Claims (15)

  1. Zone de croisement (1) d'une intersection de rails à gorge, comportant au moins une membrure supérieure (2) et au moins une membrure inférieure (3), ladite membrure supérieure (2) comportant une première gorge (5) avec une zone de gorge à croisement (6) d'une deuxième gorge (7), et ladite membrure inférieure (3) comportant une deuxième gorge à croisement (8), la membrure supérieure (2) comportant sur sa face inférieure un premier évidement (9) et la membrure inférieure (3) comportant sur sa face supérieure un deuxième évidement (10) complémentaire pour assembler par conjugaison de forme la membrure supérieure (2) avec la membrure inférieure (3), et, dans la position assemblée, la zone de gorge à croisement (6) dans la membrure supérieure est alignée avec la deuxième gorge à croisement (8) dans la membrure inférieure (3),
    caractérisée
    en ce qu'un dispositif de verrouillage (11), agissant vers le haut et vers le bas transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la membrure supérieure (2) et de la membrure inférieure (3), est prévu pour le verrouillage par conjugaison de forme de la membrure supérieure (2) avec la membrure inférieure (3), ledit dispositif de verrouillage (11) comportant au moins un élément de verrouillage (12), agissant vers le haut et vers le bas entre la membrure supérieure (2) et la membrure inférieure (3) et destiné à être inséré dans un orifice de verrouillage (13) réalisé entre la membrure supérieure (2) et la membrure inférieure (3) ou se prolongeant de la membrure supérieure (2) dans la membrure inférieure (3).
  2. Zone de croisement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la membrure supérieure (2) et la membrure inférieure (3) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre sans soudure.
  3. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de verrouillage (13) est formé par une première rainure (15), prévue sur au moins un flanc latéral (14) du premier évidement (9) de la membrure supérieure (2), et par une deuxième rainure (16) correspondante, prévue en dessous du deuxième évidemment (10) de la membrure inférieure (3) dans le flanc latéral (17) de celle-ci.
  4. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première rainure (15) et/ou la deuxième rainure (16) ont une section transversale rectangulaire.
  5. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la longueur de l'élément de verrouillage (12) correspond au moins à la longueur de la première rainure (15).
  6. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de verrouillage (13) possède une section transversale constante sur toute sa longueur.
  7. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (12) est réalisé en forme de clavette, et en ce que, de préférence, l'angle de clavette mesure entre 0,1° et 5°.
  8. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième rainure (16) se prolonge sous forme de zone rainurée (22) ouverte sur le flanc latéral (17) de la membrure inférieure (3) en continuité avec la membrure supérieure (2).
  9. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième rainure (16) comporte, du côté extrémité, une zone d'engagement (23) en creux et/ou élargie.
  10. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la longueur de la zone d'engagement (23) et de la zone rainurée (22) est supérieure à la largeur de la membrure inférieure (3), et en particulier est supérieure à la longueur de l'élément de verrouillage (12).
  11. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première rainure (15) s'étend sur toute la largeur de la membrure supérieure (2), et en ce que la zone rainurée (22) ouverte de la deuxième rainure (16) se prolonge sur les deux côtés en continuité avec la membrure supérieure (2).
  12. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de verrouillage comporte une première forure dans la membrure supérieure et une deuxième forure dans la membrure inférieure, et en ce que lesdites forures se prolongent l'une dans l'autre.
  13. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de verrouillage s'étend en oblique par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la membrure supérieure ou de la membrure inférieure.
  14. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des orifices de verrouillage (13) sont prévus sur des côtés face à face de la membrure inférieure (3).
  15. Zone de croisement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la première rainure (15) sur les deux flancs latéraux (14) du premier évidement (9) de la membrure supérieure (2) est réalisée de manière identique à la deuxième rainure (16) sur les deux flancs latéraux (17) de la membrure inférieure (3).
