The above object is achieved by a device for cleaning workpieces, comprising the features of
It is another object of the invention to provide an automatically operating method for cleaning workpieces with at least two cleaning chambers, with a high cleanliness requirement is to be placed on the cleaned workpieces.
This further object is achieved by a method for cleaning workpieces, which comprises the features of
It is advantageous if the device for cleaning workpieces is equipped with at least two cleaning chambers. The cleaning chambers have a receptacle for a workpiece to be cleaned, wherein each of the cleaning chambers is designed such that they can be closed with a lid. The cleaning chambers are provided on a rotating device and arranged such that each of the cleaning chambers is associated with a lid, wherein the lids are arranged stationary. Further, each of the lids is provided with a supply for a medium. Since the cleaning chambers are rotatably mounted on the rotating means, they can be positioned relative to the respective lid. Before one of the chambers changes to the next lid position, the entire lids are lifted by the cleaning chambers and the rotator rotates the cleaning chambers to the next desired position where a lid is located.
This has the advantage that the supply of the media takes place via a system housing to which the covers are mounted stationary. By means of a lifting movement, the lids can be detached from the treatment chamber, so that the lids are not carried along during a rotary movement of the rotating device.
This has the considerable advantage that the supply of the media can remain stationary on the respective cover. It is therefore not necessary that complicated Distribution systems must be formed in order to supply the various media in succession to a chamber for the cleaning of the workpieces. As already mentioned above, the workpiece remains in the respective chamber and for the next processing or cleaning step, the chamber is rotated with the rotating means in a corresponding manner, that this reaches the next position of the lid, on which another medium for the cleaning step is supplied.
By the device according to the invention thus eliminates the need to place heavy masses on the turntable. Furthermore, no distribution systems for the supply of the media are necessary. This minimizes the carryover of media to a minimum. Another advantage of the device according to the invention is that in the vacuum drying, which is performed in at least one chamber, it can not come to media residues, since the liquid acted upon cleaning chambers no longer get to the station or cleaning chamber of vacuum drying. It is obvious to a person skilled in the art that other drying methods besides vacuum drying can be carried out. Other drying methods are hot air drying and / or cold air drying.
If the embodiment of the device is such that the number of cleaning chambers is greater than two, one of the cleaning chambers forms an up / down station for the workpieces. If the cleaning chamber is in the position for loading / unloading the workpiece, this cleaning chamber need not be assigned a lid.
The lid can be placed back on the chamber prior to the beginning of the respective cleaning section or the lid can be removed from the cleaning chamber after completion of the cleaning step. In a particularly advantageous manner, the rotating device for the cleaning chambers is designed as a rotary table. On the rotary table, the individual cleaning chambers are arranged in a symmetrical manner.
As already mentioned, the cover for the cleaning chambers is provided with a feed for the respective medium required for the respective cleaning step. Furthermore, the cleaning chamber is provided with a drain for the media used. It is particularly advantageous if at least two but at most eight cleaning chambers are arranged on the rotary table. It is particularly advantageous if at most six cleaning chambers are arranged on the rotating device.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that at least one workpiece is deposited in one of the at least two cleaning chambers. The cleaning chambers are closed for the cleaning of the workpiece with a lid, wherein over the lid a respectively required for a running in the cleaning chamber cleaning step medium is supplied. After completion of the one cleaning step, the lid is lifted off the at least two cleaning chambers and the cleaning chambers are transported to the next position, opposite which a stationary lid is provided. After reaching this position of the at least two cleaning chambers, the lid is lowered onto the cleaning chambers for the other cleaning step. For the cleaning step required in each case in the chamber, the medium is then supplied via the lid.
The cleaning chambers are, as already mentioned, transported from one position to the next. In this case, a different cleaning step can be performed at each of the new positions. The new cleaning step is always carried out when the cleaning chambers are in the respective intended position and the lid has been lowered onto the cleaning chambers. According to the previously configured cleaning process can then be supplied via the lid, the corresponding medium for the cleaning step. It is also possible for more than one cleaning chamber to carry out the same cleaning step for increasing the throughput of the workpieces to be cleaned.
In general, however, the rotating device is provided with at least one chamber in which a vacuum drying takes place. In the cleaning chambers provided on the rotating device, the workpieces with high cleanliness requirements of emulsions, oils, fats and chips and particles from turning, milling, sawing, drilling, tapping and / or grinding are subjected to the various cleaning steps.
