Description

The invention relates to an intersection of a Rillenschrenenkreuzung, according to the preamble of claim 1.

An intersection of the aforementioned type is already out of the DE 102 40 023 C1 known. To achieve a firm connection between the upper and the lower chord is provided in the known crossing region, the two straps, for example, to be screwed together via a base plate or else to be welded. Since the screw connection or welding takes place from the underside, this type of attachment is comparatively complicated and usually difficult to achieve when the lower flange is already laid.

From practice, it is already known to weld on the upper and the lower flange straps in the connection region, which are then bolted to a support or bottom plate. However, since the crossing area is subject to considerable loads when driving over, it can easily come to a release in improper tightening the screw.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a crossing area for a grooved rail crossing available, the upper and the lower flange are connected in a simple and cost-effective manner safely together.

The above object is achieved according to the invention at an intersection for a grooved rail crossing of the type mentioned in the main that a locking device for interlocking locking of the upper flange and the lower flange is provided against each other. For this purpose, the locking device has at least one locking element which is effective between the upper belt and the lower belt for insertion into a locking opening formed between the upper belt and the lower belt or passing from the upper belt into the lower belt. The locking element is therefore designed for common positive engagement both in the upper flange and in the lower flange.

Unlike the prior art, an immediate locking of the upper and lower chord is made against each other in the invention. The locking is effected by positive engagement. Such a lock can be provided in principle at any point of the crossing area, so that the accessibility is given readily. Such a form-fitting connection is not only extremely effective in order to achieve a secure attachment of the upper and the lower flange or the straps together, such a lock can also be relatively easily implemented mechanically and is therefore inexpensive.

Insbesondere sind keine weiteren Verbindungsarten wie eine Verschweißung oder eine Verschraubung der Gurte aneinander bzw, miteinander notwendig,Moreover, it is sufficient for producing a secure attachment of the upper flange on the lower flange (and vice versa) when the attachment of the two straps to each other exclusively via the locking device according to the invention. In particular, no other types of connection, such as welding or screwing of the straps to one another or to one another, are necessary.

In principle, there are various possibilities for forming and arranging the locking opening. Preferably, the locking opening is formed by corresponding grooves which form the locking opening in the assembled state of the upper flange and the lower flange. Preferably, it is such that a first groove is provided on a side edge of the first recess of the upper flange, while the corresponding second groove is provided below the second recess of the lower flange in the side edge of such groove can be by appropriate processing of the upper flange and the lower flange very easy to make.

In order to achieve a secure positive engagement and a secure locking, the first groove and the second groove should have a rectangular cross-section, so that accordingly a rectangular cross-section of the locking opening results. It will then be understood that the locking element has a cross-sectional shape which corresponds at least substantially to the cross-sectional shape of the locking opening. Furthermore the locking element should have a length which corresponds at least substantially to the length of the locking opening.

Moreover, it has been shown that the locking opening should have a constant cross section over its entire length. Such a locking opening can be not only relatively easy to produce, it offers, if it is accessible from both sides, also the advantage that, depending on the installation position and, if necessary, the locking element can be inserted from both ends into the locking hole.

In particular, in a locking opening with constant over its length cross-section, it makes sense if the locking element is wedge-shaped by wedging then results in a frictional engagement, can ultimately be ensured that the locking element does not accidentally dissolves. The wedge should have the smallest possible pitch, so that a secure wedging can be ensured. The wedge angle should preferably be between 0.1 ° and 5 °.

In order to use the locking element in a simple manner in the resulting from the grooves locking opening is provided in a preferred embodiment, that the second groove continues as an open groove area on the side edge of the lower flange following the upper flange. In this way, as a locking element, a rigid elongate bolt can be used, which can be inserted over the open groove portion of the second groove in the locking hole.

It is preferred, moreover, that the first groove extends over the entire width of the upper flange and is thus accessible from both sides. Accordingly, the open groove portion of the second groove should continue on both sides adjacent to the upper flange, so that the locking element can be used as needed from one side or the other in the locking hole.

To further facilitate handling when inserting the locking element in the locking hole, but also to possibly necessary loosening or unlocking the lock is provided that the second groove end has a recessed and widened engagement portion. Such an engagement region facilitates the attachment and insertion of the locking element in the locking opening.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the locking opening has a first bore in the upper flange and a second bore in the lower flange, wherein the holes merge into one another or are aligned with each other. In order to have the shortest possible length of the holes, in this embodiment, the locking opening extends obliquely to the longitudinal orientation of the upper flange and the lower flange.

Although it is basically sufficient to provide only one side of a lock between the upper and lower belt, should be provided for safety reasons, preferably on both side flanks locks. It is preferred that the first groove on both side edges of the first recess of the upper flange and the second groove on both side flanks of the lower flange are identical, so that when mating the upper flange and the lower flange or when placing the upper flange on the lower flange not on The alignment of the upper flange must be respected. So it does not matter, or the upper belt is placed in one direction or the other on the lower belt.

Other features, advantages and applications of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments with reference to the drawings and the drawing itself. Furthermore, the upper flange 2 on the underside a first recess 9. The lower-side arrangement 9 means that the upper flange 2 is open downwards into the region of the first recess 9. Corresponding to the first recess 9, the lower flange 3 has on the upper side a complementary second recess 10 for the positive and preferably backlash-free connection of the upper flange 2 to the lower flange 3. For transferring into the installed state, the upper belt 2 and the lower belt 3 are connected to one another in such a way that the upper belt 2 rests on the lower belt 3 in the region of the second recess 10 without play in the region of the first recess 9. As a result, the crossing region 1 is stabilized in the direction of travel. The recesses 9, 10 are otherwise designed such that in the connected state of the crossing groove portion 6 is aligned in the upper flange 2 with the second driving groove 8 in the lower flange 3. This is especially evident Fig. 2 , With regard to the design and arrangement of the two recesses 9, 10 is otherwise full extent on Fig. 3 of the DE 102 40 023 C1 Referenced.

It is now provided that for fixed connection of the upper flange 2 with the lower flange 3 in the direction Z, thus transversely to the longitudinal direction of the upper flange 2 and the lower flange 3, an upwardly and downwardly effective locking device 11 for the positive locking of the upper flange 2 on the lower flange. 3 or for locking the two straps 2, 3 is provided to each other. In this case, the upper flange 2 and the lower flange 3 are connected to one another without welding. In addition to the locking device 11 are no further fastening or connecting means for holding the upper flange 2 on the lower flange 3 in the direction Z provided.

In detail, the locking device 11 has an effective between the upper flange 2 and the lower flange 3 locking element 12 which is provided for insertion into a locking opening 13. In this case, the locking opening 13 is formed by a first groove 15 provided on the side flank 14 of the first recess 9 of the upper flange 2 and a corresponding one below the second recess 10 of the lower flange 3 provided second groove 16, which is provided on the side edge 17 of the lower flange 3.

How in particular the Fig. 3 shows, both the first groove 15 and the second groove 16 have a rectangular cross-section. Accordingly, the locking opening 13 has a total of a rectangular cross-section. The locking element 12 corresponds in shape, at least as far as it is plugged into the locking hole 13, at least substantially the shape of the locking hole 13. In any case, the length of the locking element 12 should at least equal to the length of the first groove 15.

In the illustrated embodiment, the locking member 12 has a locking portion 18 which is inserted into the locking hole 13, and a handling portion 19 which is deliberately kept larger than the locking portion 18 and the rest has a stop 20 and thus limits the maximum insertion depth of the locking element 12 , In the embodiment according to the Fig. 1 to 3 For example, the handling section 19 has a downwardly directed stop which is ultimately intended to bear against the side flank 21 of the upper flange 2.

In the illustrated embodiments, the locking opening 13 has a constant cross section over its entire length. In contrast, the locking element 12 is wedge-shaped and has at least one wedge surface. It is understood that of the wedge-shaped training only the locking portion 18 is concerned. This has in the present case a very low slope, which is in particular from Fig. 2 results.

From the Fig. 1 and 2 also results in that the second groove 16 is not only provided in the overlap region of the upper flange 2 and the first groove 15, but continues as an open groove portion 22 on the side edge 17 of the lower flange 3 following the upper flange 2. In addition, the second groove 16 at the end of a subsequent to the open groove portion 22 recessed and widened engagement portion 23. This engagement area makes it easier to attach the locking element 12 to the second groove 16 and insert it into the locking opening 13 and, if necessary, hammer it with a hammer or the like. This is possible in particular because the length of the engagement region 23 and of the groove region 22 is greater than the width of the lower flange 3 and, in particular, greater than the length of the locking element 12.

Moreover, the first groove 15 extends over the entire width of the upper flange 2, with the result that the locking opening 13 is open from both sides. In this case, the open groove portion 22 of the second groove 16 continues on both sides following the upper flange 2. It is how this is from the Fig. 1 and 2 results, the second groove 16 formed on both sides of the upper flange 2 identical to the open groove portion 22 and the engagement portion 23. This makes it possible to insert the locking element 12 from both sides into the locking opening 13.

As in the rest of the Fig. 1 and 3 shows, a locking device 11 and thus also a locking opening 13 is provided on opposite sides of the lower flange 3. So there is a two-sided locking. As it turned out Fig. 3 The same applies to the second groove 16 on both side flanks 17 of the lower flange 3. With regard to the identical design of the grooves 15, 16 on both sides it is possible to use the upper belt 2 both as in Fig. 1 shown put on the lower flange 3 as well as in a position offset by 180 °. The first embodiment according to the Fig. 1 to 3 differs from the second embodiment according to the 4 to 6 , the third embodiment according to the Fig. 7 to 10 and the fourth embodiment according to the Fig. 11 to 14 only in the design and / or arrangement of the locking element 12 and in the formation of the second groove 16. In the first embodiment, the open groove portion 22 is slightly widened with respect to the widened handling portion 19 with the terminal 20 downwards. In the second embodiment, a locking member 12 is provided which has no widened handling portion 19 but only a locking portion 18. Accordingly, the open groove region 22 is also not expanded, but continues the groove depth and shape from the locking opening 13 into the engagement region 23. The locking element 12 is, as this particular from Fig. 5 results in such a manner inserted into the locking opening 13 that the wedge surface faces downwards. In particular, the clarifies Fig. 5 in that the thickness of the wedge-shaped locking element 12 at the narrower end is less than the groove depth of the grooves 15, 16, whereas it is slightly larger at the other end.

In the third embodiment, the arrangement and configuration of the grooves 15, 16 corresponds to that of the second embodiment. However, the locking element 12 in this case again has a locking portion 18 and a handling portion 19 with stop 20. The stopper 20 is outwardly, ie in the direction of the upper flange 2, from. The wedge surface of the locking element 12 is directed outwards, ie in the direction of the stop 20.

The fourth embodiment corresponds to the third embodiment, wherein a somewhat simpler locking element has been selected. The locking element 12 in the fourth embodiment corresponds to that in the third embodiment, but has been dispensed with a handling portion 19. In this as well as in the third embodiment, it is such that the provided on both sides of the locking elements are introduced into the respective locking opening 13, that the wedge surfaces should preferably be arranged in opposite directions on opposite sides. In an embodiment, not shown, of the present invention it is provided that the locking device has bore sections in the upper flange and in the lower flange, namely a first provided in the upper flange, obliquely extending bore, which merges into a second hole provided in the lower flange. The locking element is then inserted into the obliquely extending to the longitudinal direction of the upper flange and also the lower flange locking opening. In principle, this locking element can also be a wedge-shaped or conical, but also a cylindrical locking element.
