Claims (6)
- Elektrischer Strahlungsheizer, der auf ein Kochfeld angepasst ist, insbesondere ein Glas-Keramik-Kochfeld, das eine isolierende Basis (2) umfasst, die, auf einem Ende, eine im Wesentlichen flache und runde erste Seite (2a) aufweist, auf der mindestens ein Heizwiderstand befestigt ist, und, auf einem gegenüber liegenden Ende, eine im Wesentlichen runde zweite Seite (2b), und eine Metallträgerabdeckung (3), die die isolierende Basis (2) in ihrem Inneren aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Seite (2b) der isolierenden Basis (2) eine Kontaktfläche (10) aufweist, durch die die isolierende Basis (2) direkt auf einer unteren Fläche (3a) der Trägerabdeckung (3) getragen wird, wobei der Bereich der Kontaktfläche (10) kleiner als der Bereich des Kreises ist, der von der zweiten Seite (2b) der isolierenden Basis (2) begrenzt wird, und als der Bereich der unteren Fläche (3a), die der zweien Seite (2b) gegenüber liegt.
- Elektrischer Strahlungsheizer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die isolierende Basis (2) eine Vielzahl von Löchern (6, 7) umfasst, die auf der zweiten Seite (2b) angeordnet sind, wodurch die Kontaktfläche (10) reduziert wird.
- Elektrischer Strahlungsheizer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Löcher (6, 7) symmetrisch angeordnet sind und eine Tiefe (H1) aufweisen, die geringer als die Dicke (H2) der isolierenden Basis (2) ist.
- Elektrischer Strahlungsheizer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei die isolierende Basis (2) ein erstes Element (4) umfasst, von dem eine der zwei Seiten der ersten Seite (2a) der isolierenden Basis (2) entspricht, und ein zweites Element (5), von dem eine der zwei Seiten der zweiten Seite (2b) der isolierenden Basis (2) entspricht, wobei das erste Element (4) und das zweite Element (5) koaxial sind, wobei das erste Element (4) auf dem zweiten Element (5) getragen wird, wobei die Löcher(7), bei denen es sich um Durchgangslöcher handelt, symmetrisch im zweiten Element (5) angeordnet sind.
- Elektrischer Strahlungsheizer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die untere Fläche (3a) Vorsprünge (8) umfasst, auf denen die Kontaktfläche (10) getragen wird.
- Elektrischer Strahlungsheizer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Vorsprünge (8) mit Hilfe eines Stanzverfahrens erhalten werden.
