive advantage that can be decisive.

The present invention aims to improve existing systems by providing a water retention tank that can support large loads (up to 450 Kilo Newtons per m 2 against 30 to 40 Kilo Newtons per m 2 for some trays of the prior art), while minimizing the amount of material that is needed to produce it.

A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un bac de rétention d'eau selon la revendication 1.For this purpose, the invention relates to a water retention tank according to claim 1.

Thanks to these features, two identical trays can be stacked in a position rotated 180 ° from each other, with the support platforms bottom of a tray cooperating with the upper support platforms of the tray from below. The connecting walls take up the compression efforts between support platforms. They can be dimensioned to present an interesting ratio between the compressive forces and allowable buckling and the amount of material required.

Such a shape of the connecting walls provides good resistance to compression and buckling, without requiring a large amount of material.

According to the invention the inner portion and the outer portion are inclined to allow a nesting of the tray with an identical tray. In this case, a set of identical bins can be stored and transported occupying a limited space.

According to a particular embodiment, the inner portions and / or the outer portions of two adjacent connecting walls delimit a V-shaped notch for the passage of water.

Preferably, the tray comprises four corner pillars at the corners of the bottom wall, each corner pillar having a wider lower platform along one side of the bottom wall than another to correspond to the alignment of the lower support platforms of the side walls.

According to a particular embodiment, the tray comprises, at an upper support platform, a hole and, at a corresponding lower support platform, a pad. This allows centering stacked bins.

Advantageously, the tray comprises a strapping which surrounds the side walls at the lower support platforms.

Preferably, the outer portion extends between an outer side of an upper support platform and the strapping.

According to a particular embodiment, the strapping has, along two adjacent sides, at least one male fastener and, along the other two sides, at least one female fastener. Advantageously, the male fastener comprises a tongue of T-shaped section protruding from the strapping, and the female fastener comprises a receiving groove.

Such a tongue can be made without exceeding far beyond the strapping, and without constituting a blunt shape, while being able to cooperate with the groove of an adjacent tray. The risk of damaging the tongue by impact, and the risk of damaging the membranes by punching are therefore limited.

Contrairement aux bacs de l'art antérieur, ces colonnes sont en nombre réduit afin de ne pas pénaliser la contenance en eau du système, et afin d'optimiser le rapport entre la résistance mécanique et la quantité de matière utiliséeTo increase the compressive strength of the tanks, the bottom wall comprises a number of hollow columns, extending in the same direction as the connecting walls, towards the open face of the tray, and of sufficient length to cooperate with the Bottom wall of the tray immediately below when stacking. Unlike the tanks of the prior art, these columns are reduced in number so as not to penalize the water capacity of the system, and to optimize the ratio between the mechanical strength and the amount of material used.

According to a particular embodiment, and according to the same principle of symmetry of the connecting walls explained above, these columns are arranged in quincunxes, to allow, in a certain position, the embedding of the bins into each other in one reduced volume suitable for transport and storage, and in the other position, by pivoting at 180 ° in the plane of the bottom wall, the superposition of the bins one above the other in an expanded volume corresponding to the service position .

Moreover, the arrangement of the columns, in particular their spacing, makes it possible to preserve a sufficiently large interior volume, free of obstacles, capable of receiving an accessory (s), such as for example a drain, or a conduit, or a conduit of hydrocurage. For this, according to a particular embodiment, the free internal volume has the possibility of integrating accessory (s) of general cylindrical or inverted "U" shape, of sufficient section for conventional inspection procedures by remote control camera and cleaning by hydrocuring. This (these) accessory (s) is (are) then wedged (s) laterally by the columns, inside the bins, and can (may) extend through several consecutive trays in a rectilinear arrangement favorable both to the function referred to as ease of installation. The fact of being able to arrange this (these) accessory (s) in a single rectilinear segment through the structure makes it possible without any installation complication to provide it beforehand with a geotextile type covering, or other permeable fabric acting as a filter adapted to retain any solid element of sufficient size inside said (said) accessory (s). The water passing through the filter medium to the retention cavity will thus be filtered. Containment of impurities inside said accessory (s) is conducive to maintenance interventions mentioned above.

To match this installation option, which will be called "visitable" or "hydrocurable", the walls of the bins can be locally indented to let through the tubular elements from side to side. This modification has the advantage of allowing the sequential placement of trays bottom excavation, then tubular accessories of indifferent length, then bins. This sequence is clearly advantageous in terms of ease of installation and time saving, compared to the prior art, which requires the lateral introduction of the tubular accessories through the tanks after their introduction into the retention cavity. It is even more advantageous in the case of the implantation of a tubular accessory provided with a filter medium on its outer face.

The mesh of crossed ribs which constitutes the bottom of the tray comprises, in two symmetrical locations with respect to the geometric axes of the bottom, meshes whose spacing is substantially wider than the set of surrounding meshes. These particular mesh sizes, and their location, were chosen to allow the user to grasp the tray by sliding his fingers, possibly protected by gloves, inside the mesh, and manipulate the two-handed tray , spaced about one shoulder width apart. Thanks to this configuration, the user can manipulate without load the load naturally balanced, in good ergonomic conditions. To make the handling even more comfortable, the gripping rib has a rounded section in the gripping area.

In order to confer on the first layer of tanks, at the bottom of the cavity, the same mechanical strength as in the upper layers of the structure, it is necessary to offer the said tanks the same conditions of support and rigging as upper layers. According to a particular embodiment, these initial support and stalling functions are obtained by the use of generally flat trays, able to fit under the underside of the trays, at the rate of one tray per tray , therefore interposed between the (the) membrane (s) of the bottom of the cavity and the lower support platforms bins. These plates have a total bearing area much greater than the sum of the areas of the lower bearing surfaces of the tanks, and are therefore able to reduce the risk of punching damage to the membrane (s).

According to a particular embodiment, the plate comprises at least one peripheral upper support platform, which cooperates with the plurality of lower support platforms of the tray. The rectangular format of the tray has dimensions slightly smaller than the dimensions of the strapping of the side walls of the tray, which allows to embed the tray inside the strapping, thereby achieving a centering of one piece relative to the other . The platform of upper peripheral support of the plate offers, by analogy with the upper support platforms bins, holes adapted to cooperate with the pads of the lower support platforms bins. These complementary recesses have the function of preventing the connecting walls of the bins from sliding outwardly of the support rectangle under the combined efforts of compression and buckling, suffered in service situation. In this assembly position, the columns of the bins are supported on the surface of the trays, in order to transmit the load to the ground.

To facilitate the constitution of the first layer of the structure, the plate can advantageously be fixed to the container in final assembly position before its final placement in the bottom of the retention cavity. The handling of the trays of the first layer, and their associated tray is therefore simultaneous, resulting in greater ease of positioning and a gain of time. According to a particular embodiment, the fixing of the trays under the trays is done by hooking type "clips" at the end of the columns of the bins provided for this purpose with a corresponding hole.

Referring to Figures 1 and 2 we see a set of two identical containers 1; they are nested one inside the other on the figure 1 and returned and stacked on top of each other on the figure 2 . In order to be able to stack them on top of each other, as we see them on the figure 2 the upper tray is rotated in a horizontal plane by 180 ° with respect to the lower tray. The points of support on each of these bins are arranged so that, before this turnaround of 180 ° they are in a position where the nesting is possible and that after this turnaround is the stack that becomes it.

The tanks 1 have a substantially parallelepipedal shape, comprising a bottom wall 2, conventionally designated as the upper part of the tank (because of its position when the tanks are stacked as on the figure 2 ), which has the form of a grid consisting of a set of short intersecting vertical walls. They also have side walls 3 formed by a succession of pillars 4 V-shaped and inverted V, which alternate alternately. This V shape is defined to allow nesting boxes in one another for storage or transport. In order to ensure points of support for the nesting or stacking of the tanks these V and these inverted V are truncated near their pointed end, so as to reveal lower support platforms 8 planes on the side of the face and the upper support platforms 9 planes on the side of the bottom wall 2. The side walls 3 are thus in the form of a ribbon of a given width, taking place along the V and inverted V and of their support platforms. The width of the ribbon is determined according to the load that the tray 1 is supposed to support.

Cela permet un empilement de plusieurs bacs 1 identiques comme représenté sur la figure 2.The structure of the side walls 3 is described in more detail with reference to figures 3 and 7 . As explained above, a side wall 3 comprises a plurality of upper support platforms 9 periodically arranged along one side of the bottom wall 2. The lower support platforms 8 are arranged alternately with respect to the upper support platforms 9 , away from the bottom wall 2. As can be seen on the figure 3 , the upper support platforms 9 of a side wall 3 are arranged in image positions of the lower support platforms 8 of the side wall 3 opposite to the geometric axis passing through the center of the bottom of the tank and perpendicular to the bottom of the tank. Thus, a pivoting of a tray 180 ° relative to this axis puts the lower platforms 8 of a tray to the right of the upper platforms 9 of a tray placed underneath. This allows a stack of several identical trays 1 as shown in FIG. figure 2 .

Each side wall 3 further comprises a plurality of connecting walls 30 connecting the upper support platforms 9 to the lower support platforms 8 by taking up the compression forces. As shown in figure 7 , an upper support platform 9 is connected to the two lower support platforms 8 adjacent respectively by two symmetrical connecting walls 30. A connecting wall 30 comprises an inner portion 32, located on the inner side of the tray 1, a portion of thickness 31, arranged in the thickness of the side wall 3, and an outer portion 33, located on the side of the the outside of the tray 1. The inner portion 32 extends between the side of the bottom wall 2 and an inner side 36 of a lower support platform 8. The thickness portion 31 extends between a side d thickness 38 of an upper support platform 9 and a thickness side 39 of an adjacent lower support platform 8. Finally, the outer portion 33 extends between an outer side 37 of an upper support wall 9 and a strapping 10 which will be described below.

The inner portion 32, the thickness portion 31 and the outer portion 33 of the connecting walls 30 are inclined so as to form the pillars 4 which, as said above, are frustoconical to allow interlocking of several identical tanks 1 as on the figure 1 .

As can be seen on the figure 7 , the inner portions 32 of two adjacent connecting walls 30 delimit a notch 34 V-shaped for the passage of water. Similarly, the outer portions 33 of two adjacent connecting walls 30 delimit a notch 35 also V-shaped for the passage of water.

The side walls 3 meet at the four corners and are connected to each other by corner pillars 5. The upper and lower faces of these corner pillars 5 are arranged, in known manner, to allow interlocking bins 1 as illustrated on the figure 1 , and stacking them as illustrated on the figure 2 after 180 ° pivoting of every other bin. As can be seen on the figure 3 , the lower faces 40 of the different Angle pillars 5 are more or less extended along the sides of the tray 1 to introduce the aforementioned offset between the support platforms of opposite sides.

A l'intérieur du volume central du parallélépipède, on voit des colonnes 6 qui s'étendent du fond 2 en direction de la face ouverte, et qui se terminent par un pied de colonne 7 sous la forme d'un épaulement inférieur plan, qui est parallèle au fond 2 et situé approximativement à la même hauteur que les plateformes inférieures 8 des piliers 4 des parois latérales 3 et que celles des piliers d'angle 5.Inside the central volume of the parallelepiped, we see columns 6 which extend from the bottom 2 in the direction of the open face, and which terminate in a foot of column 7 in the form of a plane lower shoulder, which is parallel to the bottom 2 and located approximately at the same height as the lower platforms 8 of the pillars 4 of the side walls 3 and those of the corner pillars 5.

The lower parts of the side walls 3 are gripped, and held together, by a strapping 10, which ensures the cohesion of the pillars 4 and corner pillars 5, and thus ensures the absence of a large gap walls 3 when the tray 1 rests on its open part and that heavy loads are applied on it.

With reference to the figure 3 we see a ferry 1 in the position of the figure 2 , in top view, with the pillars 4 of the side walls and the corner pillars 5 and the columns 6 which have a cone shape to allow their casing. The bottom of the column foot 7 is pierced with holes to allow the flow of water and prevent the column is a receptacle where the water would stagnate. On the bottom 2 of the tray, next to the top of the columns 6, are positioned supports 11 for the feet 7 of columns of the tray above. During the stacking of the bins 1, each column foot is positioned inside a support 11 carried by the bottom of the bottom tray, so as to be retained in translation in both directions of the horizontal plane. Each support 11 at the bottom of the column is placed on the bottom 2 at a position corresponding to the image of the foot of a column 6 with respect to the axis of pivoting of the tray 1. It will be noted that to allow the entry of the column 7 in the support 11, the columns 6 have a length slightly greater than that of the pillars 4 of the side walls 3 or that of the corner pillars 5. Similarly, as can be seen on the figure 4 at the supports 11 the walls of the grids forming the bottom 2 have slightly shortened lengths to allow the entry of the legs 7 of columns in the corresponding supports 11.

We also distinguish on the figure 3 the gripping handles 45 incorporated in the funds 2 of the bins 1. These handles, two in number per tray, are distributed so as to balance the load naturally, for handling easy by a single operator. Their rounded shape and their dimensions allow a comfortable grip.

With reference to the figure 5 , in order to find a good centering of a tray 1 on the one that supports it, but also in order to prevent one of the side walls 3 does not bend laterally under the weight that it supports, pawns of centering 12 are positioned on some lower platforms 8 of each side wall 3, and parallel holes 13 are formed in the upper platforms 9 which are at locations corresponding to the lower platforms 8 they will support after the pivoting 180 °.

With reference to the figure 6 we see a plate 14 to be placed at the bottom of the excavation and to support the tanks 1 placed lowest in the search. Found on this plate 14 all the items on the bins 1 which allow the stacking of an identical tray immediately above, that is to say, a support entourage 15 which performs the same function as the series upper platforms 9, holes 16 in which are positioned the pads 12 of the bins of the lower stage and the column supports 17 which play the role of the supports 11 of the bins 1. Unlike the supports 11 of the bins 1, these columns supports 17 are full and are each carrying a clip 18 which can pass through the holes of the bottom of the bottom bins excavation tanks. The presence of this clip 18 allows if the trays 14 are placed at the bottom of the excavation beforehand, to center the bins 1 relative to each other, and otherwise to secure the bins with the trays before their introduction and so to handle them more easily. Because of this possibility of simultaneous manipulation of the trays 14 and the tanks 1, assembled for the first layer at the bottom of the excavation, it is not necessary to equip the trays 14 with the same handling handles 45 as those integrated in the bottoms 2 bins 1.

Referring to the figure 7 we see an attachment device of two tanks 1 positioned side by side, as they are to form a water storage buffer. On the side edge of the strapping 10 are positioned on two adjacent sides two T-shaped male fasteners 19, and on the other two adjacent sides of the groove-like female fasteners 20. As can be seen on the figure 7 the male fasteners 19 can cooperate with the female fasteners to prevent any lateral displacement of a tray 1 relative to the tray to which it is connected. The arrangement of two male fasteners on two adjacent sides and two female fasteners on the other two adjacent sides allows an assembly of the bins on the same layer in an undifferentiated sequence, that is to say that the deployment of the bins can s' do this by first assembling the short sides to form a long line or first the long sides to form a wide line. It is also possible to progress in parallel along the short sides and long sides, which gives all the flexibility necessary for the construction site. It is not necessary to wait until the entire search is done to begin the assembly of the bins, both horizontally and vertically.

On the figure 8 , there is seen a connection 41 fixed on the side wall 3 of a tank 1. The connection 41 makes it possible to connect the hydraulic buffer to a conduit for the supply of the basin, the emptying or the leakage flow of the basin or the creation of a vent or overflow. The connector 41 comprises a connecting sleeve for connecting to the conduit and fixing means on the side wall 3 of a container 1. For example, it may be a means cooperating with the notches 35 mentioned above and with the strapping 10, in order to fix the connection 41 by clipping. This mode of attachment advantageously makes it possible to arrange the coupling 41 indifferently to one or the other of the walls 3 of the tanks 1, to one or the other of the notches 35 in combination with the strapping 10, at any level of Stacking, without any prior preparation of the bins 1. This feature provides a high degree of modularity of the implantation of the supply and leakage ducts of the basin. The connector 41 has a planar annular surface 42 allowing, with a not shown flange, the fixing of the geomembrane to the connection 41 in a sealed manner.

The figure 9 is a perspective view from above of several tanks 1 forming the upper face of a hydraulic buffer. There can be seen several connectors 43 provided with perpendicular excrescences (not shown) connecting two or four adjacent tanks 1. The connectors 43 provide a support surface for the geomembrane, to prevent it from piercing under the weight of the ground that pushes it into the spaces between the bins 1. The figure 3 shows that the bins 1 have, at their bottom wall 2, eyelets 44 for fixing the connectors 43, for example by clipping.

The figure 10 has several juxtaposed 1 bins in service situation, offering the option "visitable" or "hydrocurable". The side walls 3 of the short sides of the tanks 1 are notched by machining so as to allow the crossing of the tanks 1 through a tubular accessory 46 constituting a drain, or a visit channel for inspection by remote-controlled camera, or a canal of hydrocuring. This tubular accessory 46 may be of indifferent length, and may be placed at the bottom of the excavation in one or more segments, on the trays 14, then covered by the trays 1 while maintaining its straightness.

Although the invention has been described in connection with a particular embodiment, it is obvious that it is not limited thereto and that it comprises all the technical equivalents of the means described and their combinations if they are within the scope of the invention.
