Description
The invention relates to packaging machines for the production, Filling and separating of packaging from at least a continuously conveyed and by processing stations the machine-guided packaging material web, the packaging machine at least one cleaning device laterally assigned.
darstellenden Vereinzelungs- bzw.
Packaging machines of this generally defined type are well known and in use and thus relate, for example, both to so-called thermoforming machines as well as to machines for the production of packaging bags and to that extent also on machines which are operated under normal conditions and under sterile conditions. In this respect, packaging machines are also to be included, to which finished packaging containers, which are still open but still open for filling and to be closed after filling, are continuously fed in cup form as packaging material.
If the contents are especially liquid to pasty, such machines must after the end of an operating phase, usually after a business interruption and especially when changing the product of a thorough and time-consuming cleaning and gegf. also be subjected to sterilization, the Füllgutdoseure modern machines per se are designed so that they are automatically rinsed, which requires in this processing station, the subordination of a suitably trained detergent collecting tray.
Particularly critical are also also finishing stations performing separating or stamping stations at the end of thermoforming machines in which, for example, filled and covered individual cups or cup groups are punched out, which is usually associated with abducted Verschnittresten, ie, so-called waste stars, which occasionally in stow the appropriately trained punching dies.
Apart from the automatic cleaning or rinsing of the dosing it remains unavoidable, for example due to übergeschwapptes contents, removal of the generally pressurized drip pans, the whole ambience of the processing section thoroughly clean by hand, under ambience here, for example. also the inner walls of a sterile tunnel are to be understood when the packaging machine is to be operated under sterile conditions. A hand cleaning is also the punching die of the punching station to undergo. The thoroughness of manual cleaning, of course, depends on the care of the operator entrusted with it, ie, it is unavoidable that areas of the environment are overlooked during cleaning or unevenly treated, quite apart from the fact that a thorough cleaning by hand , as mentioned above, associated with a considerable and so far costly time.
In addition, a manual cleaning can not be done in parallel with the automatic cleaning of the filling material, as a manual intervention in the machine may basically only be done with disconnected power machinery units.
If packaging machines of the type mentioned above are equipped with cleaning devices, so reference is made to DE 689 05 158 T2. The cleaning device consists of a horizontally displaceable in Maschinenabdeckgehäuse, equipped with a plurality of freely adjustable nozzles carriage and is particularly intended for washing and cleaning of prefabricated tubular packaging containers but also for the flushing of so far detectable machine parts and the insides of the Abdeckgehäuses. Although such a cleaning device replaces a time-consuming, manual cleaning, but due to the special design of the nozzle-equipped carriage is considered from the outset that thus only a more or less large part of the existing machine elements and rooms can be detected. For this reason, it is therefore considered to provide additional non-detectable areas stationary flushing nozzles. The nozzles on the slide are freely adjustable, once set, but it remains in a sense in a more or less untargeted, directed to all sides shower process with a correspondingly high detergent consumption.
The invention is accordingly the object of packaging machines of the type mentioned, ie those with an automatic cleaning permitting device, such as are explained, to improve to the effect that the automatic cleaning process more targeted, thus more thorough, more rational and without additional arrangement of stationary nozzles feasible in certain areas.
This object is to packaging machines of the type mentioned solved according to the invention in that the cleaning device from one mounted on a carrier, in several Degrees of freedom controlled moving cleaning lance formed is at the free end of a through the lance with detergent, such as air, steam, water, sterilants, is arranged under pressure feedable cleaning head.
By "assigned laterally" is to be understood in the broadest sense that, depending on the given machine type, the assignment to one side or the other, gegf. but also over the relevant processing station or wherever appropriate can be provided.
Further, "movable several degrees of freedom" is to be understood that the lance and thus the cleaning head so adjustable and gegf by rotation, displacement and up and down on the areas to be cleaned. is movable over a certain range during the spraying, that these areas of the sprayed on under pressure cleaning agent are brushed, and finally is to be understood by "at least one cleaning device" that each cleaning station requiring cleaning may be associated with such a cleaning device.
By such, attributable to a packaging machine and controlled in several degrees of freedom movable cleaning device the requirements are met, ie, the whole cleaning process is automated person independently, thereby more uniform and so far more thorough and thus ultimately time and cost reduced feasible.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen bestehen in Folgendem:Advantageous developments consist in the following:
The mentioned cleaning head is replaceable with at least one Nozzle equipped, so that a detergent-specific Nozzle can be used.
Advantageously, the cleaning head but also with several, each be charged separately with different cleaning agents Be equipped with nozzles, depending to be bled Detergent the supply of the other nozzles is switched off.
By accepting a greater effort on the one hand can also every cleaning station of the machine requiring cleaning a cleaning device are assigned, but on the other hand a more specific adaptation of the cleaning device to the structural and functional conditions the respective processing station permits.
As with a considerably reduced expenditure on equipment However, an embodiment is preferred in that that the carrier of the lance on one along the machine extension arranged guide rail mounted and thereto from one workstation requiring cleaning to the other is movable.
If the packaging machine is sterile is their so-called sterile tunnel in the area every cleaning station requiring cleaning with one provided lockable lance engagement opening, wherein advantageous be considered, the operation of the Opening lock in the automatic control of the whole with included.
