Papierbogen, insbesondere Serviette
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Papierbogen, insbesondere Serviette, der eine Mehrfachfaltung aufweist, um eine geschlossene Tasche, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Besteck, zu bilden.
Die DE 20 2005 005 882 Ul beschreibt eine aus Zellstoff, Papier oder einem ähnlichen Material hergestellte Serviette, wobei die einlagige Grundrissform durch sich kreuzende Faltlinien in eine mehrlagige Gebrauchsform gebracht ist. Durch eine Mehrfachfaltung ist eine zu einer Schmalseite hin offene Einstecktasche gebildet, die beispielsweise zur Aufnahme von Besteckteilen, Informationsmaterial oder dergleichen dient, wobei der Einstecktaschen-Öffnungsrand parallel und beabstandet zur benachbarten Serviettenkante ausgerichtet ist. Zur Bildung der Einstecktasche ist ein erster Faltabschnitt um eine der Serviettenkante parallel und gegenüberliegende erste Faltlinie umgefaltet. Quer zu der ersten Faltlinie verläuft mittig eine weitere Faltung und nach dieser wird noch eine Faltung um eine dann vorliegende mittige zweite Faltlinie vorgenommen, um die die Einstecktasche aufweisende Gebrauchsform zu erzielen. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Papierbogen der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der auf einen Betrachter einen optisch ansprechenden Eindruck ausübt und bei einer einfachen Fertigung einfach handhabbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass ein eine Taschenaußenseite bildendes Feld des Papierbogens eine als Einschub dienende Ausstanzung aufweist.
Die Ausstanzung wird maßgenau in den abgewickelten Papierbogen, also den Papierbogen in seinem ursprünglichen ungefalteten Zustand, eingebracht und erleichtert das Einstecken von Gegenständen, wie beispielsweise Besteck und/oder einer Serviette und/oder Informationsunterlagen, in die durch die Mehrfachfaltung gebildete Tasche. Selbstverständlich kann es sich bei dem Papier um eine Serviettenqualität bzw. einen so genannten Airlaid Vliesstoff handeln, weshalb der insbesondere als Bestecktasche dienende Papierbogen in seiner abgewickelten Form auch zu entsprechenden Schutz- und Reinigungszwecken beim bzw. nach dem Essen zu verwenden ist .
Um ein Einsetzen von Gegenständen in die von dem Papierbo- gen gebildete Tasche einfach zu bewerkstelligen, weist zweckmäßigerweise die Ausstanzung eine kreisabschnittförmi- ge, dreieckförmige oder rechteckförmige Kontur auf. Die dreieckförmige Kontur kann derart ausgerichtet sein, dass sich die Dreieckspitze in der Mitte der Breite der Tasche befindet oder die der Öffnung zugeordnete Stirnseite der Tasche über die Breite der Tasche schräg abgeschnitten wird .
Alternativ ist die Ausstanzung als geradliniger oder bogenförmiger Schlitz ausgebildet. Auch durch den Schlitz ist das Einsetzen von Gegenständen in die von dem Papierbogen gebildete Tasche einfach ausführbar. Der Schlitz ist nach der Art eines Messerschnittes gebildet.
Eine verhältnismäßig große stirnseitige Öffnung der Tasche ergibt sich dann, wenn die Ausstanzung zur Oberkante des Feldes auslaufend eingelassen ist. Durch die Ausstanzung ist gewährleistet, dass ein Benutzer des gefalteten Papierbogen einen in die Tasche eingesetzten Gegenstand erkennt, da der Gegenstand bei einer entsprechenden Größe oder Ein- schubtiefe in die Ausstanzung ragt und auf einem einer Tascheninnenseite liegenden Feld des Papierbogens aufliegt.
In alternativer Ausgestaltung ist die Ausstanzung, insbesondere um 1/5 bis 1/3 der Höhe des Feldes, beabstandet zur Oberkante des Feldes angeordnet. Gegenstände werden durch den Schlitz in die Tasche eingeschoben und liegen mit ihrem aus der Tasche herausragenden Ende auf dem die Taschenaußenseite bildenden Feld des Papierbogens auf. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Ausstanzung mittig zur Breite des Feldes aus- gerichtet.
In Ausgestaltung weist der quadratische Papierbogen in seiner Abwicklung mittig sowie parallel zu zwei seiner gegenüberliegenden Außenkanten eine erste Faltlinie auf, zu der mittig und senkrecht eine zweite Faltlinie mit entgegengesetzten Faltrichtungen verläuft, die wiederum durch eine jeweils senkrecht dazu verlaufende dritte und vierte Faltlinie mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Faltrichtungen in gleiche Abschnitte unterteilt ist, wodurch der Papierbogen in eine vier mal zwei Matrix mit Feldern gleicher Größe unter- teilt ist. Sämtlichen Faltlinien kommen dadurch zustande, dass der Papierbogen in seiner Größe jeweils durch Falten halbiert wird, wobei diese Mehrfachfaltung relativ leicht und kostengünstig zu bewerkstelligen ist, da stets gegenüberliegende Seitenränder des Papierbogens deckungsgleich aufeinander gelegt werden.
Es versteht sich, dass die vorstehend genannten und nachstehend noch zu erläuternden Merkmale nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kom- binationen verwendbar sind. Der Rahmen der Erfindung ist nur durch die Ansprüche definiert.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezugnahme auf die zugehörigen Zeich- nungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Der in seiner Abwicklung quadratische Papierbogen, der aus einem Material in Serviettenqualität gefertigt ist, wird gemäß dem Doppelpfeil 1 entlang einer ersten Faltlinie 2 umgelegt, die mittig sowie parallel zu zwei gegenüberlie- genden Außenkanten 3 verläuft. Anschließend erfolgt eine zweite Faltung entsprechend dem Doppelpfeil 4 entlang einer zweiten Faltlinie 5, die mittig und senkrecht zu der ersten Faltlinie 2 verläuft. In der Abwicklung ist entlang der zweiten Faltlinie 5 auf der einen Seite der ersten Faltli- nie 2 eine zu der anderen Seite der ersten Faltlinie 2 entgegengesetzte Faltrichtung zu erkennen. Eine dritte Faltung nach dem Doppelpfeil 6 verläuft entsprechend der dritten Faltlinie 7 und der vierten Faltlinie 8 senkrecht zu der zweiten Faltlinie 5. Durch jede Faltung wird die Fläche des Papierbogens halbiert, bis der Papierbogen in eine vier mal zwei Matrix mit Feldern 9 gleicher Größe unterteilt ist. Nach den Faltungen bildet der Papierbogen eine Tasche 18 mit einer oberseitigen Öffnung 10. Das eine Taschenaußenseite 11 bildendes Feld 9 des Papier- bogens weist eine als Einschub 21 dienende Ausstanzung 12 auf, die als Kreisabschnitt 13 ausgebildet und mittig zwi- sehen Schmalseiten 14 des Feldes 9 auslaufend zur Öffnung 10 an einer Oberkante 20 der Tasche 18 angeordnet ist. Alternativ ist die Ausstanzung 12 als Dreieck 15 ausgeführt, dessen Hypotenuse 16 unter einem spitzen Winkel von einer oberen Ecke 17 der einen Schmalseite 14 zu der anderen Schmalseite 14 der Tasche 18 verläuft. In weiterer alternativer Ausgestaltung ist eine Gerade 19 der kreisabschnitt- förmigen Ausstanzung 12 etwa um 1/5 der Gesamthöhe der Tasche 18 von der Oberkante 20 entfernt und verläuft von einer Schmalseite 14 der Tasche 18 zu der anderen Schmalseite 14, um den Einschub 21 zu bilden. In einer dritten alternativen Ausgestaltung ist die Ausstanzung 12 rechteckförmig und als Einschub 21 beabstandet sowohl zu der Oberkante 20 als auch den beiden Schmalseiten 14 ausgerichtet. In einer vierten alternativen Ausgestaltung ist die Ausstanzung 12 als geradliniger Schlitz 22 beabstandet sowohl zu der Oberkante 20 als auch den beiden Schmalseiten 14 ausgerichtet. In der letzten alternativen Ausgestaltung ist der Schlitz 22 bogenförmig gestaltet.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Papierbogen, insbesondere Serviette, der eine Mehrfachfaltung aufweist, um eine geschlossene Tasche (18), insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Besteck, zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein eine Taschenau- ßenseite (11) bildendes Feld (9) des Papierbogens eine als Einschub (21) dienende Ausstanzung (12) aufweist.
2. Papierbogen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet:, dass die Ausstanzung (12) eine kreisabschnittförmige, dreieckförmige oder rechteckförmige Kontur aufweist.
3. Papierbogen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstanzung (12) als geradliniger oder bogenförmiger Schlitz (22) ausgebildet ist.
4. Papierbogen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstanzung (12) zur Oberkante (20) des Feldes (9) auslaufend eingelassen ist.
5. Papierbogen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstanzung (12) insbesondere um 1/5 bis 1/3 der Höhe des Feldes (9) beabstandet zur Oberkante (20) des Feldes (9) angeordnet ist.
6. Papierbogen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstanzung (12) mittig zur Breite des Feldes (9) ausgerichtet ist.
7. Papierbogen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der quadratische Papierbogen in seiner Abwicklung mittig sowie parallel zu zwei seiner gegenüberliegenden Außenkanten (3) eine erste Faltlinie (1) aufweist, zu der mittig und senkrecht eine zweite Faltlinie (5) mit entgegengesetzten Faltrichtungen verläuft, die wiederum durch eine jeweils senkrecht dazu verlaufende dritte und vierte Faltlinie (7, 8) mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Faltrichtungen in gleiche Abschnitte unterteilt ist, wodurch der Papierbogen in eine vier mal zwei Matrix mit Feldern (9) gleicher Größe unterteilt ist .
