Claims (15)
- Abgabekopf (103) zum Verschließen eines Behälters, insbesondere einer Tube (1) oder eines Fläschchens, mit einer Austrittsöffnung (135) und einer Scharnierkappe (104), die das Verschließen der Öffnung (135) des Abgabekopfes ermöglicht, wobei der Abgabekopf (103) und die Scharnierkappe (104) als einstückiges Teil ausgebildet sind und die Scharnierkappe (104) an den Abgabekopf (103) angeformt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verankerungsmittel (138, 144) vorgesehen sind, um die Scharnierkappe (104) am Abgabekopf (103) zu befestigen, wobei die Scharnierkappe (104) und der Abgabekopf (103) aus verschiedenen untereinander unverträglichen Materialien hergestellt sind, das heißt Materialien, die nicht verschmelzen und somit nicht aneinander kleben.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf (103) erste Verankerungsmittel (138) und die Scharnierkappe (104) zweite Verankerungsmittel trägt.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Verankerungsmittel von einer Nut (138) und die zweiten Verankerungsmittel von einer Zunge (144) gebildet werden, die sich in die Nut (138) hinein erstreckt, oder umgekehrt.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel in Form von Haken ausgebildet sind.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er an den Behälter (1), den er verschließen muss, geschweißt ist.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit Befestigungsmitteln versehen ist, um ihn am Behälter, den er verschließen muss, zu befestigen, insbesondere einem Gewinde oder Einschnappmitteln.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierkappe (104) und der Abgabekopf (103) aus verschiedenen Materialien hergestellt sind, die die gleiche Farbe oder verschiedene Farben aufweisen.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine geruchs- und/oder gasdichte Sperre, beispielsweise in Form eines Inserts in den Abgabekopf (103) und/oder in die Scharnierkappe (104) integriert ist.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein lösbarer oder durchstoßbarer Folienverschluss die Öffnung (135) des Abgabekopfes (103) schließt.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Dichtungsmittel (136, 143) am Abgabekopf (103) und/oder an der Scharnierkappe (104) vorgesehen sind, um den Behälter (1) abzudichten, wenn die Scharnierkappe (104) geschlossen ist.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Öffnung der Scharnierkappe (104) mit dem Finger zu erleichtern, insbesondere in Form einer Kappe (142).
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (141) vorgesehen sind, um die Scharnierkappe zu einer Stellung mit großer Öffnung und/oder zu der Schließstellung zu bewegen, oder zu einer Stellung nahe dieser Stellungen, wenn die Scharnierkappe keiner äußeren Kraft ausgesetzt ist.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er radiale Schultern aufweist, die in Bezug auf eine radiale Ebene um einen Winkel zwischen 5° und 45°, vorzugsweise um einen Winkel von 15° geneigt sind.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabekopf aus Ethylen-Vinylalkohol, einer Mischung von Polyamid und Polypropylen, Polypropylen, Polyethylen hoher Dichte oder Polyethylen niedriger Dichte hergestellt ist.
- Abgabekopf (103) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierkappe (104) aus Ethylen-Vinylalkohol, einer Mischung von Polyamid und Polypropylen, Polypropylen, Polyethylen hoher Dichte oder Polyethylen niedriger Dichte hergestellt ist.
