Claims (17)
- Luminaire à encastrer pour l'encastrement dans un plafond suspendu ou similaire, avec un anneau de montage (4) pouvant être inséré dans une ouverture du plafond et pouvant être fixé à l'aide d'un élément de retenu (6) et avec une unité d'éclairage (3) qui est fixée à l'anneau de montage (4) notamment de manière amovible, sachant que sur l'anneau de montage (4) un cadre porteur (13) est fixé, qui définit un espace de montage pour l'unité d'éclairage (3) et qui présente des moyens de fixation (18) sur sa partie supérieure opposée à l'anneau de montage (4), pour fixer l'unité d'éclairage (3) sur le cadre porteur (13), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (18) sont conçus en tant qu'alésages (18) dans une plaque de recouvrement supérieure (15) du cadre porteur (13) et sur une attache (11) de l'unité d'éclairage (3) par rapport aux alésages (18) des alésages de montage (17) sont prévus, des vis de fixation (19) s'étendant au travers des alésages de montage (17) et des alésage (18), par lesquels l'unité d'éclairage est fixée sur le cadre porteur (13), sachant que la distance entre l'attache (11) de l'unité d'éclairage (3) et la plaque de recouvrement(15) du cadre porteur (13) est réglée par des pièces d'écartementes (20) de longueur déterminées, qui est mise sur les vis de fixation (19).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (3) présente plusieurs supports (16) placés selon une répartition régulière notamment sur la circonférence de l'anneau de montage (4), qui sont reliés sur leur partie inférieure en particulier avec l'anneau de montage (4) et portent sur leur partie supérieure les moyens de fixation (18).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (18) sont prévus sur une plaque de recouvrement plate (15) du cadre porteur (13) qui relie les supports (16) sur leur extrémité supérieure.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (15) présente une ouverture centrale d'évacuation de la chaleur.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (15) est en forme d'anneau.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (13) présente un anneau de base (14) sur son extrémité inférieure tournée vers l'anneau de montage (4) qui relie les extrémités inférieures des supports (16) et est notamment fixé sur l'anneau de montage (4).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (13) est fixé de manière orientable sur l'anneau de montage (4).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (13) est fixé sur l'anneau de montage (4) par un anneau de raccord (21) qui peut être inséré dans l'anneau de montage (4) à partir de son côté inférieur et qui est relié de manière amovible avec l'anneau de montage (4) notamment par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de serrage ou d'encliquetage.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de raccord (21) porte plusieurs nez d'encliquetage (22) sur son extrémité supérieure, qui couvrent la bordure supérieure de l'anneau de montage (4) par encliquetage, lorsque l'anneau de raccord (21) est introduit dans l'anneau de montage (4) à partir de son côté inférieur.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 7, 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (13) est fixé de manière orientable sur l'anneau de montage (4) ou l'anneau de raccord (21) par des boulons d'appui (24).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que sur le cadre porteur (13) des douilles (13a) sont prévues, qui sont traversées par les boulons d'appui (24).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un anneau de maintien de filtre (25) est prévu, qui peut être introduit dans l'anneau de montage (4) ou l'anneau de raccord (21) et peut être fixé de manière amovible sur le cadre porteur (13) au moyen d'un mécanisme de serrage.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon les revendications 11 et 12, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau de maintien de filtre (25) présente des creux (26) correspondant aux douilles (13a) et des éléments de ressort sont prévus sur l'anneau de maintien de filtre (25) pour fixer les douilles (13a) dans les creux (26) par serrage.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les creux (26) sont formés dans l'anneau de maintien de filtre (25) de telle manière que les douilles (13a) peuvent être déplacées par pivotement à l'intérieur.
- Luminaire à encastrer selon revendication 9, et selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la force de rétention du mécanisme de serrage ou d'encliquetage par laquelle l'anneau de raccord (21) et l'anneau de montage (4) sont reliés l'un à l'autre, est plus élevée que le mécanisme de serrage par lequel l'anneau de maintien de filtre (25) est fixé sur l'anneau de raccord (21).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que sur le côté supérieur du cadre porteur (13) opposé à l'anneau de montage (4) une cale d'espacement (28) est prévue, qui détermine un espace libre nécessaire minimum au-dessus du cadre porteur(13).
- Luminaire à encastrer selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (13) est composé d'un matériel à accumulation de chaleur, notamment en aluminium.
