Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hinge for doors or windows, with a wing strip to be attached to a wing, which is articulated with a hinge axis on a frame to be fastened to a frame band, wherein the hinge axis has an engagement length in the wing band, which is shorter than the Achsfactbohrung is, in the upper free end of a hole releasably mounted on the frame hinge pin is inserted.
  • Such a rotary belt is for example from the DE 34 01 253 A1 known.
  • the rotary belt consists of a frame part and a hinged thereto door part.
  • the rotary belt is in this case equipped with a so-called closed force frame, that is, the door part is flanked on both sides by sleeves in which a split pin is anchored to form the joint.
  • the hinge portion of the door part is provided in each case with a throat whose inner radius approximately corresponds to the outer radius of the sleeve for fastening the door part or the threading of the door part in the frame part. The door part can therefore be used very easily.
  • the U.S. Patent No. 1,103,607 discloses one of the above-mentioned similar device or a similar rotary belt.
  • the EP 0 314 616 A1 discloses a rotating belt, which consists of a plurality of sleeves provided with sleeves, which are to receive the corresponding Abwindmaschine from above or from below. It is also possible to extend the axis by means of a sleeve piece. All three publications mentioned are common, that the axle pins can be driven out with simple means and so the wing can be easily separated from the frame.
  • the invention has the object, a rotating belt with the aforementioned features in such a way that it provides increased security against Eirsbruch available.
  • the axle pin When disassembling the rotary belt from the frame, the axle pin is first released. Then the door needs only to be raised in accordance with the engagement length of the hinge axis in order to remove the wing band laterally from the frame band can. Despite the lower engagement length of the hinge axis in the wing band, the stability of the rotating belt is ensured, namely due to the bipartite of the entire, formed by the hinge axis and the axis pin rotation axis of the rotating belt. The wing can be hung in particular as usual and unhooked. It is not necessary to pay attention to a special construction of the hinge when inserting and removing the door leaf. Subsequent installation of the axle pin does not affect the attachment of the door leaf.
  • the rotating band has an axle stop which engages between the joint axis and the axle pin in the axle receiving bore.
  • the axle stop prevents penetration of both the hinge axis and the axle pin. This improves the burglary resistance of the rotating belt.
  • the rotary belt is formed so that the hinge axis and the axle near the axle stop each have an annular groove, in each of which a tangibly releasably secured in the wing hinge retaining pin engages.
  • the retaining pins sit positively in the annular grooves of the hinge axis and the axle pin and thus ensure their axial position in the wing band, as well as relative to the frame band.

Abstract

The upper pin (36) is detachable. It is mounted on the fixed part (12) of the hinge and faces downward toward the lower pin, which is attached to the fixed part. The two pins engage the moving part (10). Each pin has a tapered end and a circumferential groove (38) adjacent to the tip. There are bushes (34) surrounding the pins.

Description

The invention relates to a hinge for doors or windows, with a wing strip to be attached to a wing, which is articulated with a hinge axis on a frame to be fastened to a frame band, wherein the hinge axis has an engagement length in the wing band, which is shorter than the Achsaufnahmebohrung is, in the upper free end of a hole releasably mounted on the frame hinge pin is inserted.

Such a rotary belt is for example from the DE 34 01 253 A1 known. In it, the rotary belt consists of a frame part and a hinged thereto door part. The rotary belt is in this case equipped with a so-called closed force frame, that is, the door part is flanked on both sides by sleeves in which a split pin is anchored to form the joint. Furthermore, the hinge portion of the door part is provided in each case with a throat whose inner radius approximately corresponds to the outer radius of the sleeve for fastening the door part or the threading of the door part in the frame part. The door part can therefore be used very easily.

The U.S. Patent No. 1,103,607 discloses one of the above-mentioned similar device or a similar rotary belt. Whereas the EP 0 314 616 A1 discloses a rotating belt, which consists of a plurality of sleeves provided with sleeves, which are to receive the corresponding Abstiftteile from above or from below. It is also possible to extend the axis by means of a sleeve piece. All three publications mentioned are common, that the axle pins can be driven out with simple means and so the wing can be easily separated from the frame.

As a result, the invention has the object, a rotating belt with the aforementioned features in such a way that it provides increased security against Eirsbruch available.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a rotary belt of the type mentioned in the fact that the leaf hinge has an axis stop engaging between the hinge axis and the axle pin in the Achsaufnahmebohrung.

When disassembling the rotary belt from the frame, the axle pin is first released. However, it is of particular advantage here to design the rotating band in such a way that the wing band has an axle stop which engages between the joint axis and the axle pin in the axle receiving bore. The axle stop prevents penetration of both the hinge axis and the axle pin. This improves the burglary resistance of the rotating belt.

In the sense of a conventional assembly, the rotary belt is formed so that the hinge axis and the axle near the axle stop each have an annular groove, in each of which a tangibly releasably secured in the wing hinge retaining pin engages. The retaining pins sit positively in the annular grooves of the hinge axis and the axle pin and thus ensure their axial position in the wing band, as well as relative to the frame band.

In a special way, the rotary belt can be designed so that the axle pin of a two-part rotary belt is held with a transverse strap against horizontal loads, which is, if necessary, releasably secured to the frame belt. The cross lug transmits loads acting on the axle pin. For the purpose of simplified assembly and disassembly, the cross-strap can be releasably secured to the frame band.

A two-part Achsausbildung can be advantageously used in a rotary belt so that the axle of a three-piece rotating belt and the hinge axis are the same design and arranged with mutually facing annular grooves in the Achsaufnahmebohrung the wing hinge. In this embodiment of the rotating belt, the number of parts is reduced because of the uniform formation of the axle pin and the hinge axis. The structure of the rotating belt in the rest can be adjusted to it.

The rotating belts shown in the figures each consist of a wing band 10, which is hinged to a frame band 12 via a hinge axis 11. The wing band 10 is attached in a conventional and therefore not shown manner on a wing, for example on the frame of a door leaf. The frame band 12 is mounted in a likewise conventional and therefore not shown manner on a window frame, for example on a window frame of a door. These fortifications serve in the Fig.2 . 8th illustrated mounting holes 40 and not shown mounting screws. The mounting holes 40 are located in a mounting leg 12 ', to which the two-piece rotary belt Fig.2 below a bearing eye 12 '' connects, while the in Figure 8 shown three-piece rotary belt above and below the mounting leg 12 'each have a bearing eye 12'', which is in one piece with the mounting leg 12'. In the backs of the bearing lugs 12 '', ie in the bearing surfaces on the frame, support pins 41 are used, which serve to relieve the mounting screws and allow the originating from the wing loading forces safely transfer to the frame. In the bearing eyes 12 '' are respectively Achsaufnahmebuchsen 34 for receiving the hinge axis 11 or a pivot pin 36. The Achsaufnahmebuchsen 34 are made of friction-reducing plastic and are twist-proof in the bearing eyes 12 '' used. The conclusion of the bearing lugs 12 '' carried by caps 42 to prevent contamination of the storage and to achieve a handsome appearance of the rotating belt in this area. The wing band 10 is substantially plate-shaped and provided with a Achsaufnahmebohrung 10 ', which extends over the entire height of the wing band 10 extends. The side of the Achsaufnahmebohrung 10 'is a combined side / height adjustment 13,14 available. The adjusting devices 13 and 14 are accommodated in recesses 18, 27 which form a guide wall 26 between them. In the guide wall 26 are according to Figure 5 formed recesses 30 for the passage of components of the adjusting devices 13,14. The recesses 18,27 are substantially rectangular, but with rounded corners and edges, wherein in particular perpendicular to the guide wall 26 arranged surfaces are formed conically opening to the onset and functioning of the components of Verstellinrichtungen'13,14 in the recesses 18,27 facilitate and in particular to prevent jamming.

The cross slide 15 has a first slide plate 16 and a second slide plate 17. The slide plate 17 is transverse to the hinge axis in the recess 18 of the wing band 10 movable and located on the Guide wall 26 close to. In this case, the first carriage plate 16 only perform horizontal movements, but not vertical, parallel to the hinge axis 11 directed movements. A second carriage plate 17 is in positive engagement with the first via vertical grooves 19 and ribs 20. The positive engagement is such that the second carriage plate 17 on the first carriage plate 16 can only move vertically, but not horizontally. Since the first carriage plate 16 a separate vertical movement is not possible, the second carriage plate 17 is the only means for vertical movements of the cross slide 15 and thus the wing band 10th

Both slide plates 16,17 are dimensioned so thick that they are to be accommodated together in the recess 18 and the second carriage plate 17 is aligned with the wing-side outer wall 21 of the wing strip 10. The second slide plate However, 17 has projecting support pins 24 which are arranged at corners and edges of the carriage plate 17. These support pins engage in appropriately sized holes of the sash, so that the second carriage plate 17 is immovably fixed in the plane of the wing. The support pins 24 are as far away from each other as possible. For example, a single support pin is arranged in the middle at a vertical edge of the carriage plate 17, while the other vertical edge at the corners has two support pins 24.

To actuate the adjusting device 13,14 adjusting means are required. Serve adjusting screws 22,23, on the screw shafts adjusting nuts. For example, a screw shaft 22 "has an adjusting nut 22" '. The screw head 22 'is axially non-displaceable in a recess 43 of the guide wall 26, but rotatably arranged. On the other hand, the screw head 22 'does not hinder a horizontal adjustment of the first slide plate 16. Such an adjustment is achieved in that the adjusting screw 22 is rotated with a plugged through a through-hole 24 and in a Innenmehrkantausnehmung 22 '' '' engaging, not shown tool. As a result of this rotation, an adjusting nut 22 '' 'on the screw shaft 22' is displaced depending on the direction of rotation. The displacement takes place towards the hinge axis 11, or away from it. Such a displacement is not hindered by a correspondingly sized recess 44 of the guide wall 26. On the other hand, the adjusting nut 22 '' 'engages axially positively in the first carriage plate 16. The adjustment movements to be achieved with the adjustment screw 22 are limited by the stop of the slide plate 16 against the recess 18 forming walls of the rotating belt 10.

To be able to adjust the vertical adjusting screw 23 by engagement of a tool in an internal polygonal recess of its screw head 23, the rotary belt with a slit-shaped through opening 59, wherein the slot extends vertically to the hinge axis 11, because the adjusting screw 23 is adjusted vertically to the hinge axis 11.

In a similar manner it is achieved that the second carriage plate 17 can be adjusted relative to the first carriage plate 16. Between two an adjusting screw 23, not shown in detail is present, the screw head 23 'engages axially in a recess of the first slide plate 16 without interfering with adjustments of the slide plate 16 because of a provided in this spacious recess. On the other hand engages an existing on the screw shank of the adjusting screw 23 nut axially immovable in the carriage plate 17 and the carriage plate 16 has a spacious recess, so that an adjustment of the adjusting nut and thus an adjustment of the carriage plate 17 parallel to the hinge axis 11 is not hindered.

In order to set the rotary belt 10 and its cross slide 15 on the wing, a clamping plate 25 is provided which fits into the recess 27. It is then flush with the outer surface 28 of the wing strap 10. The clamping plate 25 is provided with two vertically superimposed guide pins 31 which pass through the recesses 30 of the guide wall 26, as well as vertical slots 32 of the first carriage plate 16. The guide pins 31 can consequently engage in holes, not shown, of the second carriage plate 17, so that the clamping plate 25 always performs all movements of this slide plate. The guide pins 31 stabilize the composite of the three plates 25, 16, 17 on the guide wall 26 and can be fixedly connected to the plate 17. In this way it is possible to deliver the cross slide pre-assembled with the wing band.

In order to effect a determination of the wing band 10 on the casement, the clamping plate must press on the guide wall 26 and with this on the carriage plates 16,17. This is achieved by fastening screws 45 which are screwed through through holes 29 of the clamping plate 25, through vertical slots 16 'of the carriage plate 16 and through through holes 29 of the carriage plate 17 in the material of the wing. The recesses 30 and the vertical slots 16 are dimensioned so that the required movements of the clamping plate 25 are not hindered. Rather, the guide wall 26 can be adjusted vertically and horizontally, and it does not even have to be necessary to loosen the fastening screws 45. As a result, arbitrary lateral and height adjustments can be achieved by combined adjustment of the adjusting devices 13, 14 by means of their adjusting screws 22, 23, only limited by the adjustment paths to be achieved with the plates 16, 17.

To assemble the wing band 10 with the frame band 12 are in the Achsaufnahmebohrung 10 'of the wing band 10 in Figure 5 shown Achsbuchsen 47 used. They consist of plastic and cause a reduction in the bearing friction. The mounting of the wing strip 10 on the frame band 12 serve a hinge axis 11 and an axle 36. The hinge axis 11 is according to Fig.2 used with an engagement length 48 in the Achsaufnahmebohrung 10 ', which is substantially less than the entire length corresponding to the height of the wing strip 10. Accordingly short is also the wing hinge bushing 47, on the collar 47 ', the wing band 10 is supported on a collar 34''of the axle receiving bushing 34. This support takes place at the same time on an annular collar 11 'of the hinge axis 11, which is provided to prevent axial penetration of the hinge axis. Such axial penetration upwards is also prevented by an axle stop 37, which engages in the axle receiving bore 10 '. The axle stop 37 supports the hinge axis 11 as well as an axle 36, the top of the Achsaufnahmebohrung 10 'sits.

According to Fig.2 the axle 36 is held radially with a transverse tab 39. The transverse tab 39 is attached to the frame band 12. Figure 3 shows the tab 39 with two parallel mounting projections 39 ', which in the assembly of the transverse strap 39 with the frame band 12 in the in Figure 4 Inserted slots 49 are inserted. With a transverse pin 50, the cross-tab 39 is secured against axial disassembly and it is a cover made by a protective cap 42. It is possible to remove the axle pin 36 for disassembly of the wing band 10 to facilitate disassembly. For this purpose, after removal of the protective cap 42, first the transverse pin 50 is removed, then the transverse tab 39 is removed from the frame band and the axle pin 36 is expelled upward. The expulsion takes place with a tool which is inserted laterally into the axle receiving bore 10 'through an opening 51 of the frame belt 10. This opening 51 is only accessible if previously Adeckkappe 33 is removed, with which normally the visible side of the wing strip 10 is covered.

In addition, the opening 51 is covered by a cover 52 which is adapted to the outer periphery of the wing band in the region of the axle receiving bore 10 'and extends approximately over the entire wing band height. Its assembly on the wing band 10 is carried out with a retaining pin 39 which is inserted into a transverse bore 53 of the wing band 10 so that it tangentially engages in an annular groove 38 of the hinge axis 11 at the same time. There is a second retaining pin 39, which engages correspondingly tangentially in an annular groove 38 of the axle 36. This results in a two-point support of the cover 52, which also has two actuating pins 54 which are accessible from the front side of the flight band 10 to dismantle the cover 52 and the retaining pins 39.

In the 7 to 9 a three-piece rotary belt 10 is shown, which is formed in the lower area as well as the rotating belt 10 of Fig.1 to 2 , Above, however, another bearing lug 12 '' is present, in which an axle 36 for radial support of the rotating belt 10 is present. The axle pin is formed as well as the hinge axis 11, only this arranged opposite. The three-part rotary belt is accordingly symmetrical.

Die jeweils dreheingestellte Stellung der Achsaufnahmebuchse 34 kann in herkömmlicher Weise gesichert werden, beispielsweise indem die Abdeckung 42 mit nicht dargestellten Vorsprüngen sowohl in achsparallele Schlitze 55 der Achsaufnahmebuchse 34 eingreift, als auch in Schlitze 56 des Lagerauges 12''.Usually, it is necessary to provide rotating belts with a Andruckverstelleinrichtung so that the wing can be pressed more or less to the frame to get him tight. For this purpose, the axle receiving bush 34 of a bearing eye 12 "can be provided with an eccentric receiving bore 34 '. Figure 9 shows such an axle receiving socket 34, in which the axle receiving bore 34 'is arranged away from a contact surface 12''' of the frame band 12 on the wing away. The extent of the shift results from the distance of the two in Figure 9 parallel centerlines, the lower of which is the centerline of the axle receiving bore 34 ', while the upper is the centerline of the bushing receiving bore 57. If the axle receiving bush 34 is adjusted by 90 degrees, both center lines coincide, so that the wing band 10 and thus the wing is displaced towards the frame. The contact pressure is increased accordingly. The maximum pressure adjustment results from a rotation of the axle receiving bush 34 by 180 degrees. The respective rotational position of the axle receiving socket 34 can be secured in a conventional manner, for example by the cover 42 engages not shown projections in both axially parallel slots 55 of the axle receiving socket 34, as well as in slots 56 of the bearing eye 12 ''.

In the Fig. 10a, b, 11th are shown details of another embodiment of a rotating belt. As far as the illustrated parts of this rotating band have the same or similar functions as in the above-described embodiments, they are provided with corresponding reference numerals to which a small a has been supplied. For these parts, the training and the function apply, as far as they were described above. This is especially true for the in Figure 10a, b illustrated frame band 12a compared to the frame band of Figure 9 , In addition, shims 66 are shown, which serve the bridging of distances between the frame and the Ramenband 12 a and are provided with the holes shown for the insertion of, for example, fastening screws.

The wing band 10a corresponds in its basic design to the wing band 10, and accordingly has a clamping plate 25a, a height adjustment device 14a, a side adjustment device 13a, each combined with a cross slide 15a. There is a horizontal adjusting screw 22a, such as a vertical adjusting screw 23a. These are combined with the cross slide 15a in the manner described above. A significant deviation of the sash 10a is that the cross slide 15 is wing-down disposed in a recess 18a of the sash 10a, while the squeeze plate 25a is in a wing-turned recess 27a of the sash 10a.

The wing band 10a is particularly designed in particular in the region of the second carriage plate 17a in that the latter has a vertical guide strip 61 which fits into a vertical recess 60 'of the guide wall 26a. Parallel next to the guide rail 61 are two superimposed guide cam 61 '. The cams 61 'are longer than they are wide and extend toward each other from the horizontal edges of the second carriage plate 17a. They engage in the vertical guide channels 60 ", which can be seen from the representation of the wing strip 10a or the guide wall 26a, which are longer in accordance with the vertical adjustability of the second carriage plate 17a As a result, the vertical adjustability of the second carriage plate 17a not prevent, however, horizontal adjustment movements or tilting adjustments, so that the band structure is stabilized accordingly. Because of the above-described structure of the sash 10a, the second carriage plate 17a can not be adjusted horizontally, but vertically, to which the vertically arranged adjusting nut 23a serves. This is housed essentially in recess 67 of the guide rail, with its head 23a 'axially misaligned in the recess 68 of the guide wall 26a and is accessible through a passage opening 58a of the adjustment, so that the nut, not shown, which engages in 67, the second Slide plate 17a vertically up or down can adjust.

The guide bar is further particularly adapted to have horizontal driving ribs which engage in horizontal driving grooves 62 of the clamping plate 25a when located in its wing-side recess 27a. This results in a vertical entrainment, so that the clamping plate 25a can be adjusted together with the second carriage plate 17a vertically upwards or downwards relative to the wing band 10a. In this case, the clamping plate 25a is provided with recesses 25a ', which serve for the movement engagement of portions of the adjusting nut 23a.

Facing the wing, the second carriage plate 17a is configured with horizontal grooves 19a, as well as the illustrated recess 68 in order to install the horizontal adjusting nut 22a.

Accordingly, the first carriage plate 16a is tuned to the second carriage plate 17a, thus has mainly horizontal ribs 20a, which engage in the grooves 19a, so that a horizontal guide is provided to a limited extent, a vertical adjustment between the first carriage plate 16a and the second carriage plate 17a but excluded becomes. The horizontal adjustment with horizontally arranged adjusting nut 22a via a present in the first carriage plate 17a through-opening 24a. The arrangement of the cross slide 15 wing away from the guide wall 26 causes the through holes 24a, 58a further away from the wing and thus better to use. In addition, this arrangement causes the first carriage plate 16a can be supported by recesses 60 in the guide wall 26a directly to the clamping plate 25a. For this purpose, the first slide plate 16a has support projections 64, which engage in a form-fitting manner in correspondingly profiled recesses 25a "of the clamping plate 25. The support projections 64 and the clamping plate 25a are penetrated by through holes 65 through which fastening screws can be screwed into the wing. Such inward rotation causes the first carriage plate 16a, which is supported with its support projections 64 on the clamping plate 25a on the wing, presses on the second carriage plate 17a, as at the same time on the guide wall 26a of the wing band 10a. As a result, any adjustment of the cross slide is excluded and locked the wing band 10a on the wing. The definition is very good in all directions of the wing level, because the clamping plate 25a engages with support pins 59a in a manner not shown in the wing. Thus, there is a positive fixing of the wing strip 10a on the wing.
