Für die endseitige Aufnahme der Scharnierachse 5 dient - wie gesagt - eine am Rahmenbock 2 angeordnete Scharnierbuchse 7. Wenn diese steigend ausgebildet ist, kommt in dem Türbock 3 eine mit der Steigerform korrespondierende Scharnierbuchse 11 zum Einsatz. Beim Öffnen der Tür wird diese durch die Kurvenform bis zu einem gewissen Drehwinkel angehoben, um eine an der Türunterseite vorhandene Bodendichtung vom Boden abzuheben und durch das Türgewicht ein selbsttätiges Schließen der Tür zu bewirken. Diese Schließwirkung kann durch eine Feder 12, die mit den beiden Buchsen 7 und 11, der Scharnierachse 5 und Sicherungselementen zu einer Einheit kombiniert ist, unterstützt werden, wie aus
Das Türscharnier 1 verfügt des weiteren über eine Höhenverstelleinrichtung 6, die es gestattet, den Türbock 3 relativ gegenüber dem Rahmenbock 2 in Höhenrichtung der Drehachse 4 zu positionieren, wodurch die Möglichkeit geschaffen ist, die vom Türbock 3 getragene Tür relativ zum Türrahmen zu justieren. Zum Schutz vor Demontage der Böcke zu Einbruchzwecken dienen Verschlußkappen 8, die mittels entsprechend ausgebildeter Rastmittel 9 und 15 in am Rahmenbock 2 bzw. am Türbock 3 ausgebildeten Öffnungen 16 und 17 angeordnet werden können. Durch die Verschlußkappen 8 werden zudem die Höhenverstelleinrichtung 6 sowie die ansonsten sichtbaren Anschraubmittel 13 verdeckt, so daß ein insgesamt optisch ansprechender Eindruck entsteht. Claims (5)

- Door hinge according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that with flush or flat-lying doors, the door support (3) is replaced by a symmetrical door flap (14), which for both right or left doors is replaced by a symmetrical door flap (14), which by repositioning is usable for both right and left doors.
